I've been wanting to try out azia forever since I saw her on yelp! I'm getting married in May and I wanted to do a trial before my wedding. I had a very tight time crunch to get my eyelashes done and she was all booked AND I have a crazy schedule but she was so sweet and willing to work with me. I ended doing it Sunday at 630am LOL but I was in a rush so she finished but she did offer if I wanted to make it fuller. Again I was on a time crunch so I had to leave. When I got home, I really liked my cute fluffy eyelashes but I DID want fuller so I texted azia. Please be wary of all of the 5 star reviews. It's surprising to me, and seems fake. I started communicating with Azia via text about lashes. Slow to respond and horrible at communication. At that point, I realized it was a red flag. I had inquired about lashes, and we agreed on an appointment time. She then proceeded to cancel my appointment and referred me to other shops once I inquired about whether she worked at an actual shop. I told her I wanted to keep my appointment time. Then, she changed the time and date without my consent and then ignored my texts until the date came and went. She then proceeded to try and salvage herself by giving excuses, such as that she's "busy" and "doesn't have a secretary" and she "has a baby she needs to take care of". Really?! Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, don't even waste your time. I came back to write this review and saw other negative reviews scattered in between the supposed "5 star" ones. I am beyond happy I found Azia! I live closer to the Pasadena area and was looking for someone locally with experience. I am so happy to have found her. My work schedule is pretty annoying and she always works around whatever time I am available. She replies within a few minutes and is always super helpful. First and foremost, I've gone to salons and tried various different lashes. I am particular on how they should feel and look. I came across Azia when my go to lash girl was on maternity leave. She does operate out of her own home, which I don't mind at all but if you do. Don't waste your time or hers. I've known Azia for a while now and she is very picky and particular on what she wants, so it was a given that she would do her ultimate best. I absolutely loved them !!! I get my lashes done by Azia and I always receive nice compliments about them from my friends, colleagues, and random encounters. I honestly LOVE the length and fullness Azia gives me. They are never too long or too short and always full of volume. With my lashes looking so full, they are never heavy on my eyes or uncomfortable. I truly do not understand how she received 5 star reviews from her customers. All i can say is please do your research. I was led to believe that each eye would take about 1 hour. I was out of there in 45 minutes for a natural classic set. I emphasized that I wanted "natural". However, when i left I had thick porcupine eyelashes that were not soft with no flair. In fact, I had bald spots between groups of eyelashes because she clumped volumes on 2-4 eyelashes at a time. They did not look natural and needless to say they felt as bad as they looked. Edit: In all fairness I would like to add to my previous comment. Azia has outstanding customer service and has reached out to me twice to fix the issue.
