This place used to have good quality at a good price and now horrible service with prices that don't even match the board my fill and gel pedicure came out to $75...my fill came out to $40! don't come here it's a rip off

This has been my nail salon for a few years now. I usually get gel manicures and pedicures but recently have reverted back to acrylic. I am usually a nude or French tip girly but decided to try something new. These are by far my favorite acrylic set I've received!!! Will continue to return.

I Love this Nail Salon in Huntington Park California, the employees are so kind and respectful. Their services they render are Awesome I personally have my eyebrows waxed and pedicure done and since I've been going for 5 years now i have had no problems with any staff members. They have a massager chair to keep you feeling comfortable.

Love this place. It might not be as big or modern but the quality they provide and attention to detail is well worth it. I've had a pedicure and gel manicure here and they take their time to make sure they are doing a good job. I love the fact that they aren't rushing to just get on w/ more customers and get a tip. Both my gel mani and pedicure were very well done. I'll definitely keep coming back to this place. Phoebe did my mani and Holly did my pedi I recommend them both.

HANDS DOWN ON THIS PLACE!!!!!! THEY DO AN AMAZING JOB!!!! This place is more of first come first serve place. They don't take appointments but it worth waiting. I asked when is the best time to come if I'm on a rush and the lady said that mon-fri it's better to come before 3pm and on weekends it's better in the afternoon... WE ALL WAIT TILL THE LAST MINUTE The nail tech who did my nails her name is PHOEBE(yes like from friends) SHE WAS AMAZING!!! If your the type of person who is not scared of nail designs or creative this is THE GIRL TO GO SEE!!!

This place is a not-so-hidden gem. First time here, I usually do my own nails and let them grow out becAuse I don't like acrylic nails so my main concern was that they would cut my nails too short. So this is how it went: 1. I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure it was so relaxing, they exfoliate your feet, they removed ALL of the dead skin on my soles, made sure cuticles are cut without hurting you, then they do a hot towel and hot stone massage on your feet absolutely perfect! I would come back just for this but I also loved the way they shaped my nails. 2. My manicure was very well done, cuticles well done, like I mentioned nails not too short with an oval shape which I surprisingly liked. This is perfect for me because square nails always chip. The color is chose was 501 Angel Heaven really loved the color. My mom I will definitely be coming back we already set the date.

Charlie's an angel!! Came here to get my acrylic filled since the first time I came here. First time I got my nails done by Jasmine and she was good but I wasn't ultimately satisfied due to detail issues. Came back and glad I meet Charlie he was super patient with me and was gentle since I'm sensitive. Charlie was so fun to talk to and taught me self defense moves!! Ladies go to Charlie to teach you some self defense moves!! We talked like old friends and was a great nail experience! Prices are friendly and the people are too! Will come again.

I was going to leave because it stank like nail chemicals strong and the doors where closed, but I really needed my pedi for a party, So I would go out and get air. I had to wait 3 hrs! Idid a gel pedicure for $30 because they told me it dries instantly. The have a massage chair. My complaints is that the nails could have been more well shaped to look uniform and taken more gunk from the sides of the nail. And the gel polish could be more closer to the edges/ look more perfect. But it was ok I give it a B, not an A. As for cleanliness it's not good. They do use sanitize nail clippers and nippers and pushers. But the pomice stone and nail files, and polishes are not clean! You can tell because they had white skin dust on the nail file and they use the polish on all nails! Including fungus nails. And one of the girls that came in had nail fungus. Maybe you can bring your own tools and polish? Because we I don't want nail fungus. So I will have to look up a more sanitary nail place. Prices are good. THEY PREFER CASH! CHARGE TO USE CARD. Got cut like three times the first time I came here. The nail technician just told me it's okay and put alcohol as my nail cuticle continued to bleed. They also don't know how to do cat eye nails so wouldn't really recommend if you're looking to get that design done. read more

I went there recommended from a friend so I can get relaxing time. I thought it would be nice but I was mistaken. Tom wasn't there so only Amy would do my nails. All she did was talk so much for it seems like at least an hour and a half hours, non stop. The waxing on my eyebrows was terrible. I definitely will not go there anymore . read more

