Acrylic was recommended by Angela because my nails are very fragile and break easily. I definitely will keep coming back. However, I mentioned to them several times I'm allergic to gel/acrylic and it seems they did not properly clean their tools from their previous client. The manicurist was very rough when trimming my cuticles and cut me. Then when I asked if she could fix the shape of some of my nails because they were uneven she became frustrated and told me to do it. On top of all that the salon was visibly dusty and dirty. After she was done with my manicure she did not bother to clean/sanitize her station or tools before moving onto the next client... Scheduled first time appt with Ken for manicure with builder gel. Ken was very rude and actually yelled at me. He hated me having questions when it's my first time getting builder gel. He completely forgot to do manicure and ignored me when I told him. Seems they also don't know how to properly apply builder gel. After applying it he used nail drill to practically file it all down. I was so confused, that's when I asked about the process and got yelled at. He proceeded with 2 coats of pink and clear gel polish, but where did the builder gel go? I left with dirty nails and full cuticles. Never got response on missing manicure. Paid for mani paid extra for gel nail polish that shouldn't have been needed. Also, when paying I told woman who seemed like the manager that Ken yelled at me. She gaslit me and said he didn't yell just has a loud voice. I visited yesterday (5/29) for a manicure and pedicure, and right from the start, the manager seemed more focused on upselling additional services rather than ensuring a quality experience. While the receptionist and technician were friendly, the overall service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. To make matters worse and my biggest peeve of all, by the time I got home, the polish on my toes had already started to peel, and by this morning (5/30), the clear polish on my hands had completely vanished. Although I didn't opt for gel polish, I expected the regular polish to last at least 24 hours. Considering that my total cost was $50, including a tip and credit card fee, I left feeling quite dissatisfied and questioning the value of the service. I DO NOT recommend this place. read more

Terrible service. I requested a dip manicure with a gel pedicure and my daughter wanted a gel manicure. The women that did her nails left them bumpy and gel poison smudged all past the edges. Her cuticles were cut and 2 fingers were bleeding. My dip nails were done by a man and were nice but the women that was doing my deluxe pedicure was on the 3rd step of the deluxe process which was the lotion massage but when other Customers walked in she wiped of the lotion with a towel and said done thank you. The lady did an ok job on my nails but I've definitely gotten better gels but what prompted me to write the review was that at one point in the pedicure I felt something painful like she took a chunk out of my big toe. I have only been here 3 times and on the third visit (oct 25, 19) I was pretty disappointed. The older lady that sits by the window in the back row did my nails and made me bleed. She did not apologize to me. She just ignored it didn't offer me a bandage. Which is why I won't be coming back here. She was pretty rough with the nail drill I felt heat on my cuticles. I also felt like she was rushing with my nails. When she was done she applied cuticle oil with my blood still running, rubbing it in. I just thought that was unhygienic. Mind you when she was filing, my blood was spreading on her tools... I really hope they disinfect their tools. Not once have I seen them open new tools infront of me. The first time I was there they were really nice. Well atleast the lady that did my nails. She sits by the window first row, she was really sweet. She is the reason I came back, she took her time with my nails and created conversation with me. I loved her. The second time was alright, I just didn't like the fact that they don't soak off your old set of nails. I was surprised when I felt the pain on my nail beds when they were pulling them off. If I knew that's how they were going to remove them I would have gladly taken them off myself at home. Not pay to have them pulled off that way. I'm so happy I found this nail shop. Due to COVID, they are staying on top of being very clean and keep everything sanitized. Before entering, you must get a temperature check by one of the employees with signing a waiver that you are physically feeling fine. The nail technicians change their gloves after each client. It is outdoor services but they are definitely prepared with tents and a fan. I came here to get a manicure and I got them done twice by Ruby, and I could not have been more satisfied with her work. On top of that, they have a wide selection of nail polishes for Spring/Summer vibes! Also, I got my lashes done and a refill 2 weeks later by Thuy. She's very sweet and attentive because my lashes look amazing both times! I was sensitive to the regular lash glue when I got a new set (Hybrid); therefore she used a sensitive glue when I got a refill and I did not get any reaction. Since I was so happy with the service the first time, I had to get a pedicure the 2nd time I came! I only had an appointment for my lashes but they squeezed me a pedicure and a manicure fill. I really wanted this to be my new nail salon. Unfortunately, today was my 3rd and final time here. Justin did an amazing job on my 1st two sets. I tipped him almost 30% the first time (it was about 27%) and 30% the second time. The first time I go into a nail salon, I am watching like a hawk and will speak up if there's something I don't like. This way, I would hope the next time I can just relax knowing I trust what the nail tech is doing. First two times this was the case. Tonight I don't know what was going on but when my nails were complete I took a look and noticed my natural nail hanging out the side of the acrylic. The major issue is when I went to pay. I don't understand how I paid $50 the last time and recieved my fill, a manicure, fixed 2 broken nails and cut down the acrylics, but this time he charged me $48 for a basic fill. I should of left BUT after working a crazy crazy work day...I was tired and said fk it. Peter was my nail guy and was hopefully. After repeating myself through the entire process I got emotional and gave up. He was asked to give me a fill, basic square square shape and white. Ended with 3 base coats, 2 color coats and a top. Felt crazy thick and horrible bumps on all nails. Never had a fill take 90 min. The women asked how I liked it and answers I hated it. They asked me to come back and fix next day at a booth right next to him and I said I would feel uncomfortable. Awkward. Was charged $38 for BS.
