I've been to this salon before, but my last visit felt off. I went in for a gel pedicure. I requested gel polish and powder, and the technician let me know there would be an additional cost, which was fine. The pedicure began, but she was a bit rough. At one point, when polish got onto my cuticles, instead of using acetone to clean it up, she used a file to scrape it off, which was uncomfortable. What made me feel most uneasy happened at the end of the service. While I was still sitting in the pedicure chair and hadn't even put my shoes back on, the technician said something to the receptionist, and the receptionist immediately came over and asked how I would be paying. I told her I would be paying through Zelle, and she gave me my total right then and there so I can pay. This caught me off guard because during my previous visits, payment was always handled at the front desk once I was ready to leave. I also noticed that the customer next to me was not asked to pay while still seated. For context, I was dressed casually in a baggy t-shirt and leggings, and I couldn't help but wonder if that played a role in how I was treated. The combination of being informed of pricing, being asked for payment before I had even gotten up from the chair, and the difference in treatment left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. overall experience was not what I've come to expect from this salon. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for quite some time. In the beginning, I truly loved it and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, over time my visits began to feel very different and uncomfortable. I want to start by giving credit where it's due -- Lan does the best gel pedicures. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a great pedicure. She is consistent and does an amazing job. I have mostly done my nails with Jennifer, and while I understand that nail techs have multiple clients, I often felt like she was rushing through my appointments. If I schedule an appointment, I would really appreciate the time and attention to detail that comes with that. This happened multiple times, not just once. Because I genuinely liked this place and wanted to continue coming, I decided to try a different tech, Katie. I've only seen her twice, but since switching, I've felt like I've been treated differently. Maybe it's just my perception, but every time I go now, I feel tension in the room because I decided to switch techs. No client should feel uncomfortable simply for choosing a different nail technician. I went in Saturday and unfortunately did not like how my nails turned out, and once again I felt very uncomfortable during my visit. I've also referred people here in the past because I truly believed they were friendly and took good care of their clients. Sadly, despite wanting things to improve, my experience hasn't changed. PLEASE DO NOT waste your money or time !!! Very unprofessional and rude!!! Gave the place a try again today after not coming for years due to my favorite nail tech had left this place . And unfortunately, I 100% regret it. The vibe sucks. Everyone was rude . I had the young Asian dude being very unprofessional when doing my nails. When I first told him I was going to do short nails, he rolled his eyes. Then when he was cutting the tips , I tried to raise my left hand to see if they a were short enough for work . And he had the audacity to pull my hand down and not let me see them . Then he continued pulling my fingers and when I had enough I rudely asked if he can stop pulling my fingers down . Mind you I was getting a pedicure at the same time . I was about to go all out and get designs on both nails and toes but this prick kept running his mouth with my pedicures tech lady because I told him to stop. I immediately told my husband I was not going to waste no dime because the service sucked . I changed my plans to basic black color and honestly they are deformed and uneven . I really hope Tracy the owner changes her staff because what happened to me was really unprofessional and very disrespectful! Especially because tech was a guy !
