We made an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely zero respect for our time. But the worst part was the cleanliness. The facility was disgustingly dirty and did not appear hygienic at all. For a place where proper sanitation should be a priority, what we saw was extremely concerning. Between the horrible customer service, ridiculous wait time, and lack of cleanliness, I would never recommend this place to anyone. You've been warned. Look elsewhere.

She proceeded to map my brows and immediately started threading without giving me a mirror and asking me for approval of the shape . So I had to stop her and ask if I could see before she continues threading and by then it was already too late .. all the hair that I'd been attempting to grow back was gone and my brow was back to looking thinner than my natural shape . I began to tell to just stop I don't want the service anymore . Lord knows how long it will take to grow back my brows it's been about 6 months since I started the growing process . By brows are naturally super thick and I wish she was more trained to know that u do not remove any hair before asking the client if they are satisfied with the shape first ! If there was a rating less than 1 star I would give them that . Super upset and she didn't even offer a discount for my lip wax .

To my surprise, when I show up to my appointment, the receptionist tells me the sugarist wasn't there and they tried to call me to reschedule my appointment. I actually never received any calls, texts, or emails from them.The receptionist claimed they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I seriously doubt they ever tried to contact me to reschedule! There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time! This could have easily been avoided and they could have retained a customer if they didn't drop the ball with communication.

Let me start with the front desk, as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed, greeted me with a smile, offered me complementary water, and snacks. Such amazing attitude. Now, my brow artist, Daniela was beyond AMAZING, I felt like I've known her for years and it was my first time meeting her, she made me feel so comfortable. She explained the difference between my brows and advised if I wanted to get them the same I would have to go thinner, she asked if I would like to do that or just leave it as is, which I loved because the last places I've gone to just do whatever they want and dont ask for my opinion. Last but not least my brows.. my brows WOW it's been YEARS since I've gone somewhere and I love how my brows come out. I had an okay experience overall. My appointment started late, and during the service my technician was having personal conversations that felt unprofessional and took away from the experience. There was also little to no communication prior to the service -- nothing was explained to me beforehand in terms of the process or what to expect. Additionally, the service description mentioned a complimentary massage and brow fill-in, neither of which were provided during my appointment. The brow wax itself was fine, but the experience didn't match what was advertised or meet my expectations. With better communication and professionalism, I think the experience could be improved. read more

I purchased the Advanced Brow Lamination course with Zulema, Posh Brows; Zulema and her entire team were absolutely amazing! Zulema was very informative on brow lamination and tint, hands on every step of this service, from brow mapping to tint application. She's very patient and walks you throw every single step. Her methods of creating brow art is hands down! I highly recommend taking her course to anyone who's looking to advanced in the brow industry. I had the opportunity to fly in from DC to LA to take the Beginner's 3-in-1 Master Class with Zulema. I must say, I learned so much in those 2 days. I had a lot of questions as a beginner and was a bit slow during hands on, however Zulema was extremely patient and helpful with me. The studio is super cute and clean.
