During the service I expressed to her that she was going too fast for me as I was in extreme pain from the way she was applying the sugar on my skin to the yanking of the hair. She stated that it was because I was on my cycle and because my hair was extremely long, now I understand it was long but like I said im not a newby to the pain of a Brazilian. She could've responded in a more understanding way. It just was not a pleasant experience for me from the moment she came out to get me from the lobby because of the customer service. You make an appointment and you still wait over 15 minutes for your wax service even if you check in early or on time isn't great. European Wax Center has a Late Policy Form Stating if you're 9 minutes late you will be marked as a no show, what happens when they don't respect your appointment time ?
