Overall, my experience here has been really good. I've only visited twice, but the staff has been incredibly kind, helpful, and very attentive especially on my first visit. My initial full set looked great and took about an hour. The lashes were full and I was happy leaving. Later that night and the next morning, I noticed quite a few extensions falling off over 10 pieces. I texted them right away with photos, and they responded immediately and scheduled me to come back in. I really appreciated how quickly they accommodated me. During the redo, they spent nearly another full hour filling in the missing areas, which did concern me a bit since it had only been 48 hours since my original appointment. Still, they corrected everything, and my lashes looked even fuller afterward. I'm planning to return next month for a refill. While I don't have extremely high expectations, I do look forward to the great customer service I've received so far. The vibes are chill and it is very clean inside. read more

I've been here twice. The first time, my lashes turned out amazing. I prefer a natural lift..not too curled, but lifted enough to face upward while still keeping the length. and that's exactly how they came out. After my second appointment, however, my lashes looked more curled than expected and appeared shorter than before. I'd give the place a 3.5/5 but I'm leaving it as a four to not hurt their overall rating. The place is clean. Staff is friendly. It was my first time getting a lash lift so I was nervous, not knowing what to expect. Left pretty disappointment my lift was NOTICEABLY uneven. As this was my first time, I didn't know what to expect. The person working with me didn't say anything to me throughout the appointment. At one point poked one eye pretty hard by accident, causing the eye to cry throw the plastic wrap. When we finished I was crying only out of one eye from irritation. This sort of broke my trust and when she gave me the mirror I didn't even want to ask her to fix anything out of fear I was going to get poked again. One eye came out pretty good, the other eye.. only about half of the eye was curled . I mean it could be my eye but it was also the eye I got poked, causing tears to fall ( possibly ruining the lift ) But this was just my experience and it seems like generally people have a good experience here. I found this place originally as it popped up on my ClassPass. I saw the reviews and the photos of the lashes that they have done and really liked what I saw. Since I had a girls trip this weekend , i had been scouting for a new place to get my lashes done, so I thought I'd give this place a go. I booked my appointment at 7pm, and was greeted at the door, upon arrival I noticed that the space is fairly open and also was very clean. I like the open space and how clean they kept the place. The lash technician who had helped me was fairly nice, we talked about the lashes I wanted to get from the board that they had up, lots of many styles and different selection of materials, which was nice. I pointed at a photo that they had on the board and wanted to get the same similar style (wispy) Usually initial appointments are about an hr long, I was there for 2 hrs or so. Overall the technician was really nice and the service was great. After laying there we came to a finish and there were some adjustments that had to be done, two to each eye, there were some empty spots, some lashes were doing in different directions. But she was very eager in accommodating and trying to deliver what I wanted to achieve for the lash look. So definitely a 5, but the yelp rating is for the end result of what I got. Not happy with the end result or the lashes; my left eye is definitely a bit more full, but after laying in the bed for 2 hours nearing to 930. It was a bit much to try and achieve the look. My assumption is that the lash tech was maybe still new, hence the long time. read more

I had purchased a Groupon for Eyelash Perm (reg price $60) and easily made an appt through their online a couple days before my appt on Mon, 1/16/2024 at 10:30 am (MLK holiday!). When I first made the appt, there were mainly positive reviews for Angela, but she only worked certain days so I made the appt with Ivy. I spoke with her in Mandarin, and she was so welcoming and sweet throughout the entire time. I seriously had a pleasant time from start to finish. Ivy greeted me when I first walked in, helped me open the restroom door outside (you need a key to get in), and happily started my appt when I got back. She was gentle, kind, soft-spoken and didn't feel rushed at all. I've never gotten an eyelash perm before so I wasn't sure if the perm product would burn my eyes but no burn, no discomfort. I kind of wish I had included a tint just to see how that turned out, but maybe next time. The lash perm also lasted around 1.5 month, (but that's cus my lashes grow slow lol) so that was good for me! My short Asian lashes finally got their temporary short boost haha. Parking: Located in a parking lot with plenty of spots. Just note that there were quite a few older Asian men sitting around on that Monday so that was a bit random lol. Found this place on Groupon, had to call a couple times to get an appointment but was able to get a same day appointment. They were able to honor Groupon prices so I got the lash perm. I've been to other places and I tend to like the ones who explain the process as they're doing it. Like oh I just put this product on and now I'm waiting for 10 minutes to let it settle but this didn't happen. One product did make my eye sting and burn a little and again I was assured that this was normal however other places the products used didn't sting. I would try this place again for extensions but problem not a perm, it didn't look natural, and it looked exaggerated and bent instead of a natural curve. read more

I went here after finding on group on in December for a lash lift. They were very responsive and got me in on short notice. Unfortunately the lash lift didn't take, but she was kind enough to try again. It still didn't take but she was so sweet about it and did her best. They texted me after letting me know they had gotten a new solution and offered me another appointment. I was really busy but found time to back 2 weeks ago and they were again so nice and accommodating by getting me in. I was nervous since last time i didn't see a lift in my lashes but once she brought me the mirror i was in LOVE!!!!!! the best lash lift ever! I was worried my lashes would get damaged because of how close it was to the first two attempts but I'm going on three weeks now and my lashes are healthy and my lift is still amazing. Ella was knowledgeable and patient with me when I asked about perm and classic extensions. I decided on a perm and it was fast and relaxing. She was gentle and careful. No stinging, no redness. And she was with me the whole time even during the processing time. Some places will move on to another customer or just go and take their breaks somewhere else while the chemical is processing. I don't like that because if you need something, for example lotion gets in your eye, they don't help you. Ella, on the other hand, was there the whole time. The process was very relaxing. I had an appointment on 12/22/24. The lash lift was not good. One eye was somewhat curled, the other was hardly curled. I called the girl the next day to tell her that the lift didn't come out so good, so she told me go at 4pm. I still had to wait a while for the girl to finish someone else that she was working on. I received the lash lift and tint. I love the results! The process took a little over an hour. If you've ever had a hair perm before the process is similar. A chemical is put on your lashes to give them that curled perm. There is a strange smell and it does sting a little but it wasn't unbearable for me and I felt very taken care of.
