First impression was off as no one was at the front desk, took them a few minutes to come out and greet. There was some back and forth going on, seem like front desk was unorganized. Going in to the room I was met by 2 nurses one was just an observer. After consulting with nurse if what I wanted, she pretty much just brushed it off. All she did was draw in a paper, then proceeded to pinch my skin every time she injected. I was super thrown off by this method as I've been to many spas and no one has ever pinched my face to inject. She was super rough. Never gave a warning or asked how I was doing. I noticed she put all my forehead tox in ONE are instead of spreading it! Same goes for the other areas. I came out with literal bumps a read face from all the pinching. After everything all nurse said was your done, "your probably gonna bruise, but it'll go away " l walked out of there horrified! After checking out at front desk they said they would follow up in 10 days but of course no one called. I would not recommend this place, the nurses seem super undertrained, maybe even unqualified to inject. Their methods are not with patient in mind, and let's not even talk about the care cause there was none. 2 weeks after, my face is off, the nurse definitely didn't know what she was going , glad this isn't permanent. What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. My main issue was Mia at the front desk who, took about ten minutes to walk out to the front desk and acknowledge me at the location. She only walked out to check someone out, and when I gave her my name, she said, "you're an hour early, I don't have anything right now" and then continued to check out the other lady. I sat there and waited for a formal acknowledgment. I expected her to tell the other woman who was sitting in the room with me, you're next and tell me let's see what I can do and give you options. Nothing. I walked out, and had to waste an hour of my time for the appointment. When I walked in, she was still checking out the other lady, and then told me I would not be able to be seen because now I was too late, - 9 minute grace period, even though I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged when I first walked in, too late. She told me there was nothing else left for the day although I had only one small prepaid service I was waiting for. I couldn't come the next day as I was heading out of town, hence the need for the wax. When I looked at my phone as I walked out, I got a text saying I had a no show and had 3 no shows before they don't take my appointments and can only do walk ins. I had to walk back in and ask her for her name - Mia, and who was supposed to be the waxer - Jeanette, who couldn't do the wax because they had just added new wax and turned up the heat. (This means nothing to me btw as I don't work there) She also told me she had been gone for ten minutes because she also has to sweep so they can close on time because there was only one waxer. This is an hour and a half at this point after I originally showed up when the closing was nearly 2 hours out. Not once did she mention, hey we only have one waxer, when I checked in, nor did she say look we are low staffed today can you com back at a different time or day. Nothing. It's rude and horrible customer service, I also don't appreciate the attitude when I called her out on her behavior. I didn't want to argue with a young girl, but I do find it incredibly disrespectful of me and my time. I will not be returning to the location and will be asking for my money back on unpaid wax passes. Additionally, EWC, get more employees and pay them fair wages. It's no wonder why people are constantly leaving, you leave the waxers spread thin, alone, and have compressed schedules for them making them make mistakes along the way.