DO NOT GO!!!! I went to go get SQUARE French tip nails and what I RECEIVED was duck ugly French tip that look so bad I regret it so much and they cut my cuticle I almost got fungus!!! Stay away from here Go to home nail techs better read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE STAY AWAY FROM HERE, I'm not sure the lady's name but I believe the owner the lady that sits in the back she does all her jobs fast and without a care in the world she just wants the $ and that's it she doesn't care if your happy with what she did. She gaslights you into thinking they look nice. She does everything sloppy and isn't careful with the tools she files the nail right after the "soak " literally burning your finger. 2nd they use the same aluminum foil for EVERY pedicure customer talk about infection control . So it doesn't matter if you don't have athletes feet or fungus here you will get it with the same foil they use. Don't believe me ? Go ahead and check them out yourself . The guy is the only good One there he actually takes his time and makes sure your happy . Owner is not . AGAIN would NOT recommend 0/10 read more

Been going here for about a year now and I've seen them really improve their variety of styles. I took in a picture of nails I wanted and the woman doing my nails matched my request perfectly! This is my go-to spot for acrylic! My nails always turn out beautiful. The women there really take their time making sure nails are a clean and crisp shape which I really like. Getting my nails done has always been a nice experience here because they are really careful to detail. I always get compliments on my nails after getting them done here! read more

This was my first time at this shop and I walked in a little hesitant just because trying something new has that effect, but I'm really glad I did. I got a gel manicure for $22 (it would have been $20 with cash) The reason I gave this place 5 stars is because of the price, and the service. I waited about 10 minutes to be helped. Luckily at the time I was the only one waiting cause this shop is small. Amy was the one that did my nails. She did an amazing job, like she really, really took her time. I love that she really cleaned my nails up, and that the polish was put on neatly. I highly recommend this place, ask for Amy! read more

I started visiting this place this summer. I go about twice a month. I used to think that this place wasn't the nicest nail salon on the block but the quality was good. The quality is still good except this place is so dirty! I recently went on a weekday and as my sister was getting her pedicure done I noticed a COCKROACH crawling by her feet! See pic. Another issue is that the ladies hate taking card. They'll push for cash and if you don't pay cash they'll rudely tell you to bring cash next time. read more

I came by this nail salon to get natural acrylic nails since I can't wear any at my job but the way they made my nails were so nice and neautral I will definitely be coming here again! The waiting time might be a lil long for a walk in but I will be calling in to schedule with them for sure I cant wait to go on my leave they have many beautiful color options and my nails today came out on point They take the time to make them turn out nice ! read more

Thy thy nails is my new favorite nail salon in the area. I have tried almost all in South Gate, Maywood, Huntington Park. Their nails last me, something that's rare. They're affordable and take their time to make sure you are satisfied with their product. Highly recommend. Thank you thy thy nails!!! read more

I walked in for the first time today. Last minute nails before I travel. Amy and Phu both were doing my nails. And the día an amazing job they take their time to make sure everything is perfect. They were both very nice. Also gave me advice on my design so we did half gloss and half matte. I also got my eyebrows done by Amy and she did a very good job. I am most definitely coming back here. Came here one day by chance. New to the area I found this small hole in the wall with fair (to me) prices for services. Mr. Anthony at first scared me with his quick precise work and his skill with the drill tool, but his warm demeanor and friendly customer service put me quick at ease. The other ladies that work here are great at what they do too. I love coming here for their services and suggest you do the same. read more

It's too small of a place to accommodate anyone! I wanted to remove my own gel because I was not only crunched on time, but because my nails are real. New places tend to just file all the way down to my real nail instead of just the top base get, this thinning out my real nail. I asked the tech to just let my nails soak. She went on to help another customer, which i was fine with. I proceeded to remove my own gel, when the tech got upset. I asked her why she was so mad, she stayed she wasn't but I could feel her hostility. So I just had her remove my get and I left. I'm not from the area so I won't be back! But I did go to a place down the street called lotus! It was a beautiful salon, with so many options, as well as their cleanliness was top notch read more

