I don't know what's the hype about this place. I went last week to get my nails done, when I got there I asked how much was the wait and the lady said 30 mins. I ended up waiting more than an hour. They also treated other customers who arrived before me which got me frustrated because I've been waiting a long time. When it was finally my turn, I asked for short square/oval shaped nails. It was quick. The lady offered to do gel and I agreed because I needed my nails to last long. I ended up paying $30 for short acrylics w/ gel. Wth? I've paid that amount at a different nail salon for longer nails. I had no choice so I paid. It's been a week, and my nails look 4 weeks old. The nail polish looks like regular polish starting to fade out and chip. So much for gel, right? They look horrible and need a fill already. Never coming here again. read more

Would not recommend; despite there being more than enough workers. I have been left unattended after my pedicure was done and still required my manicure. The lady that was supposed to do it had instead started working on another customer and left me sitting for half an hour until I had decided that I've waited enough time. Normally I am a very patient person but I had clearly stated that I wanted a manicure and a pedicure to her and she clearly understood me. However she neglected to finish the job in favor on working new customers who had just walked inside the store. read more

These ladies are the best! There's not a single technician working here that isn't excellent. They never answer the phone, so it's kind of just walk-in, but it's always worth a wait. D lited!!! Once again I decided to give my feet a spa massage. A 22$ deal!!! for one hour my feet where pampered. The massage chairs are so firm that you can feel the rollers going down the back and it gives a slight pounding around the neck. Mmmm felt the tense relieved. The water was at medium hot temperature and my feet where soaked as the whirlpool stared to massage my soles she pour seasalt in the water. After 5 minutes my feet where deep scrub and she worked all around my foots. My heels, sides, ball of foot and any corn she found. I tell you my feet felt so smooth and exhilarating !! After the deep scrub they where latter with a creamy and sandy textured soap. She massage my feet at same time. Felt my feet so light like brand new LOL As final touch she put a cold cream that resemble a mud mask Fabulous Fabulous Fabulous!! in total the whole experience was worth more than 22$. This time a painted my toes lavender super cute. I am definitely coming back and try the facial, can't wait to see the final results of it!! read more

I love this place, the space is great and the nail techs have a nice attitude. My sister, friends and I are always going.

I came with my cousin to get a manicure and pedicure. And when I walked it this place was a mess, trash all over the floor, nor do I think they clean there really clean their pedicure chairs. Also when you walk in there's no greeting, just you walk in n it's very awkward, no ones at the front desk asking what you would like or anything, they ask when they notice you. Also they have people in the back wondering around not doing anything, I just feel like they need to be more profession able. Also there was only one person doing acrylics which was then man and it was taking forever just to get to him, my cousin waited an hour just to get her nails done. I just think they need to have a schedule going on for themselves because they seem all over the place doing there own little thing. I also noticed that their rating was no where to be found. I also noticed they have a couch here in there building where their employees lay down. Also keep this in mind they just get a sponge and a rage to clean these chairs , NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK! This place is super clean & super spacious. I love that it's never crowded. Brandy does the best pedicures ever! Love love lover her. Very thorough & friendly! She's 6 months pregnant right now so catch her while you can ;) the only downside is that it's located right in the middle of Whittier blvd so it's noisy sometimes. But the massage chairs are awesome. & it's always fresh and relaxing. Definitely would recommend this place. read more
