I get pedicures regularly. I keep up with them every 2-3 weeks. I was stuck in traffic off the 5 freeway and decided to try this place since the reviews seemed okay. Never again. I never bleed... ever. I can't even remember the last time my toes bled from cuticle cutting. The person who did my pedicure was so aggressive. Tugging my cuticles, and twisting the cuticle clippers. I let her know it hurt and she seemed to not have much of an expression Three of my toes bled on my first foot, I let her know I never bleed. It was concerning to me regarding infection. She was more gentle on my second foot. My pedicure didn't even come out looking good. I got a gel pedicure, and it looks chunky and uneven. This is the first time I have ever had gel polish look this way. I just hope I don't get an infection/fungus from this place. Please be cautious. Some of the techs may need more training read more

I'm from out of town and visiting my mother. This was the closest place, so I went in for a basic mani and pedi, which were done by 2 different people. I was nicked (bled) on 2 toes, then on 1 finger as they were trimming my cuticles. This has never happened to me in all my years getting these services. The woman who did my pedicure was rougher than the fellow who did my manicure. Besides the rough touch, I believe their cuticle trimmers are dull, which probably added to the aggressive yanking. The fellow did say sorry, but the woman just looked at me and said nothing. I rarely write a negative review because I support small businesses as much as possible. Im super picky when it comes to getting my nails done, but I was visiting my family from out of state and I really needed to get a fresh set of nails. They by far exceeded my expectations. I got a pedicure and it was amazing and relaxing. The lady I believe Susan was her name was so gentle but amazing! I then got my old acrylics removed and the guy who I forgot his name was so gentle when removing them not like other places I've been to where they can be abrasive when taking them off. I then showed him a picture of what I wanted and he gave me exactly that. I had been to other places where I say I want this and they give me something completely different with no complaints though but not what I want but here they gave me exactly what I wanted, the perfect shape and size that I wanted and I'm in love with my nails! My boyfriend loves them too! My mom who went with me to get her nails too loves them as well! My mom who also got a pedicure and manicure had nothing but positive reviews to give and raved about it the rest of the day and she is extremely picky about services. The atmosphere in there is also amazing! The prices are great especially for the service you receive! Everyone is so relaxed and accommodating. Went with TT Nails to get acrylic nails. Wanted what I thought was simple and clean for my Wedding. I asked her to be more gentle and it seem to bother her. She said to let her finish. Then she cut me, I said your hurting me. She tried for a little to be gentle, then she nicked me again. I said your hurting me. She said I was to sensitive. I asked her to be more gentle, I asked her for shorter and almond shape. She did what she wanted. Even though I kept asking her and explaining what I wanted. I took a Picture! Came here on a Friday afternoon. I noticed it maybe 2 weeks before but stoped until now. Place is big and clean. It has a nice calm ambiance. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure. What I like is that they have different options. Example basic, pamper etc. To the gel options you add $15 more to your choice of manicure/ pedicure. Service was friendly and I did not get cut or hurt once. Han ( pedicure) Tony ( manicure) were very gentle. I loved my end results and will definitely be back. I was impressed by TT Nails service and cleanliness. I don't live near by, but, its on my way to work so I stopped by to do a rapid repair. I was in a rush to fix a broken acrylic nail a couple times and the staff was attentive and took care of me quickly. They have new and clean equipment and also modern technologies to make my acrylic nails lasting and dry rapidly. Price is moderate. Not over price and not cheap. You literally get what you pay for. I previously got an awful acrylic set from a different salon and went to TT Nails to fix it. The 2 women were very sweet and ensured me that I would have a better experience with them. I don't know if they were just being nice or if their prices are usually this low, but I spent $25 total. They removed my old set and put on a new set of acrylics. That's a GREAT deal! Let's talk about quality. The set was beautifully executed. The nails were shaped perfectly and very smooth. It literally lasted me over 3 MONTHS! I don't think anyone was expecting lockdown to last as long as it has but my nails did not once chip, crack or break for 3 months until I took them off myself! That is QUALITY! I wish I had a photo and I wish this place was open. I drive by every few days to see, but it looks like they may be shut down permanently. We drove out to them and when we got there, we were told the lash technician wasn't going to be able to do our lashes because they had just gotten their nails done. I mean come on. I still tipped big because my nails came out great. I tipped $10 to the lady who did my fabulous nails and $10 to the man who did my toes. So I paid $90 total. Oh no, this place is fancy, they have spa chairs & they even let you get a massage without the stink eye! Walking in I seen a dude working & if you have ever had a man work on your nails before you know they are about to sand of at least 2 layers of skin & make you bleed at least once! Not gonna lie I was nervous, but to my surprise Jason was amazing! I will most definitely be returning! Believe it or not, that warm lotion & warm towels felt amazing af! Most of the reviews are based on cost but in my case I paid for what I got & I was happy about that! $27 for gel manicure & 20 for regular pedicure with matching polish plus his tip! Before they start working on you they bring over this lil menu with price & description, that was kinda cool!
