You can tell that she really knows her stuff. I never at any time got a sense she was trying to upsell her services or products to me. During the facial experience, she explained each step and checked in to make sure I was ok with temperature, pressure, extractions, etc. it was the most attentive and thoughtful service. At no point did I feel any discomfort that needed voicing. She was so detailed doing the extractions and surprisingly, I had very minimal irritation coming out of the appointment. I left my appointment super glowy and rejuvenated. The session price was reasonable and I will be making this a part of my monthly routine. I can't say enough good things!

I did some research…read moreonline and noticed that her website for booking was only for existing customers so I ended up reaching out to Elizabeth over IG to check if she was taking new customers, and she responded so quickly even though it was late and over the weekend. Elizabeth clarified that she is taking new customers, but would help to schedule the first appointment for me due to recent no-shows/cancellations, and then after my first appointment I would have access to her website for booking. I've been on a bit of a self-care binge as of late and getting facials was at the top of my list just due to my own concerns about hyperpigmentation. I discussed with Elizabeth over IG my concerns and decided to get the microdermabrasion facial. Upon arrival to my first appointment, I was greeted by Elizabeth's warm smile and friendly demeanor. Filled out some forms and then Elizabeth was able to see that a hydrodermabrasion facial would be better suited for my skin type (and though it's more expensive, since she quoted me a microdermabrasion, I was able to pay for micro price the first time). I've been to Elizabeth a couple times now and plan to make this a regular thing (hopefully every 4-6 weeks). Elizabeth has gentle hands and is super informative with any questions I had about skin and skincare. She even uses a steamer prior to extractions, which I love! She does different masks and LED light, and she will tell you what products she is using. Also includes a scalp, neck and shoulder massage. It always feels like a pampering session, and I have even been taking some pictures to compare for myself since it's harder to see the changes to my skin day-to-day. I always leave feeling refreshed. Highly recommend Elizabeth! Parking is street parking (directly in front can be challenging to back out of sometimes, otherwise, you can park on Chelsea and walk a little further over.) As a side note: it is a bit of a splurge to get facials, but Elizabeth caters her facials to your skin type and never pressures to purchase additional skincare products. I did purchase a lightening serum of her own brand (I think?) Sorella and have noticed a difference in evening my skin tone. Gratuity is always optional, but Elizabeth's system lets you add to your card payment if you want.

So kind & each one of them makes sure you like them before having you get off their table. If you're ever unhappy or need something fixed, simply just let them know and they'll fix it for you! My lashes always last me 2-3 weeks before needing a fill & appointments is usually anywhere from 1.5-2 hours, which is the normal. The vibe inside is super relaxing, like a spa. The beds are comfy & I knock out every time I come in lol. They offer blankets if you're cold & little pillow to put under your legs or your back. There is a parking lot & lots of street parking so finding a spot shouldn't be an issue. I've tried out multiple different lash techs here and am never dissatisfied.
