I love my manicures and pedicures that I've gotten there....but, is it worth over $110 dollars?!?!?! No. Even when I get a fill, and a pedicure, the price stays the same. Last time I went there, the person did my fill very fast and they did not put the clear gel on my gel nails, so my nail polish was a bit ruined. I think they got upset because I said no cat eye style on my nails even though they told me it's a trend, but I don't follow any trends so I wasn't interested and that's when they got upset and left me there with wet gel nails. Price is so high they made me pay $40 for just gel I got no tips and they gave me a hang nail I didn't have prior to going in . They made the vibe so weird and where discussing prices in front of me changed the price I should've paid $25. I will never spend my money there again ! read more

It was my first time here, my usual place was closed and I really needed to get my feet done. I specifically asked for someone that was good with ingrown nails; when I was sat I doubled checked with the lady and asked if she was good with ingrowns and she replied with "yes". But it was a lie, not only did she not have a clue she hurt me really bad...the owner was sitting there and I asked if there was someone else that would be able to do it and it's like I was talking to the wall; and they were talking in their language...the only thing I understood was "use more cuticle cream and let it soak"...that was their solution. The lady wanted to try again and I let her do it again and she hurt me again, at which point I told her to stop and advised her not to touch my feet anymore...she attempted to try again and I said, "no thank you, you've hurt me enough". The owner was just sitting there watching a movie and didn't say or do anything. I asked her if she was the owner and she said, "yes"...I told her I was unhappy with the service and that I would only be paying for my manicure...as I was paying she tried to persuade me to have someone else try. All of a sudden she had someone that could do it...and I said to her, "I said something to you earlier and you completely ignored me" to which she responded with, "I thought she could handle it and the other person had an appointment". I was livid...she could've offered to do it herself, if the other person was busy she could've ask me to wait while she finished and would've gladly waited. This is is the worst service I've received. Do yourself a favor and don't ever come here. read more

Ask for Christine, she not only is the best at what she does, she is also the owner of this local favorite. Wax, pluck and trim. This woman is detailed in cleaning and shaping your brows to your satisfaction. Friday afternoons and early Saturday mornings are the busiest hours of the day. Eyebrow wax runs about $7 plus tip. There is a $1 fee to use your debit or credit card so its probably best to bring cash. For those with sensitive skin ask for some Aloe Vera over your sexy brows for immediate relief. read more

I finally found a nail tech that gets me Kris/Kristina I can show her a pic of what I want and boom it's done never tries to stear me into something else which I love!! Friends and family think I'm a little crazy to drive from long beach to montebello just to get my nails done but I don't care you don't always get good quality work at every nail shop but here you do I've never broken a nail or chipped gel polish and pretty rough with my hands and did I mention I can go longer than 2 weeks without getting a fill even at 3 weeks they look pretty good so hands down this is my go to place and Kris is my go to girl p.s. 4 YOUR NAIL is a midsized nail/waxing salon, they also do eyelash extensions. I've been going there for about 4years now for waxing of my eyebrows and forehead. I pay $13, including tip. I've also have gotten my nails done there. The owner, Christine, is welcoming and likes to talk. Most of the staff don't speak much english, so you don't have to worry about caring on conversation. I have been minorly burned around my eye area from waxing due on my part of wearing sun lotion ( chemicals mixed with wax can lead to burns). I always take my 6 year old son with me to get his mani/pedi while he was waiting to be called (I was getting my pedi,)they have a big fish tank and my son was taking photos of the fishes when "the owner yelled at him "baby no sit down " NO ONE SCREAMS at my son! When I told her my son was not getting his pedi n I wasn't getting my fills she charged me $3 more than originally quoted! I just wanted to leave that place so I paid her and left! When I was in high school this was a few of the spots that was known for doing a good job ! Which was about 5 yrs ago! I went in last month. The perimeter of the location is small. The lady who did my nails was fairly nice. Here's my experience with gel mani... I went in after work I was exhausted and I was determined to get my nails done since it was the only time I was going to have free time for the week till the weekend ...the wait was about 5 mins. I picked out a sky blue gel color . The ladies seem like she didn't know where the color i picked was at. My mani starts and she's shaping my nails and few mins past and it's time for her to apply the gel. Keep in mind she Doesn't tell me if I would like to change the color or that they didn't have it the color I picked. I spaced out throughout the time and I didn't realize it was a different color till she applied on the first finger. W.e that could've been avoided if I was paying more attention. It was a teal color with glitter. Good thing I didn't have a wedding planned or special event. I would've been pretty upset. Anyhow...the main issue was that the gel didn't even last two weeks!this has never happened before to me. It was a Tuesday I got them done and by sat two of them were peeled off on the edges along ...plus with cuticle being super dry!. Plus 25 dollars for gel? And if I wouldve chose 2 different colors it would of been +3 more . Ridiculous! You can find other spots in Montebello with better quality and gel last longer! Never coming back to this place. Had a manicure done It was nice just for the one day I got it done. First of all they charge $9 + 3 more just to have one of your nails colored another color. The next day the nail polish was chipping off, by the 3rd day mostly all my nails had no nail polish. I went back and spoke with the owner and told her I had them done on Friday and its only Monday and showed her my nails her response was that it only suppose to last 2-3 days because it was in my nail that I should of got them gel. I told her that had never happen to me and she said it's normal because of the oil of the nail. Bottom line never going back they use cheap nail polish. read more
