In the past couple of months I've gotten appointments for me and my girlfriend to have mani-pedi and usually they on have 2 or 3 ladies to take care of us but here at Beverly Nails was DIFFERENT. They had at least 8 ladies! We each had 2 taking care of us. So what when from nearly a 3 hour ordeal was a very good 1 hr and 30 minute lovely experience. I've came here a few times,I recommend calling to see if they have time for you or to make an appointment . I came here when they were short staffed but the job still came out nice for what I wanted. Although I did sense they rushed this vist when she peeled the skin from the sides of my toes it hurt a lot. After I left and the day after my foot was pulsing and throbbing the entire day. I sprayed some hydrogen peroxide to be safe as I didn't see them sterilize their tools. Prices are fair I only got a pedi this day. read more

Stopped by today after being disappointed at Classy Nails on Via Campo after messing up with their customers in line and showing favoritism..... AND LET ME TELL YOU I am so delighted i did! Very professional clean, organized, fast and they set appointments. My nails look great I did not feel rushed, ignored or any negative vibes and i wasn't left waiting at the nail tech table as some get up and leave u there sitting.. while attending to something else.... and make u feel unimportant... Don't get gel-x here. She/they don't know how to do it. Really enjoyed how they did my pedicure here a few times and noticed they had gel-x on their menu, thought I'd give it a shot since they have pretty good reviews. Nah. One day into work, and basically every nail, the color started lifting at the tips (8/10 nails). Since it was my birthday weekend and I wasn't nearby the shop, I had to pay another shop to change the color. She mentioned it was too smooth so the gel had nothing to grab onto. Got them on Thursday, it's now Wednesday. Last night, noticed a nail was hella lifted. I checked on it and it was SO EASY to peel off, I didn't even have to pick at it nor did i put any effort into peeling it. Was gunna go in to have it fixed today. This morning, I noticed more were lifting. Same thing occurred again. At this point, it's more than half my nails so I said f*** it, I'm done and was able to easily remove the remaining nails. I can only assume she also didn't buff the inner side enough so glue had nothing to tack onto. I didn't even get into the part where she cut me pretty bad on one of my fingers but I'm so frustrated with the quality and outcome of the set that I don't even care about that. Gave 2 stars cause pedicure is solid and they seem to do a good job at things they know how to do. Rather have transparency and be told the truth, or remove it from the menu. read more

The woman doing my pedicure was very nice but she was really digging into my toe nail beds, she made me bleed on multiple toes. The nails came out looking cute, I could've forgiven the pain if I didn't get an infection on my toe. I usually have semi-permanent lashes on from another salon, but I wasn't too satisfied with them so thought I'd give this place a chance considering they were way closer to my house. It isn't really advertised, but they do offer eyelash services here by appointment. For my first appointment, I showed up right on time. The technician was about 35 minutes late. "Traffic" The service takes about 2 hours. This is about the standard, just a little bit longer than other places. They came out fine, I was happy. For my next appointment, technician is about 15 minutes late. At this point I'm a little concerned they don't value their customer's time. For my last appointment, I'm sitting in the salon waiting for my tech, who of course wasn't there yet. Another tech finally checks in with me and let's me know that my technician won't be coming in, she isn't feeling well. I was asked to return tomorrow. My beef is this: why have me make an appointment that won't be taken seriously? I work. I schedule appointments around my work schedule. I don't understand why I didn't receive a call AHEAD of time to let me know I'd need to make other arrangements. That would've been the professional thing to do. Also, every visit they charged me something different. I understand a new set vs. a fill price, but the fills were different prices every time. In fair reviewing, I will say the salon is kept very clean and most of the staff is very friendly. read more
