I went in asking for a simple eyebrow clean-up. That's it. Just a tidy up around my natural shape. Somehow that turned into my eyebrows being thinned out to the point where they barely exist anymore. I'm honestly shocked at how badly this was done. I had full, natural brows before -- all they needed was a little shaping. Instead, she took off way too much and completely ignored the natural shape of my brows. They're now uneven and ridiculously thin. I left the salon staring at myself in the mirror wondering how a "clean up" turned into a full-on over-plucking disaster. For reference, the photo I'm posting is WITH eyebrow gel, and they still look sparse. Without it? Even worse. Eyebrows take months to grow back, so this isn't just a minor mistake -- it's something I'm going to be dealing with for a long time. If you value your eyebrows and only want a light clean up, I would seriously think twice before coming here. Extremely disappointed. read more

I've been coming here for a long time and usually have great experiences, which is why I make the drive from Pasadena. However, my last visit was disappointing and unacceptable. A new employee doing my brows was coughing directly in my face, the other employees just watched it happened. Which was extremely unsanitary and just plain out disrespectful. She was also very rough and even made me bleed while threading, something that has never happened to me here before. She was also laughing with another one of the workers while trimming my brows with scissors, which made me uncomfortable and worried about getting cut. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional compared to the service I'm used to. read more

I had not done my eyebrows in 3 years. Went here close to closing time. Will NEVER go back. If she did not want to plug my eyebrows bc they were closing she could have just said something instead of leaving them all messed up. Here is a photo for reference. I had thick eyebrows. I held my tears because I was so upset. She... 1) thinned them out even though I said clean 2) left one thinner and pointier than the other 3) plugged more from one side of my "unibrow" than the other 4) plugged more from areas that didn't need cleaning but left some hair above my left eyebrow They're so messed up. My mom and I have been coming here for over five years, since the second week they opened. I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows especially because I have one that curves more than the other. They never disappoint! I don't even have to tell them how I want them because they have an idea. They're very quick and detailed with my brows. My mom is super picky and loves coming here too. I especially love how they do the rewards stamp too! The owner knows my mom and I, because we've been coming since the very beginning of her opened business, and she's always super nice to us. I have never seen her upset or moody or anything. She, and the rest of the staff, are so lovely and sweet! read more

Garima was the woman who was "cleaning" up my brows. If I could give this place no stars I absolutely would. I went in to get a cleanup for my brows which I feel means to clean up underneath and above but still keep my original shape. Instead she went on to take basically all that I had taken months to grow out off. One side is a completely different shape than the other one is crooked and has more hair than the other. Then she went on to take my inner brows closest to my nose completely off so it looks like my brows are further apart please if you are thinking of going here DONT SAVE YOURSELF. When I told her I have a problem she then said "sorry idk sorry idk come back in I'll fix" if I went back to her for any crazy reason I'm sure she would just have to shave them completely off because that's how thin they are this place is the absolute worst. read more

I have been here a few times now and after today I will absolutely not be coming back. I am very disappointed with the results of my eyebrow threading today and even more so because it is my birthday week. It has honestly been a hit or miss everytime I come in since I am always serviced by someone different but today was just bad on another level. My eyebrows have completely lost their shape. I honestly had thick beautifully arched eyebrows that had taken me some time to grow out and I had come in today for a regular clean up and walked out with a completely different shape, almost no shape. My arches are gone, my brows are uneven, one is thinner than the other and the tails are uneven and end at different points on my face. I am extremely disappointed and sad because I will now have to fix this with makeup but my natural brows and their shape is gone. The ladies are all very nice but the results of my brows is terrible. I would say proceed with caution or maybe stick to someone you like regularly. My friend came with me today as well and she has very very beautiful and thick eyebrows and she had also grown them out very nicely and she also walked out with completely different eyebrows. Her shape is completely gone and her eyebrows are now literally shaped like a frown and are super thinned out. What was supposed to be a nice day of birthday activity prepping has turned into a disaster of eyebrows. Very unfortunate but would not recommend threading services and I will not be back. read more
