What I have an issue with is their communication. I had an appointment booked today and even received a email to confirm 2 days before which I responded to immediately. To my surprise, when I show up to my appointment, the receptionist tells me the sugarist wasn't there and they tried to call me to reschedule my appointment. I actually never received any calls, texts, or emails from them. The receptionist claimed they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I seriously doubt they ever tried to contact me to reschedule! There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time! This could have easily been avoided and they could have retained a customer if they didn't drop the ball with communication.

We made an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely zero respect for our time. But the worst part was the cleanliness. Between the horrible customer service, ridiculous wait time, and lack of cleanliness, I would never recommend this place to anyone. You've been warned. Look elsewhere.

She has such a warm, welcoming personality that you immediately feel comfortable with her. I had a little bit of an emergency after stupidly attempting to wax myself , and Jazmina completely took care of me. She was so patient, gentle, and knowledgeable, and I never once felt embarrassed about the situation. What really impressed me was how knowledgeable she is about different skin types and how much she actually listens to your individual skin concerns. I have extremely sensitive skin, I'm allergic to what feels like EVERYTHING, and I've tried so many different products over the years. She recommended products and aftercare that no other waxer has ever mentioned to me before, and they are actually working with my skin instead of irritating it. You can tell she genuinely knows her craft and cares about the experience her clients have, not just getting you in and out. She made me feel comfortable, taken care of, and confident that I was in good hands. I 1000% recommend Jazmina! She is truly a master at her craft, and I will absolutely be going back to her.
