I can come in at any time and go with any person and I get greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. I usually like to stick to one person but both ladies that work here are good at what they do. I am always left satisfied with how my eye brows look! One lady is quicker than the other so if you're on a time restraint she's your lady. The other lady takes her time especially when applying the lotion, she gives you a mini head massage... Glorious!!! To top it all off the price is great and I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to be helped. It's so hard for me to try new places and I've been so loyal to my eyebrow lady for 5 years but moving from the Valley to LA I finally had to make the jump. After yelping all of Montebello and Whittier I finally settled for this place since it's close to home, and I can honestly say I'm sooooo happy. Price wise it's actually cheaper than what I used to pay even with full face. The quality of the work is amazing and she really takes her time getting every hair out. I always get my eyebrows done (haven't gotten a henna here) but I love going here. $5 for their eyebrows :) They have a stamp card for each visit and after a certain amount of visits, you receive a free service! I've been coming here for years and have nothing to say about eyebrow threading. However about 6 weeks, one of the ladies convinced me to wax my face and because I trusted them with my brow and all the years I've been coming, I decided to give it a try. First time it was okay, but after 6 weeks I came back because I liked the way my face looked after wax I decided to do it again. However this happened to me, not sure why or was she in a rush that she pulled off harsh ripping my skin off... I went back to tell them how they had left my face, and after all I've been a long time customer. Well they didn't give a Shit l, she just said "maybe you shouldn't do wax next time". I was so upset and disappointed, I was not offered a discount nor anything (which I wasn't going to accept anyways) I just got a "put aloe Vera on it" response. I've always tip them well, and even for these I tipped her well, until I got home and at night that side became more irritated and that's when I began to notice what she had done. Inexpensive and effective. Threading is somewhat more painful in my opinion but they do a good job and for the most part the wait isn't long at all. The only complaint id have is that they're not consistent with their reward program. They don't always offer to stamp my card and when I ask them to they seem to be slightly annoyed. read more

This place used to be my go to for threading for a few years now,because the ladies who worked there did an excellent job on my eyebrows. The past couple of times I came here, there were new people. A few months ago I came in to get my threading and one of the new girls performed the service. I left bleeding and with thread burns on my face and it was so painful. Today when I came in, one of the new employees helped me. She did a terrible job on my eyebrows. I'm so disappointed that I decided to come here, and that there are new people who do a terrible job. Looks like I have to find a new place. I was also concerned that the seating was not disinfected after each person. I had to ask her to clean the chair and she didn't seem too happy. read more