This nail salon is a one of a kind find . The area is so different and you wouldn't think that it could have a wonderful nail spot like this but trust me they do such a great job for such an affordable price ! Three of my gel manicured nails chipped within 4 days of getting them done. Within 7 days, SIX of my nails had chipped. Disappointed to say the least. I didn't go back to have the technician fix my nails because I don't want the same poor quality gel back on my nails. In fact, I remember Phoebe stating that she uses the best quality gel Polish called "DnD". She even insulted me and said that the gel I had on my nails that day that she had to remove was "cheap". Phoebe stated that the existing gel on my nails was too hard to remove so she had to file it off instead of soak my nails with foil. I'll tell you this, my "cheap" gel sure didn't peel off within a couple days like the one used at this nail salon. I won't be back and I don't recommend this salon. Don't let the great prices fool you. read more

Stop going to cheap nail salons!!! After here, I got a fungal infection on my toe nail!! I asked one of the ladies if she can use my supplies, she said it's better when they use their own. She stated not to worry as they "disinfect" after each client, they clearly don't! Alcohol itself does not disinfect tools!! Please beware and don't contract fungal infections. read more

Very friendly staff and professional work. Decided to get a manicure & pedicure done here after reading all the great reviews. Wasn't disappointed whatsoever :) They are very gentle with everyone. The only thing would be that the place is tiny so it's easy for it to get full. Also, parking is at the back of the place. Overall I recommend this place and I will be back :T read more

I asked for a simple French tip pedicure and cheetah print French tip. Cool as soon as I walked in I was helped, before (2016) it was full of a young crew but now going back after a year and half it changed dramatically. Yes the owner is still there to help but the team changed now it's older folks shock I didn't mind but as soon as I showed them the inspo picture and to color match both my toes and hands the people helping me gave me this look as if they didn't understand and after this I just gave up and let them continue using the color white (and I wanted beige) whatever I continued to just watching their work the older guy doing my hands literally just added black dots on the nails and was done when I asked him if he could try again because it didn't look like cheetah at all he once again gave me this look as if I was talking a different language and finished. I was pretty annoyed already and to add a cherry on top to my experience both "artist"/ workers started talking in their native language and would just give me glances. Also the older lady doing my toes cut my nails waaaaay too short, ouch! Whatever this cost $165 which I was like for what I did not like the service nor do I believe I will be returning (I drove 45mins for this)

What made the situation worse was that she continued applying alcohol to the area, which was very painful, and didn't acknowledge or apologize until I pointed it out myself. On my most recent visit, I went in for a nail soak-off on my hands. The technician seemed rushed and ended up cutting my pinky during the process. At this point, I'm really disappointed and concerned about the lack of care and attention to safety. I shouldn't be leaving a nail appointment bleeding every time.

I liked this place, went here for a medi/pedi. There were only 2 employees working, I got there at 1:15pm and didnt get attended til 3:05pm. Got my pedi done first, loved how the lady got into my nails, used the hot towel & soft rocks. It was really relaxing, for my manicure the girl was kind of rude at first. Idk her name but she had jst got there from school. She would pause to go eat behind a curtain, and i started to get a lil irritated but then she mention that she hasn't eaten all day. She did my nails really good! I loved how she got down with my design and color. I got them medium almond, marble color. The reason why i didnt give them 5 stars was that i left there at almost 5pm and was expensive. For my manicure my nails were 42$ plus they charge 5$ extra to clean the skin around your nails which is dumb bc that should be included with the manicure. They don't like taking credit/debit and ask if you have any cash with you. This is the most expensive I'd ever had to pay for my meni/pedi. My nails have gotten soo many compliments and look bombb but i will look at other places that don't charge extra for things that already should be included. read more

This place sucked. They charged me 35 for gel and mani. They told me they worked toooo much on my nails that's why they gave me that price. After the first 5 days the gel started chipping and the color changed. This place was terrible. Terrible for pricing and condition of nails. They also use the same tools in everyone. That's disgusting. I don't recommended this for anyone that really truly cares about they're nails. If you don't care about your nails go to this place. Terrible job!!!! I'm not sure how to reply to your response but I am not lying I was there when someone was getting a pedi and they didn't even get new tools. That's nasty. You used the same tools on me as well tools you used before. You did not open the tools in front of me so they were used that's nasty. You guys are not sanitary. read more
