Good experience for the first time, probably wouldn't try again since I didn't know what it would be like. I would say when it came to the shampooing that's where the massage was present. It was soothing and relaxing. The standard shampoo they used was so relaxing, heavy scented tea tree oil and mint. It was cooling on my scalp. Pet peeves: Towards the end, they dry your hair with their hair dryer. They do use a communal hair brush because the there were previous customer hair strands still on the brush. I would notify them if you would like to skip using their brush. OR you can bring your own brush to brush your hair. When I was guided into the room they started the water fountain machine. It felt like I was left there half of the time in the session with the head spa water running down my hair. Not sure if that's normal for all head spa sessions.

The service there is OK at the beginning, but then if you don't get more treatments, you can feel the difference on how they treat you and no, I don't recommend this place even though it helped me a bit. I paid a lot of money for that and yes, I do regret paying all that I could've just had surgery or had air sculpt instead.

I fall asleep on her chair and wake up looking like a princess. The studio is located inside of a hair salon. It's enclosed and two women can work on lashes simultaneously but I've only been there once when two people are there at the same time. The woman in the station next to her, Norma sounds really nice too. Both women have great relationships with their customers. Each time during the process and when I'm finished, my eyes don't burn and my lashes look natural. They blend in really well with my natural lashes so I get a ton of compliments. I started with the classic but now I do the hybrid. I have to admit the classic is really natural and dang with a cat eye you will still trick anyone into thinking you were born with those babies! I highly recommend this lash bar. If you're worried or are new to lash extensions try the mini set but I guarantee you'll be hooked!
