Surprised they managed to mess up this bad considering my only requests were: "I'd like to have French tip acrylics" and when I saw that the shape of them looked horrible I said "maybe just paint them all white." Not a confrontational person with service workers at all so I actually walked out with these EGG nails but finally came to my senses that they were ridiculously ugly to have been paid for and went back to ask the owner to remove them. I can laugh at the work they did now, but definitely did not feel funny in the moment. Also maybe it should be noted that the nail techs are all in the 50+ age group so maybe my fault for expecting to receive anything above basic. I feel like I asked for a simple request: remove dip overlay and clear regular manicure. First, they used a fake nail to rip off my overlay. This was pretty painful and damaging to my nails, so I asked if they could soak and file them off. Unfortunately, they couldn't even do that. As you can see pictured, there is still a layer of dip powder that was not removed on 3 nails. They proceeded to put the clear on top without removing everything. I paid $28 for this, which is disappointing. Will not be coming back, unfortunately. read more

This place is horrible. I got a pedicure and gel manicure. They were done by a lady Helen. She rushed through both. I was in and out in 32 minutes. She didn't ask and just cut my nails short. I wanted them filed. It was too late....like I said she was rushing, moving fast. I had polish all over my skin on my hands and feet. I asked 3 times if she could clean it. Totally ignored me. As I left I mentioned to the owner how unpleased I was and she just looked away. Rude and very poor customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! read more

Nails came out nice but I think I was ripped off. When I walked in I asked how much was a full set for acrylic and one of the ladies told me it was $26 right when I sat down to get my nails done, I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted, red nails with one white and a red heart. Should've listened to the bad reviews. I came in to remove my acrylics and for a manicure. The nail tech used the tool to smooth the nails over to remove the softened acrylic. She ended up making most of my nails too thin. She started to soak my nails in cold water and completely disregarded the unevenness of my nails. I had to ask her to make sure all my nails were the same length before she painted them. The polish was uneven and awful. Worst experience ever. read more

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a nail shop! I believe Evelyn did my "cuticle cut" and gel polish. First off the place is so small and almost very uncomfortable to be in the shop. There isn't much people in there I guess because the lack of a job they do. The have very little options of colors for gel polish. I had to pick a different color 3 times because the lady kept saying she didn't have it. I posted the pic of the horrible job she did. It chipped the second day. She left the gel polish over my skin that's why it lifted. I am so upset! Please don't do your gel polish here. You'll regret it! read more

It's always a hit or miss. First couple times I went I was impressed with their work but as I kept coming back their work got sloppier. My nails were crooked, and when I would tell the manicurist she would half-ass it. Pedicures were okay at first depending on who did it; some really take their time, some really rush through it and nail polish falls off within a couple of days. I dropped by to get a Mani/Pedi/Brow Wax today (my usual nail ga at a different salon is on vacation), they greeted me in a friendly manner and was taken care of immediately, no waiting! I was in and out of there in 30 minutes!....the ladies did an awesome job and the prices were lower than with my own salon gal! I will definitely be coming back, it's so convenient to shops (Smart n Final) eateries and the Albertson's plaza across the street. Came here on Sunday, April 27 for a new set of pink and white nails, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing, after walking out of Pearl Nails in Rosemead. Evelyn, the manicurist, was awesome. My nails look amazing! The young woman who did my pedicure, I am sorry to say I didn't get her name, did a great job and the woman who did my waxing was very sweet!!! All three services cost $67 which is a fantastic deal since my old nails had to be removed.... So happy that I ended up at this nail salon that I will now be a regular at!!! Terrible experience. Have been there many times before but it is so unprofessional and rude to talk about your customers. Like it's been known to many others, how uncomfortable it is when your in a business to pay for services and suddenly they begin to speak there language among each other, and then they all turn and look at you, begin to giggle and continue to speak their language. The pricing isn't expensive but the quality is low. The nail techs rush you out of there and rush on your nails. They choose whether or not they want to do a design on your nails. Even if you ask for a design they will tell you no. Today I went in to get my nails done for my birthday. I selected a color, at which point the nail tech told me, "no. I do this color instead". I don't like the color that she selected on my hands, and the lady doing my toes rushed through my pedicure. I'm going home with nails I do not like... And now have to repaint my toe nails. I just paid for these ladies to basically do whatever they wanted and not what I wanted. This place is not a place to go to at all. read more

Had been here a few times because it is the closest to me and I was very happy with their work. Hadn't been in in some time. I needed a mani and pedi last minute for my wedding the next day.
