I've been going here consistently for over a year and a half now, and I've never had any problem booking an appointment. Sometimes I even book the day of, and they are accommodating. For example, I had an appointment at 6, and they close at 7, you would think the technician would be rushing, but you could really tell she wanted to make sure the quality was there. We finished past 7, and my lashes turned out so nice. Daisy is my personal favorite, but they are all equally as great. The prices are also very reasonable, I don't see myself going anywhere else for lashes.

I found Lash Glow on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Booking an appointment online was super easy, they have all their services listed. There isn't a parking lot but you can try to find parking on the street in the front of the store or in the neighborhood that's around the corner. It's a safe neighborhood so I wasn't worried about my car. Walking inside, it's one huge room with multiple lashing stations divided by a curtain. It was empty when I was there, just me and the girl who gave me my lash lift and tint. I didn't catch her name, but she was so sweet!! She gave me a run down of the various lashes they offered, I told her that I would eventually come back to get my lashes done and she had great recommendations for what I was interested in. My favorite thing about this place was the lashing bed! It was cushioned with a foam mattress pad, it put me straight to sleep! The process of getting the lash lift and tint went so smooth. I didn't feel any burning, the tech had the softest touch, and I felt really comfortable. I highly recommend trying our Lash Glow if you're interested in getting your lashes done! Looking at their prices too, it didn't seem too pricey.

I filled out the waiver ahead of time, showed up as the first client, and Catherine was right on time and incredibly welcoming. By the way, check in on their tablet when you arrive so you can rack up 10 visits for $10 off (we love a loyalty moment). She walked me through all the lash options and even showed me the lengths before we started, which I appreciated because I'm picky but also indecisive. The setup is a communal space with curtain-separated stations, and honestly? Cozy vibes. The bed was comfy, there were blankets available (yes please), and everything felt clean and professional. I saw Catherine sanitize her hands before getting started, which immediately put me at ease. Now the real test: the glue. I insisted on the super sensitive (blue) glue, and you guys... I had the *slightest* burning in one eye for a moment, but once she used the fan, it completely went away. No tears, no redness, no regret. The whole appointment took under an hour, which felt like a miracle. I walked out looking SNATCHED and more importantly, feeling totally fine. No pain. No irritation. Just vibes and lashes. There are many lash artists to choose from depending on the days and times, once you become a regular, you'll typically find one that you'd want to continue booking with. Their new Temple City location is spacious, aesthetically girly, clean, and calm. Each lash tech has their own space with walls that separate them. The lashing beds are comfy, they offer blankets and I always find myself falling asleep because it's so comfortable. Shoutout to Taya Tian!! She's my go to lash girl, I only book when she's available. She's friendly, fun to talk to, and has the softest touch. I can barely feel her lashing me, I end up taking a nice (and much needed) nap! I highly recommend booking with them, their online booking is also super simple to do.

SCAM ALERT - Refused to honor Groupon…read more I purchased a Groupon for a rejuvenating facial ($24.30). Starting off, I scheduled my appointment for 6pm over the phone with the receptionist. When I arrived they made me wait over 20 minutes to start even though I was the only customer there. I informed the woman that I would be using a voucher from Groupon. She started saying the Groupon price was "wrong"...(if I found a voucher on Groupon from the business and purchased it, there should be no issues correlating to fees) She insisted that I pay out of pocket in person and claimed I would get a refund from my bank for the Groupon. This is a total lie--merchants cannot refund Groupon payments to your bank card. They are clearly trying to bypass Groupon's fees by double-charging customers and forcing them to pay cash/card on-site. She took a picture of my voucher and said she would send it to the owner so they can "issue me a refund" and told me not to directly refund my voucher through Groupon.... Why?? So you can keep my Groupon payment AND the out of pocket fee I was forced to pay? Do not come here if you have a Groupon. They will try to scam you into paying twice. I have already reported them to Groupon for fraud and I'm currently disputing the charges. The woman who performed my facial kept trying to get me to purchase other services too like extracting and microdermabrasion which I awkwardly kept declining. This was extremely annoying and uncomfortable for me. Not to mention the facial felt rushed and half assed. Whatever products they used felt cheap, dirty, and as I am updating this review the next day (4/22/26) I noticed new breakouts on my face.
