I've been getting eyelash extensions for 5+ years now and I decided to take a break from lashes. I wanted to try out an eyelash lift and tint while I let my lash's grow out. I found Lash Glow on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Booking an appointment online was super easy, they have all their services listed. There isn't a parking lot but you can try to find parking on the street in the front of the store or in the neighborhood that's around the corner. It's a safe neighborhood so I wasn't worried about my car. Walking inside, it's one huge room with multiple lashing stations divided by a curtain. It was empty when I was there, just me and the girl who gave me my lash lift and tint. I didn't catch her name, but she was so sweet!! She gave me a run down of the various lashes they offered, I told her that I would eventually come back to get my lashes done and she had great recommendations for what I was interested in. My favorite thing about this place was the lashing bed! It was cushioned with a foam mattress pad, it put me straight to sleep! The process of getting the lash lift and tint went so smooth. I didn't feel any burning, the tech had the softest touch, and I felt really comfortable. I highly recommend trying our Lash Glow if you're interested in getting your lashes done! I was exploring for a salon to do my lashes. After looking carefully at Yelp, I found this place that has 5 stars out of 28 reviews. When I called the salon, I got a voice mail. I didn't leave a message, however immediately a lady returned my call. First: I inquired about pricing. I was quoted $109 for the type of service I wanted, Their rate is same as the other salons which is reasonable. Second: I asked question about their promotions, since it states on Yelp, on Monday/Wednesday full services(s) gets $10 off. Third: I asked If I decided to come on a Monday/Wednesday, will I be bounded for a $10 off. The lady right away responded "NO" the quoted price already includes the $10 off. At once I lost my interest at this place. Their advertisement is misleading. It now makes me wonder what-else is not visible. I find it doubtable. Honestly, the $10 off is not a big deal for me. It's just a matter of principle. This type of service is luxury. If I can afford to pay $109 plus tip (usually +20% of the base amount). The $10 off is nothing . Its all about business ethics. I have commitment issues but meeting Janice changed me (well, my lashes) for the better. I always drive by Lash Glow and decided to make an appointment as my previous spot was so far from home. For my first set, I wanted something natural and went with the YY. Janice was extremely helpful regarding the design and type of eyelashes that would fit my eyes best. YY style was super pretty and she is very meticulous to ensure each lash is applied correctly and even. I recently went back and asked for a hybrid open-eye set. I originally wanted the doll-eye style but she recommended open-eye and I'm so glad I went with her recommendation. The lashes were gorgeous and more to my preference in terms of naturalness and volume. My eyes look so pretty I couldn't stop staring at them. In comparison to other techs, Janice takes her time so expect to clear out 2 hours for a new set. The store is very bright and the chill music made me super relaxed (definitely snuck in a good nap). Overall, Janice is amazing and I highly recommend making an appointment with her. Parking from what I seen is street only and she locks the front door so be sure to ring the doorbell. read more

I love LG! I've been to both their Pasadena and SG locations and both are great. Whenever I text or call for an appointment, they get back to me immediately. The times I've ran late and called to let them know, they're really accommodating. Their business is always locked so it's safe and I find street parking right outside their doors every time. I've been to lash places where the techs speaking a lot and are super loud when they're right on top of your face, this is not the case here... super nice staff! As for lashes: I always get YY lashes which are between classic and hybrid in fullness. They only come in cat eye which is my preferred style. They're super well-priced at $89 (plus $2 for card fee). I find that they last me a solid 3 weeks, but honestly I go in at week 4-5 because I like to get a fresh set each time vs touch-up. If I had one complaint, it's that they're a bit slow... usually taking a little more than an hour to 1hr30m for my appointment. The results are beautiful and I certainly can't do that for myself, so it's okay. Just budget more time than an hour for your appt. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

I have been going to the Lash Glow Pasadena location for over a year now. I was a newbie to lash extensions and knew very little about how lash extensions are done by technicians. I am very satisfied with Lash Glow Pasadena's services and Lash Glow has been the ONLY place I would go to get my lashes done. However, the only downside for me is that I live near Cerritos and it has been quite a drive for me to go to Pasadena and get my lashes done. I was very thrilled to hear Lash Glow is opening their new location in San Gabriel and I scheduled my appointment with them right away. The new location is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and has easy street parking spots out front. With the new location being closer to me, I am able to enjoy the same quality service with a shorter commute time. I couldn't appreciate more about this new location!!!! I would definitely come here again if I'm ever in need of some lashing in the future. Although the session may be long, it's definitely well worth it! My lash tech, Janice was incredibly thorough in placing the set. I could blink without feeling any pinching or poking feeling on my eyelids/eyes. She ensured I was fully satisfied and comfortable before I left. My set lasted 3 weeks until I needed a refill but decided to remove since I personally love the option of falsies for a different vibe sometimes. If Cherie is unavailable I came to a conclusion that Janice is the one to go to and trust. Both are so sweet and informative. I usually go to Cherie because she was the first person who did my lashes at lash glow, and knowing me I'm always afraid to try someone / something new if I already know who / what I go to/do is already good you know? But Cherie was on vacation and they recommended Janice. I had Janice before so this is my second time and her work and patience is amazing. I always get YY lashes 12mm because I'm a natural girly but I wanted to try something different and opted for "sunflower" set. And because she was looking at my prior sets/appointments she asked me if I was more into the natural look ( the fact that she took the time to look but also ask is #effort). With a mini consultation with her she took the time to recommend but also show me 11mm for the sunflower set because it will come out more natural and at first I thought it'll be too short but no her suggestion came out perfect and I love my lashes. I was sick and she was aware and I felt so bad for having random cough attacks but she was so considerate she gave me warm water and cough drops. Will be coming back to book with her as well. sunflower set is $115 ( new set, I had YY before & all came off because I pulled them off LOL , was not a refill) but since I paid card there was a fee $1.19? I believe or $2? ( not sure but..) + $10tip total was $127. Appointment was 3:45 ended around 5:30ish. For the time but also quality is worth the price. read more

I had to take a quick break with eyelashes because my allergies were out of control (not Lash Glows fault at all, they use super soft lashes and I have super sensitive skin and the glue has NEVER caused a reaction on me) but when I saw that the San Gabriel location opened up, I knew I wanted to get my lashes done again! I trust all the ladies at Lash Glow and they all do a phenomenal job! There are so many eyelash extension locations all over San Gabriel and I have tried many but Lash Glow is honestly the best. I went today for a fill on my 3D lashes and the tech did a great job hearing out my concerns and making sure I was comfortable. The location is conveniently located and the inside is so comfortable.
