I have been coming to this establishment for multiple years now. The service and the ambiance are fine, the tech is friendly, but I have been disappointed multiple times with their time management skills and the way they handle appointments. On one occasion, the tech was one hour late, "she thought my appointment was an hour later than what it was". Although she clearly scheduled my appointment. I decided to give it another chance. Often times, I am given an appointment time and I have to come and wait for a lot longer than I should. Now it took multiple events for me to sit down and write a review, but "I've just about had it with the lack that of time management skills. I will no longer be returning here. I've been coming to Spa Studio for a few years now and Yvette and Issy are truly the best! They're so welcoming and accommodating that you feel right at home. Yvette and Issy make sure that your skin is a priority, so they take their skin prep seriously which makes the appointment last a little over an hour, but this is to make sure that the hair removal process is seamless and less painful. When you first walk in, there's a cute little waiting area. There's only two rooms, so max two people at a time, which is why booking in advance is a must. Sometimes cancellations occur, but rarely. The rooms are spacious and SUPER clean, the girls put on some calming music. They're both super friendly so the time flies by! They almost always have snacks and water available for you. From the multiple places that I've been to, this one is by far the closest and wallet friendly sugaring place. They're also available via text, Yvette and Issy are super accommodating and I highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about sugaring. read more

I bookmarked a few different places to try out after hearing about sugaring, and after visiting Spa Studio it hasn't occurred to me to go anywhere else. The ladies here are super knowledgeable and I've seen a considerable reduction in regrowth and ingrown hairs over the past couple of years, from which I'm so grateful to have found some relief! They are also incredibly respectful, gentle, and very good at reading their clients' needs, whether that's lively conversation to distract from painful extraction or just a calm environment to relax receive treatments. Alright this is slightly embarrassing but I have a hairy back. I tried out several different things, but what seems to be the best for my sensitive skin is sugaring by Priscilla. I heard about it but wasn't too sure, I talked to Priscilla, she explained the process (mists, salts, the sugar can be eaten !!, there is mud from Hungary), I explained despite having tattoos I have sensitive skin, she assured me I'd be okay.
