Prabina is great and takes her time doing my brows. Other places I've gone to try to rush and finish in 5 minutes to get to the next person. And that ends up in uneven brows or mistakes. This place is great for someone who actually wants their brows to look nice and symmetrical. If you're looking for someone to do your brows in 5 minutes to get you out, this is not it. So yes there can be a wait sometimes. But it's worth the wait. read more

Have come here multiple times because I like their threading but somehow the person there always tells you (any time of the week, even if there is one person ahead of you) that It will be a 40-60 min wait. I usually wait but most recently waiting for 1.5 hours for 2 people to get their eye brows done before me. I've been getting my eyebrows done for years and it's usually a 5 min job. How does one spend 1.5 hours on two sets of brows is beyond me! I unfortunately have to find someone else to do my brows. Can't call ahead of time because she never answers the phone either. read more

First time trying this threading spot and I loved It! Walked in without any appointment and was serviced by Prabina. She was very accommodating and friendly. She shaped and cleaned my overgrown eyebrows I had been growing for about 4 months now. The results were great! Clean looking brows that weren't thin! I loved how she followed my natural shape! First timer, usually go to Kaya Threading on Whittier blvd when I come back home, however, looking at the recent low ratings I decided to give a new place a try which lead me here & Im glad I did! TERRIBLE customer service they made me feel like I was not good enough for their business, I been in many nice places and I have never been ignore and treated this way like I didn't exist they had me sitting for almost an hour with out any assistance they skip me and ignore the entire time!!! Walked in and was taken care of right away. Devi was my artist and she did a great job at keeping my natural shape and not thinning me out, as per request. She was very gentle and didn't overdo it. This place is horrible with customer service. They need to change the hours to 6:30 because that is the time the person in the first chair shuts off the "open" sign and locks the door. She also turns customers away. Her plan is to be out of the salon by 7. I'm not sure if the owner knows about this. It's already been 2 times she does this. I can't go in any earlier because of work. read more

I asked to keep my eyebrow shape thick and that I only needed a clean up but on the first go she took off way too much. She asked me if it looked ok (the first brow) and of course it didn't. It was waaaay too thin and the shape was COMPLETELY different from what I came in with. Super disappointed, sad and angry. She kept the second eyebrow thicker because I couldn't bare having more hair threaded out, so leaving with uneven brows. Also, I arrived around 4:30pm and signed in (on their iPad) as soon as I got in. There were a few girls in there already and a few that walked in after/behind me so I walked out because there was zero social distancing in there. The iPad said a 10-15 min wait so I walked out and then returned at 20 mins because I hadn't received a text yet. When I went in, I waited by the corner but noticed she was calling people vs using the iPad so I think she was going off memory. After an hour I realized she was taking the ones that walked on after me so I told her I'd return when it was less busy since she wasn't using the sign in. I'm sure she was tired but I didn't get worked I until two hours later and it was a terrible job. This was my second time here and the first time was great which is why I waited... sadly I won't be returning. read more

I found this place on Yelp because the original place I go to was closed. When I came in two ladies were helping customers waited not that long. I was nervous on how they would clean up my eyebrows. I haven't done my eyebrows since March 2020. I didn't asked the name of the lady who did my eyebrows but today her station was next to the register. When she was finished with my eyebrows and handed me the mirror I wanted to cry tears of joy! But I held it and said they look beautiful and thank her so much. She was super friendly. I highly recommend this place and I think I'm gonna make this place my official spot. read more

Trust your Internet Auntie. I've gotten my brows micro bladed before somewhere else about 3 years ago (ombré brows). They faded within 3 months. I was so disappointed because this shit is expensive. I was told my skin was too oily and I sweat too much which messes with retention. Micro blading is just another word for tattooing your face in small sections in my opinion. So my dream of actually have eyebrows without having to pencil them in faded as fast as my bladed brows did. Now three years later I stumbled on Jewlz IG. Whoa, I was impressed. What the heck are nano brows? I'm not gonna explain it - just read her info on this page for the best description by the actual expert. I told her I wanted hair like strokes to look natural and real. Not like an Angry Bird and not like solid black bands on my face. I don't want it to look "obvious". She explained my options and mapped my face. She explained exactly what her plan was. Three hours later and my perfect nano brows were completed! I couldn't believe it ... I had my brows exactly as specified. I had a distinct nose bridge! I looked younger! I was happy! Julie is easy to talk to and easy to work with. She "got" what I wanted in just a few words. I'm on day 12 and they have hardly peeled in the healing stage. Tiny dry skin flakes but nothing major. She said nano brows offered good retention and so far that's been the case. I know you want to know "did it hurt?" Pain is different for everyone. She does the first pass as-is to get the outline done. Then she applies numbing cream. It feels like a sharp repetitive sting but you get used to it quickly. I was entirely comfortable throughout the whole process. Check out my pics for more reassurance if you need it. JUST BOOK IT. Get your face in order for 2025. Be happy when you look in the mirror. Save time not having to draw in your brows yourself every damn morning. Look badass instantly upon waking up Treat yo self. You deserve it. "Was it expensive?" Don't cheap out ... it's your FACE for goodness sakes. Her pricing is right in line with competitive artistry and permanent makeup. The technician informed me that the dermabrasion would be too much exfoliation since the derma plane is exfoliating as well. However, she still recommended doing a chemical peel and because I'm not that educated in skin treatments I proceeded with her recommendation. About a week later after my facial, I I noticed 2 burn marks on my face, which I assumed were from the chemical peel. While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.

I used to go to the place next to Target. As they started to get busier their quality went down and they messed up my eyebrows too many times. So I came here and have been coming back since. Heard about this place from a close friend of mine and couldn't be more pleased with my brows! The owner did a phenomenal job on my brows and was very detailed. I typically drive to Burbank to get my brows done but my brow artist is booked until next month! So I gave this place a try and it was the best decision I could have made! read more

The most frustrating part was the polish selection. I chose two colors--a solid and a glitter that complemented each other--but after applying the solid, they realized they didn't have the glitter in stock. I had to choose another option, and then that second choice wasn't available either. I ended up settling for something I didn't really like. Given how expensive nail services are now, the entire experience was disappointing. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, so I'll be trying somewhere else next time.
