Have come here multiple times because I like their threading but somehow the person there always tells you (any time of the week, even if there is one person ahead of you) that It will be a 40-60 min wait. I usually wait but most recently waiting for 1.5 hours for 2 people to get their eye brows done before me. I've been getting my eyebrows done for years and it's usually a 5 min job. How does one spend 1.5 hours on two sets of brows is beyond me! I unfortunately have to find someone else to do my brows. This place is horrible with customer service. They need to change the hours to 6:30 because that is the time the person in the first chair shuts off the "open" sign and locks the door. She also turns customers away. Her plan is to be out of the salon by 7. I'm not sure if the owner knows about this. It's already been 2 times she does this. I asked to keep my eyebrow shape thick and that I only needed a clean up but on the first go she took off way too much. She asked me if it looked ok (the first brow) and of course it didn't. It was waaaay too thin and the shape was COMPLETELY different from what I came in with. Super disappointed, sad and angry. She kept the second eyebrow thicker because I couldn't bare having more hair threaded out, so leaving with uneven brows. Also, I arrived around 4:30pm and signed in (on their iPad) as soon as I got in. There were a few girls in there already and a few that walked in after/behind me so I walked out because there was zero social distancing in there. The iPad said a 10-15 min wait so I walked out and then returned at 20 mins because I hadn't received a text yet. When I went in, I waited by the corner but noticed she was calling people vs using the iPad so I think she was going off memory. After an hour I realized she was taking the ones that walked on after me so I told her I'd return when it was less busy since she wasn't using the sign in. I'm sure she was tired but I didn't get worked I until two hours later and it was a terrible job. This was my second time here and the first time was great which is why I waited... sadly I won't be returning. read more

I found this place on Yelp because the original place I go to was closed. When I came in two ladies were helping customers waited not that long. I was nervous on how they would clean up my eyebrows. I haven't done my eyebrows since March 2020. I didn't asked the name of the lady who did my eyebrows but today her station was next to the register. When she was finished with my eyebrows and handed me the mirror I wanted to cry tears of joy! But I held it and said they look beautiful and thank her so much. She was super friendly.
