I've been coming here for a few months, in the beginning the service really was all over the place…read moreand the customer service was iffy, I didn't feel welcomed and felt out of place, I first was put with the same tech my first couple of visits I had and my sets felt rushed, I ended up having to go back one time after walking out the door bc I hated my nails so much, I felt bad bc I'm so picky but it genuinely just felt like I was an inconvenience, since then the last two most recent visits I've had have been really good the first I was put in a private room with who i believe her name is ANA as well as another tech one for my nails one for my toes both were super sweet and attentive! My second yesterday was with CHLOE who i believe is a new tech did AMAZING she was so kind and paid good attention to detail, I always go in for a pedicure and gel-x but ended up canceling my pedicure, i typically get both done at the same time but yesterday other people who came way after me as walk-ins too were put before me and by that time my nails were already almost done and it had already been almost 2 hours. Overall the service has gotten acceptionally better, new staff, new services, and they're sooo sweet always with my kiddo! The prices are a bit high tbh I end up paying at least almost 200 plus when I go for gel x and a pedicure which i can understand and don't mind but so that others know what to expect, on the affordability side out of 10 I'd say abt a 5

They paid close attention to my reference photos and always checked with me before making any adjustments to the polish or colors to ensure everything matched my vision. At no point did I feel like they were rushing through my appointment to get to the next customer, which I really appreciated. Making an appointment and sending in my reference photos for a quote is also super easy and convenient. I'll definitely continue coming back!
