I came here on Saturday morning and had a basic facial I got off Groupon. Cherry was amazing!!! Her fingers were magic. The face massage was my favorite part. I didn't realize how much tension I was holding in my face. But she was amazing! I feel like I died and went to heaven. Even my family said my skin was glowing after the facial. Very nice but my lashes are so uneven. Got them done on Thursday and 4 days later my left eye barely has any lashes while the right side has a lot. She spent so much time on the right eye and half the time on the left. Should have known. So much has fallen out it looks so uneven I'm wondering if i should pull some out. Kelly was very attentive and patient to explain all the steps since this was the first time I got head spa. The treatment included scalp analysis ( it tells you how healthy your scalp is and hair loss area), thorough hair and scalp cleansing with essential oils, and final step with nourishing serum and anti bacterial brushing. To top it up, the full body massage chair is the best. The whole treatment is 60 mins but I felt 60 went by so fast. It was so relaxing and refreshing. Cons: Employees were not as knowledgeable regarding products that can help my hair condition improve.. There was only one machine to check scalp condition so had to wait for my turn in the beginning and after treatment. There was only one couch in the area. I had to wait because the previous client was not done but there was no where for me to sit because the couch was fully occupied. I had a signature facial from U-Mi head spa booked through their website. They sent me a reminder email and text confirmation, which I appreciated. The signature facial was very pleasant and my face really felt radiant and fresh. I would prefer for them to do a bit more with the extractions but I overall would rate it great with all that is included in the signature facial. It is very reasonably priced and I would definitely be back again. I did not have much interaction with the staff but they were nice and greeted us and offered water to drink. The facility is nice and clean with soft spa music in the background. Recommendations: The temperature inside the spa was a bit too warm, leaning towards being uncomfortable at times. It would be great to lower down the temperature a little bit, especially on a hot summer day.Lying down on the spa bed also got a bit uncomfortable moving close to an hour and would probably be nice to have a back wedge pillow to make it more comfortable. They did a great job and would not hesitate to come back for another facial in the near future. There is definitely room for improvement and would love to see it when I come back. My hubby gifted me a head space for Mother's Day. I've never heard of a place like this and I would have never bought this myself. The place is relaxing and inviting and you would never know you were in a mini mall. My spa-cialist was Kari/Kerry (I don't remember her correct spelling). She was professional, had a welcoming feel, and had the pressure of a miracle worker. We started with a scalp exam, which if you have never seen your scalp up close - eeww. She then took me to my curtained spot and had me take off my shirt and bra straps and put on a wrap. Every spot has a massage chair that reclines back where your head is lowered back into a sink. There is a slight incline backwards. Then the magic happens. Massage chair starts (deep pressure only) and she begins to massage my head. She did three different cleansings. And after each one she would add essential oils and the best deep pressure massage EVER! This process was about an hour long. You then go back to the front and they recheck your scalp. You are able to scan the code to get your results. It ends with a 10 minute shoulder and neck massage (enter drool emoji here). And she brushes your hair for you and tops it off with more essential oils. All in all a memorable experience. I would probably go every few months to give my head a well deserved cleansing and massage. read more

This was an aaaahhhmazing treat, if you're into having your head massaged for approximately 60 minutes... You are on a big massage chair which is programmed to be on for maybe 45 minutes, she asked if I wanted on again but I opted out. it was nice to prop my knees up while the head spa was still occurring... I had an appointment, arrived on time, and after arrival they told me they could not take me because a staff member didn't come in. I was pretty upset because I drove all the way there already. But the manager texted me that same day and was apologetic and offered to fix things so I went for a free service yesterday. I was taken care of by Diana, she did a great job, she was very nice and calm with a soothing demeanor. I fell asleep a few times during my service it was very relaxing. Hopefully my scalp and hair will show some improvements and if so I would come here again. The inside is very clean and looks new, and it's very quiet and relaxing inside. They also have a lot of interesting technology like a face scanner that analyzes your skin and a heated massage device and some kind of electrocurrent comb. The essential oils they used felt very relaxing and nice also. Some head spas I've been to I feel like they focus more on the massage and relaxation which is fine, but this place focuses more on actual scalp health in my opinion. Lying on the massage