At last after 3 failed experiences in the past with different eyelash salons, I finally found a place that I'm truly happy with. After burning eyes/ skin, itchy, uncomfortable feeling and an extended search I found this place. My tech, Angela who was wonderful was so caring. I explained my previous experiences and very proud and confident said " well that won't happen here". I thought well we will see about that. lol Well here I am so excited to say my eyelashes are beautiful, exactly what I wanted. I forget that I even have them until somebody compliments them. This is my 3rd time getting my lashes done within the 2 months. I feel that they deserve a good review! I found them on my IG feed and saw majority of the good reviews on yelp so I decided to give them a try. I made a last minute appt. via text from the night before and luckily they were able to squeeze me in on a Sunday afternoon. I love how the respond so quick. The shop is very clean ad quiet ambience at the salon. all the beds were divided with curtains. I was introduced to lash tech Ivy to work on my lashes. I told her I have never gotten my lashes and asked her to explain to me the difference. She was very helpful and patient and answered all my questions. We deicided to go with the volume wispy. We did a 13mm to 16mm. It was the perfect length and still able to see the great volume. I was concernced that if it was bother me when i wear my glasses but it was perfect. The whole process took less than 2 hours. I was very happy. Oh yeah make sure you go to the restroom before your session! I believe they offer $20 off for first time client. The prices overall are very fair and affordable. They are always so kind and accommodating here! Sometimes I call and they are busy but they will always call back and send a text if I'm not able to answer. Often times I can get a same day appointment if I call early enough. My lashes come out perfectly every time because they keep detailed notes in their system about the style and length of my lashes. We texted Miss J at 11 today to make an appointment and they were able to take both my sister and I at 2pm. They responded super fast to set up our appointments. When we arrived (there is a very large parking lot out front), the two lash technicians were sooooo kind. We filled out the waivers and they got straight to work. My sister and I both had a wonderful time, both technicians were very gentle and we both fell asleep They encourage you to let them know if there is any discomfort throughout the process but I didn't feel any at all. They were very gentle and precise. There is soft music playing in the background and it really adds to the ambiance. The whole process took about an hour but it felt much faster since I fell asleep Both of us have eyelashes on the shorter side but the technicians were able to get both our short eyelashes to curl very nicely. The lash lift was only $59! Which is crazy because normally it's a lot more in other places, which discouraged me from ever getting one. So this was my first one and I had a wonderful experience. Overall rating: 3.9 stars based on my experience. Location: it's nestled in an old plaza with spacious parking. Ambiance: Clean with touches of pink decor throughout the open floor plan. Each lash station is separated by a curtain for privacy. The noise level is close to none. Price: $20 off promo for first time customers like myself. I got the natural 2D lashes for $59 + tip. The process took a little over an hour. They accept both cash and card payments. Lashes: After speaking with the lash tech, I decided on 2D classic since I prefer a natural look with curled lashes. I made sure to convey how sensitive my eyes are to glue so she was aware. I sporadically felt a burning sensation in my eyes and slight tugging on my lashes. Towards the end, the lash tech had me fan my eyes until I felt better and offered eye drops at the front desk if I needed some. I forgot about the eye drops. You'll see a photo of my eyes immediately after (morning) versus four hours later. My eyes were extremely red for two days with minimal eye pain but that subsided. The reason behind the 3.9 stars is because of the amount of fallen lashes in a span of five days. I kept my lashes completely dry on the day of but I already had 1-2 lashes fall from each eye. The next morning, I woke up to find even more lashes on my pillow. It was alarming! I'm thinking the lash tech may have conservatively applied glue because she didn't want to hurt my eyes... The lashes did feel stacked and clumped when I took a closer look the morning after. I love the way the lashes looked immediately after but this isn't worth the money. My lashes have numerous gaps now that I can't wait for the rest to just fall off. The lash tech was very sweet, gentle and polite. I felt that she took her time with me. I will not divulge her name because I don't want her to get less clients because of my ordeal. This is hopefully an isolated experience. Note: You will be asked to sign a waiver that releases them from financial culpability in case you have a reaction to the lash treatment. It also clearly states a no refund policy and a three day window to fix or remove the lashes. Would I be back? No. I had high hopes and was ecstatic to write a review up until my lashes started shedding...:( If you have sensitive eyes, I would not recommend this route. Stick to strip lashes. read more

Found this place on Yelp close to my home. I booked a lash lift and Angela helped me when I came in. The place is clean and organized. So before I get into what happened... I have fainting spells.. it will randomly happen every 2 - 3 years and usually due to me being dehydrated. I am also pregnant right now which I lm sure didn't help. I started the lash lift and about 20 mins into it.. I felt light headed.. I felt off and knew one of my fainting spells was on its way. Angela immediately attended to me, sat me up and gave me water. She took care of me and I'm very grateful for it. I'm sure she didn't expect to have a fainting customer today but she handled it so well. So although this review is not all for the lash lift which btw was wonderful, she was so gentle and I felt no irritation. No strong smell 94 anything. (Texted around 1:30- was seen at 4pm.) When I got there the there was a good amount of parking. The whole shop is so cute and has a very cute and relaxing vibe. I signed consent forms and before getting my lashes done they asked me what I wanted, what style, even bought photos for me to choose from for reference. The whole process of actually getting my eyelashes done was very relaxing. I even fell asleep a few times. They play relaxing music and offer a blanket. The shop was perfect temperature. Not too hot not too cold. Overall a 10/10 experience! I would definitely recommend to anyone. I got a full hybrid set and it was $105 (since it was my first time I got $20 off) original price $125.
