I would not recommend, from the moment I walked in no one greets you, everyone having their personal conversations even while getting work done. I sat down and the girl kept judging my eyebrows making me super uncomfortable, I look at the mirror and one is shorter than the other and she said sorry thats the best I could do. Good work but too expensive. I was getting late they charge a cancelation fee I rescheduled with the promise of my $15 going to credit that money for my rescheduling appt for the same day and I thought they didn't charge me and on the next day i saw my account and it was empty. Be careful they charged me a lot for wax my eyebrows and they didn't tinted as they promised in the beginning when I make my appointment. They charged me $15 in the beginning thinking I am just going to pay $30 when they do their job and when I call to let them know that I was running late that started my nightmare. I rescheduled for their next appointment on the same day and they starting I have to charge you $25 fee for no show. You have to pay $15 for my appointment and $30 when they finish their job. I did not know that they going to empty my bank account for a simple wax made by an "artist". They told me that I was a spa for my eyebrows in the beginning that complementary they going to tint my eyebrows. And I got impress and I say yes. I end up paying $88 for missing my 10 am appointment and rescheduled on the same fricking day at 12:20 pm and I got late again for 11 minutes on the same day. Please be careful be on time and check your bank they charge you without a notice they keep your card number so they can charge you if your late and they charge you for everything. I am going to claim my $15 that they owe me. I got a really but experience that was my first time going there and I was thinking that I am going to get a spa in my eyebrows and i got an empty bank account and a wax for my eyebrows and i tip the lady on top of that. loveeeee! never had my eyebrows professionally done but always wanted to give it a try. was super nervous it would be dark and unnatural as my facial features are on the softer side and i do my everyday makeup pretty subtle. but ive been eyeing Posh Brows for awhile and decided to give it a try especially since doing my eyebrows are the most tedious part of my routine. i loved esteffany's work on insta and tiktok and decided to book with her. she was incredibly sweet and listened to what i wanted as well as walked me through each step of the Signature Brow Wax Sculpt & Hybrid Tint, making sure i was okay with the result before continuing. i aimed for a very natural tint which I LOVEEE . super subtle, clean, and gorgeous! my brows have never looked better. i was told natural looking tint would fade faster than a darker tint, but i was ok with it especially since it was my first time ever getting them done. after it was finished, i was so obsessed and couldn't stop looking at them. esteffany did an incredible job, i totally recommend her and will book with her again and again! the salon was clean and all the employees are very sweet, even accommodating me after i was late because of the heavy rain. 10/10 !! read more
