The rooms aren't super private- we're in a shared room with 4 beds, but it's usually just the both of us. The service here was good, I was able to make day of appointments and they had simple products that didn't irritate my skin. I liked the simplicity of the facial, they used a steamer and did extractions, finally ending with a mask! It was overall a relaxing experience and my esthetician was very sweet. I've been to a few facial locations and I have to say this one was definitely the most painful extractions I've ever experienced!! During this process I just thought in my head "no pain, no gain" and was pinching my hands to focus the pain on somewhere else!! After the facial my skin definitely looked worse and more irritated than before ): I waited a few days and while my skin looked ok I just couldn't stop worrying about the open wounds caused by the extractions worrying that they didn't scar!! After a month, my skin has thankfully not scarred (,: if you are coming, just be prepared for the extractions!! Haha

The studio is very clean and peaceful, and she is the only lash tech I've ever had who will wash her hands each time between moving from different clients.
