Decided to go here for the first time and I regret it. The young woman who did my eyebrows seemed inexperienced as she kept going over the same spots that she removed the hair from already. My usual eyebrow lady does them within 15 minutes or less and it seemed to have doubled at this location; she was very slow and the job somehow was worse. She was hesitant to trim the ends, which is something that I always have done by my original eyebrow lady. My eyebrows were uneven as one was arched and the other was curved so I had to tell her to trim the ends or take off more above the arch. She had to go back in several times and each time she failed to do what I asked her. My eyebrows were 3 weeks grown out and I could literally see my shape yet she failed to see it. I have been coming here for a year and always go to Sammy because she consistently does an amazing job shaping my eyebrows. She's attentive and always makes sure they look the way I want them too. Recently, I needed a quick clean-up, but unfortunately, Sammy wasn't available. I decided to go with another one of the ladies, a young woman with short hair. While I appreciate her taking care of me on short notice, I feel there's room for improvement in her service. She was frequently on her phone while doing my eyebrows and paused multiple times to check it, which made the service feel rushed and less professional. When I saw my eyebrows afterward, they were left looking round, despite my eyebrows naturally having an arch. This was disappointing because maintaining their natural shape is very important to me. I hope this feedback can be taken as an opportunity for growth. Everyone here is usually wonderful, and I want to continue supporting this business. Not only do they allow the environment to be relaxing, they are always gentle, efficient, and detailed. I have been here a couple of times ever since moving to the area a few years ago. I generally come every few months to get my eyebrows cleaned up, and they have done a great job each time! They also have very affordable prices at only $7 for brows. I always do walk-in whenever I have spare time during my errand days. I am usually taken either immediately or within 5-10 minutes, although I did wait up to 20 minutes once when I came in after a large party. If you are more strapped for time, I would recommend making an appointment beforehand. When you come in, you can sign in at the clipboard and then have a seat while waiting for your turn. They do accept card, but they prefer cash for payments $10 and under. Don't forget to ask for a stamp card if you plan on coming back! The parking lot has usually been crowded whenever I've been here, but if you can't find a spot out front, there is plenty of parking in the structure in the corner of the plaza. read more

I visited Basanti for the 2nd time around. She did my eyebrows even better this time and I found out she threads your ears as well if you have hair on them for an extra charge. I have been going to get my eyebrows done here at Glamor Salon for 2 years now. I have always been a loyal customer and have recommend this salon to everyone I know. When I went in yesterday I was expecting the same gentle treatment I always receive but that did not happen. I got the worst experience I have ever had. The normal girl I go to was fully booked so I went to one of the other ladies. The lady was so rough she cut the whole bottom of my eyebrows causing me to bleed. She even kept pulling my hair and did not offer to put aloe vera. She had attitude the whole time as well. I will now only make appointments with my lady which I did not know you can do. Beware who does your eyebrows or you will come out with cut up eyebrows. read more

Been here once before with minor issues, just didn't like the shape much that time... went back to try them again yesterday and pretty much got my eye butchered by the girl in the middle chair... she just kept digging into my eye and it hurt! I've been here a couple of times. Once they did my eyebrows pretty well, and another time they did them too thick, but nothing I couldn't go back home and fix later. I was debating writing a review because I know many people still like this place. Heck, I know people that love this place. I just figured some people might want to have more pictures for reference and to decide whether they want to get their eyebrows threaded here. I haven't found another place to do my eyebrows in the two years since I've lived in MP, but now I must try out somewhere I am truly happy with the work they do. So, yesterday January 19, 2019 I went in to get my eyebrows threaded. I like to grow out my eyebrows towards the end of the year to get them reshaped and even for the new year. I have been walking around with bushy eyebrows for months, so excited to get my eyebrows done professionally. I waited since November for this? Man, I was so dissatisfied. I felt that the woman who did my eyebrows wasn't even trying to do a good enough job. I could tell she wasn't doing a good job because she was hardly removing hair, and she worked on one much more than the other. Anyways, I had a bad week, and I couldn't wait to treat myself with this. At the end, she asked me if I wanted them thinner, I think she noticed I wasn't satisfied, but I thought, "If you can feel okay with doing such a careless job the first time around, letting you remove more hair will only make it worse." I quickly figured I would just go home and fix them. I know my eyebrows are really busy, but I've been plucking them out since the fifth grade (I'm 21), and they take a very long time to grow back. Honestly, even if I were to not pluck them out for a year, they still wouldn't grow back fully, I digress. So you can just imagine how sad I was to think, "Man, my eyebrows are going to look bomb!" And then to be disappointed when I saw this. I really need to find a better place to get my eyebrows done. Honestly, I totally prefer waxing to threading. If you have any recommendations please share!! P.S. I know I didn't do a great job of fixing them, but I want to grow them out again soon. Another reason I was super bummed at the bad eyebrow threading is because my birthday is in a few days and I want to look good in the pictures. I made a same day appointment for eyebrow threading. I was a little nervous in the beginning since I've never done eyebrow threading before. The lady was super nice and walked me through the process. It took around 15 minute to get them done. I really like the result. I told the lady that I wanted to go for natural soft curve and my brows turned out to be exact what I wanted.
