He started measure gel x tips and I had to remind him we were doing acrylic. He should have said that he cannot do acrylic because, he cannot do acrylic. It was some of the worst acrylic application I have ever seen in my life. Sloppy, lazy, trash. I should have got up after seeing his acrylic application on my first hand. That's my fault. When he was done filing I asked if he could even out the nails because they were lumpy. He proceeded to make the shape even worse and still lumpy. I asked if I should wash my hands after filing (every shop I have ever gone to in my life has told me to) and he said no. I should have stopped him here too. It took him an hour and a half just to put the acrylic on. At this point I realized he was either talentless or purposely messy my nails up. So I skipped the nail art I asked for and asked just for plain gel polish on top. At the end I told the lady at the front that I hated my nails and showed her and she understood and told me I could come back and have someone else fix them. Initially I accepted the offer but I have since canceled the appointment. I would rather die than trust this shop ever again. If I could give Jay 0 stars I would. Beware, this guy is horrible.

My daughter showed him the inspiration picture before he started, and the final result looked nothing like what she requested. The design was missing several major details, including the white sculpted accents, the flower, the gold embellishments, and the overall quality of the pattern. We came to an agreement were charged $80 for a set that didn't resemble the inspiration. What disappointed me even more was the customer service. When I politely asked if they could fix the nails, I was told they couldn't do anything because my daughter was a last-minute addition and that I would have to wait for my regular nail technician to return. If they weren't able to recreate the design, they should have been honest from the beginning instead of accepting the service and charging full price. As a loyal customer, I expected much better communication and customer service. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope management addresses both the quality of the work and how loyal customers are treated. that Kristy was gonna fix her nails. She also told me that before I came into the appointment that I needed to talk to the owner of the company so I was kind of surprised so I called the guy and he was saying oh cause you're still complaining and I don't know what so she doesn't wanna talk to you which is fine. I thought me and her were good friends, but I guess not and yeah, she fixed her nails, but here are the screenshots of all the stuff they kept telling me when I told them that I was upset with the service that I received they offered me a refund, but at this point, I honestly just wanted to get out of there like why did it take for me to talk all this crap so you guys can pay attention to me and they still have the audacity to charge me 40 bucks after their fuck up

This other nail tech refused to remove my gel without drilling and they refused to service me as a result. Very disappointed. Dean was great but I was also disappointed with how he handled this. He allowed his employee to disrespect me and refused to accommodate me--all I wanted was someone who would not damage my nails after years of bad experiences. Not sure why nail techs get such an attitude when I insist on no drilling. I don't recommend this place at all but if you have to go for a gel manicure, only go to Dean.

My pedicure was just fine, I don't mind an upsell for the massage or callous remover here and there, but I just didn't have the time today. She was incredibly attentive with my cuticles and ingrowns, so I appreciate that very much. That's the only service I am giving stars to. For my nails, I wasn't asked what shape I wanted and when I asked for almond before he started filing, I was met with a sigh and tossing the nail file. My application was uneven, though it took almost 2 hours. There are air bubbles in my pink acrylic as well. My services took forever, I booked for 12:45 and finished at 3:10 for a regular pedicure and acrylic pink and white. The estimated times online are 35 minutes for a pedicure and 1 hour for full set, it was a Tuesday afternoon so the salon was not packed and busy as a weekend morning would be. I lost a majority of my day to waiting here and now do not have enough time to do all of my errands for the day. The prices are very competitive, but I would say the service received reflects that pricing. $25 for regular pedicure and $60 for pink and white acrylic. I think I would only return if I was desperate :(

My nails are bumpy, the shape looking like a fcking triangle which is NOT what I asked for nor did she even ask what I wanted. I paid $70 for the ugliest, bumpiest, horribly painted, triangle looking nails. She did not ask if I liked it or anything because she probably knew I hated them and I'm sure she hated them also. I was the ONLY client there for the first half of my service so there was no reason for rushing and I would assume she would be able to do her best, considering there wasn't any clients before or after me. Also, blood was drawn during the pedi cuticle trim, and the water in the bowl for the pedi was cold and there were no jets. I heard another customer ask for her water temp to be warmer. For both mani and pedi they didn't ask me what shape I wanted and I had to stop them from doing square and say I wanted round. Usually this is asked before they start making a shape. Pedi ended up looking okay but mani was completely sloppy. Cuticles a mess!!! I won't be back to this location.

I've only slammed my hand onto a table and broken a nail once, but other than that, they last me months if I don't get them removed or redone. It's definitely recommended to call in/text to make an appointment first as they get very busy. I like to get a quote on the design I get while making my appointment. They also offer facials and lash extensions which I have done and had a good time too.