chair during the service was also pretty nice. They also offered hot tea or water during my blow dry. The prices seem higher than some other head spas, but they have a membership card which is probably what I would get if I went back because it seems like a pretty good deal. They are also on Groupon! So glad to have found a local head spa in the Stater Bros shopping center next to Ding Tea. This place just opened last week, and everything in the store is new and nice! And right now as their grand opening promotion, there is a 30% off special. Aside from the hair treatment options, they also do eyelash extension. When you first arrive, they use their analysis equipment to take your "before" photos so that you can see how your hair and scalp conditions have improved after the treatment. This is not just a hair shampoo session, but you get pampered with hair & scalp treatment as well as massages. Even the chair on which you lie on is a massage chair. The only thing that I was not quite prepared for was the heat from the hairline treatment. I was told that it would be hot, but it was hotter than I had anticipated. It's now been 24 hours since I left my biggest nightmare. I went in for a 90 minute Premium Hair Loss Prevention and left with a "I'm sorry this happened, honey. Here's a gift card to come back for a facial." The woman who provided this "service" to me knotted and left my hair matted - an issue I have never, ever had. When she realized how bad of a problem she left me with, she called in for back up. I was left sitting in an uncomfortable chair where my head was being pulled due to the failed attempt of fixing their mess. There were 3 women in total (owner included) trying to detangle the matting they had caused. My appoint was from 1-2:30pm - 90 minutes. I left the building at 5:10pm crying with a massive headache because of how big and heavy the matted hair was. They were unable to fix the knot they had created and even told me to stop crying because "we can fix it." I had already been there for hours with no progress. They strung me along leaving me to believe that the issue was fixable. After showing my parents and consulting with a hair salon, the only solution to this nightmare was to cut the matted hair out. I now have a huge chunk of hair missing after going in for a hair loss prevention treatment. They left me with an incredibly big and noticeable amount of hair loss, an ongoing pressure headache, shoulder pain from the pulling, and neck pain from the "detangling." My fiancé was there to witness it all and before I was allowed to finally leave, another customer came in seeking a service. She saw me crying and I hope that the employees were able to tell her what I had just gone through. ~ I would like to mention that I have been here one other time and it was nothing like this, which is why I came back. What an amazing experience! Decided to treat myself for my birthday and it was 100% worth it. All the staff were very nice but Diana did my treatment and she was amazing I swear she has magical hands. Started with a scalp analysis which was insightful and showed me some of the issues with my scalp. Was provided with a robe and slippers and a comfy fluffy blanket. The 90-min treatment itself was so relaxing I fell asleep multiple times. I've been to other head spas before and this one is definitely my favorite. The massage chair was a nice touch and she used aromatherapy and essential oils which only added to the experience. After the treatment, I was given hot tea and other scalp treatments to stimulate hair growth. The shoulder massage was also great and I love the warm massage tool she used to work out all my knots. Diana took the time to completely dry my hair even though it's very long and thick and definitely took us over the 90-min mark. Decided to give them another chance since they are conveniently located near home. Basic facial was missing TWO out of the FOUR Items listed- NO Steam and NO Exfoliation. Face was washed with USED WATER only and lotion put. No steam, no exfoliation. Basically, all I got my face washed with USED water and lotion put on my face. You must be kidding me. The lady kept trying to seem so innocent of the problem- reality is, they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. BE AWARE. I'd give 0 stars if I could. read more

I have dandruff and scalp issues and was really excited to have a deep scalp treatment. They provide you with a robe and have private curtained off treatment areas. The chairs are super comfortable and provide a whole body massage during the experience. The treatment was various oils massaged and brushed through my scalp and hair line. The whole experience feels very luxurious. Then you get a nice deep wash and rinse with massage. At the end they blow dry the scalp and provide some dry treatments. They took before and after pictures that are very zoomed in and let you see what your scalp health is. They are very reasonably priced too. You're the only one per area, and I wasn't bothered by other customers nearby like some places. The full body massage chair was really amazing, and I'm willing to come back just for the massage chair! Though my feet were really cold. I recommend wearing socks (they don't cover you up with a blanket; you are given a robe). They were very gentle with my scalp and it felt clean and even properly moisturized without feeling dry.
