What I have an issue with is their communication. I had an appointment booked today and even received a email to confirm 2 days before which I responded to immediately. To my surprise, when I show up to my appointment, the receptionist tells me the sugarist wasn't there and they tried to call me to reschedule my appointment. I actually never received any calls, texts, or emails from them. The receptionist claimed they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I seriously doubt they ever tried to contact me to reschedule! There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time! This could have easily been avoided and they could have retained a customer if they didn't drop the ball with communication.

Lol ( I always take a couple Tylenol before I go) I've also been going to Gisselle for her facials and she also does a great job. We made an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely zero respect for our time. But the worst part was the cleanliness. The facility was disgustingly dirty and did not appear hygienic at all. For a place where proper sanitation should be a priority, what we saw was extremely concerning. She has such a warm, welcoming personality that you immediately feel comfortable with her. I had a little bit of an emergency after stupidly attempting to wax myself , and Jazmina completely took care of me. She was so patient, gentle, and knowledgeable, and I never once felt embarrassed about the situation. What really impressed me was how knowledgeable she is about different skin types and how much she actually listens to your individual skin concerns. I have extremely sensitive skin, I'm allergic to what feels like EVERYTHING, and I've tried so many different products over the years. She recommended products and aftercare that no other waxer has ever mentioned to me before, and they are actually working with my skin instead of irritating it. You can tell she genuinely knows her craft and cares about the experience her clients have, not just getting you in and out. She made me feel comfortable, taken care of, and confident that I was in good hands. I 1000% recommend Jazmina! She is truly a master at her craft, and I will absolutely be going back to her.

I recently booked the SBV Custom Facial at Skins Beauty Vault in Downey, and I can confidently say…read moreit was one of the best skincare experiences I've had, all thanks to Felissha. From the moment I walked in, the space felt clean, calming, and very welcoming. It's not a huge, flashy spa, which I actually loved because it made the whole experience feel more personal and one on one. Felissha made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to really understand my skin concerns. The facial itself was incredibly thorough. It started with a deep cleanse and exfoliation, followed by extractions that Felissha did so carefully and more comfortably than I expected. What stood out the most was how customized everything felt. Nothing seemed rushed or generic. She really paid attention to what my skin needed and adjusted the treatment accordingly. The mask and finishing steps left my skin feeling hydrated, smooth, and noticeably brighter. I walked out with that clean, healthy glow, not just temporary shine, but skin that actually felt refreshed and balanced. Another thing I really appreciated was how knowledgeable Felissha is. She gave me helpful tips on how to take care of my skin between appointments, which made the experience feel even more worth it. Overall, if you're looking for a facial that delivers real results and not just relaxation, I highly recommend the SBV Custom Facial with Felissha. It's perfect for anyone dealing with breakouts, texture, or just wanting to improve their skin over time. I will definitely be coming back. P.S The next Day my skin felt amazing!
