Took my daughter, big mistake. Normally we check Reviews. She had an awful experience with Rosie. My daughter showed her a picture of the nails she wanted. And they came out terrible. She got to the car and was so upset. She shared she told the lady (Rosie) this isn't the style, the lady said they will look fine. The French tip was short and nails were flat and gaslighted her, down playing and said my daughter should have told her. I have been going here for a few months now. I always wondered why they never remove their tools from a sterilized package before beginning a mani/pedi. Today I got to witness how they sterilize their nail tools. A nail tech walked over to a sink and rinsed their nail clippers/tools with water then dried them off with a paper towel. They don't take their time to properly sterilize their tools. Rinsing them with water for a few seconds is not enough to sterilize them. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this salon. read more

Came in for a simple manicure and left with nails thinner than paper. The technician used an electric file machine on my nails five times for 35 minutes straight -- my nails were already barely there from a set done a month ago. Horrible service !! I've been going there for eight years now, and Tammy, who has been doing my nails has been making me wait when I arrive on time to my appointments I was there for manicure and eyebrows I was OK with waiting until today. I was very upset because i was there at 3:55pm my Appoinment was at 4pm and She not once acknowledged me until I asked her at 4:15 how long more and she said I still have to polish nails I said well can you just do my eyebrows because I'm not gonna wait today. She tried to apologizing, but I said to her you've been doing this for the past seven times that I've been here I asked if the owner can do my manicure she said ask her instead of her going to ask When I asked the owner Vanna, she said that she was doing her own nails if I wanted someone else and I said no I want you or Tammy. This place is a definite no go. My bestie took me there for my birthday a bestie day. So we stopped at Crumble cookies and headed over. We were so disappointed. They were beyond rude . I sat back trying to enjoy my pedicure as by friends war complementing the girl on her ring, she just ignored her like she wasn't saying anything nice. she asked about how much it would be to have gel put on her toes and she gave her a price which was totally different at payout than asking the other girl. They seem to argue among the three and their language which we cannot understand, my Bestie continue to be sweet to them and give them the benefit of the doubt and another person walked in five minutes late for a 4 o'clock appointment and they were completely rude telling her she was late and she would have to wait. I've never been to an establishment that has been so rude to their customers and give a half job on their pedicure they didn't even cut cuticles or do a pushback. It was crazy. I would never go there again. I would definitely look for another place to go at this place needs to be shut down. They're rude unprofessional and don't do a good job and the place is kind of dirty. Okay so I decided to try this place after a colleague of mine recommended it because of the pricing. Usually I pay anywhere from $95-$110 for both gel pedi and manicure. I know, sounds crazy and outrageously expensive (and I agree), so when I heard that this place only charged $30 for a gel and acrylic manicure, I knew it was a steal. The woman who did my nails is named Tammy (she was the one my colleague referred me to). As I walked in, I knew it wasn't like the other nail salons I have been to. It's definitely on the low end scale, and does quite scream hygienic. But I put my pride aside, and still gave it a shot. I waited for 10 minutes since Tammy seemed to be doing another lady's eyebrows or facial (I'm not quite sure). Afterwards, she made her way to me and got to work. She didn't cut, file, or even remove my nail cuticles. Now, you might be wondering why I didn't say anything... well, I feel like I shouldn't have to tell people how to do their job. Especially, if it's a place like this where those things should be standard procedure. The acrylic she used were slightly wider than my nail bed, so in order to disguise it she had to file the sides. It didn't quite help, and so I told her that I wanted the nail shape to be narrowed some more since they still were quite wide. However, it didn't help. Also, halfway through the process she left to do two other customers eyebrows which took 15 minutes. In my opinion one shouldn't double or triple book, it just takes away from the whole experience. Well, at the end I paid the $30 and left... two days later my nail broke off (not surprised). I texted Tammy on Monday to see if she would be able to fix it. Turns out she is off Sunday and Mondays. Therefore, I decided to stop by on Monday and see if one of the other ladies could fix it. I arrived, and was immediately told they were totally booked and too busy. Mind you, there was only one other woman waiting and two clients were almost done with their nails. I asked how long the wait would be (the client (me) here trying to negotiate), and the woman was like, "We too busy, long wait... come back tomorrow". She was rude, and not accommodating at all. I walked out, and the other woman who was waiting followed right behind with her husband. She asked, how long ago I had gotten my nails done, and I told her Friday (two days ago). She proceeded to tell me that another girl came in with the exact same problem and they turned her away. She was like, "I'd rather pay more money for a good job, and be satisfied, than to waste my money here...". Which I agreed. Please, save your money and go somewhere that is much more decent and will actually do a quality job. I'm telling you now, I will be going to my original nail salon, because even though they are more expensive, my nails have lasted up to a month and an half and they do a fantastic job. Came here randomly just for a mani pedi after waiting for so long due to covid and could not take it any longer. This place was close to my work so I called just to see if they were even taking any customers. They are open (working outdoors obviously) and took me in right away. I was surprised at the quality of work considering it being outside. I did not get their names but they did a fantastic job. She didn't really clean up my cuticles, acted like she was and she keep looking at me because I was watching her. I should've walked away when I saw the first sign, SMH! I had my toenail polish changed by an elderly woman, should've done it myself, awful job! I also requested to have a fill done for my finger nails. The "technician" that helped me used the drill In high speed which caused her to over drill me natural nails, ouch... When she began to apply the acrylic to the nails, me nails burned so badly, hope I don't get an infection!!! End result: Not a smooth acrylic finish. This place was highly recommended and I was highly disappointed! I got a mani pedi which was acceptable but the nail polish was old and gooey. The manicurist added polish remover to thin it out then used it to polish my nails...my polish looked uneven, dull and the polish was applied in a sloppy manner. I then had an employee apply lash extentions and the tweezers were dirty with glue used on someone else. She put the glue in the plastic back side of an empty eyelash container which had a bunch of black spots where she had done it before, she used dirty qtips to wipe my eye lids and used the tweezers to double dip...im embarrassed and disgusted that I allowed them to apply extentions to my lashes...the following day they started to fall out...I will never go there again. I think the health department needs to pay them a visit...eeew! read more
