Save your money! I've been coming to this place for the past two years, but unfortunately, the quality and service have gone downhill. Two weeks ago, I got my nails done and both of my middle fingers popped off the very next day, while I was on vacation! I was so disappointed. When I returned home, I went back in for a fill and paid again without complaint. But the very next day, both of my pointer fingers fell off too. Updating my original review: After visiting a few times over the past two years, I honestly stopped coming here for a variety of different reasons. Seems like they kept switching out employees... some better than others. They're always rushing to get to as many clients as quickly as possible... the last pedicure I received was rushed, crappy paint job, non-existent massage, and then they try to push for gel and/or added services (to charge more) and if you refuse, their service is even more rushed and crappy. Also, like others have mentioned, Sam tends to pick and choose who he wants to work on which is not only annoying but disrespectful (since they claim to only take in clients on a walk-in basis)... they'll have you wait even though he's not working with anyone and then he'll take in someone who comes in after you... the last time I visited my mom requested him for her full set, and he claimed to be busy and had her wait, but then took someone who came in after. She was upset, but ended up getting her nails done with someone else since she was already waiting for me (I was getting a pedicure), but they just ultimately did not do her nails as great as Sam usually does. Sam is the best. Highly recommend him for gel nails. Sadly, this time I had a horrible experience with one of the older ladies with glasses that did my first ever pedicure. The lady was NOT gentil at all!!!! she was trying to look for ingrown nails that I do not have. And stabbed me with a blade looking tool. I had told her she had hurt me and to just leave my toe, but she said I was fine and continued after I told her to stop. I would have removed myself from the situation if the lady didn't have that blade tool in between my toenail. I just didn't want her to stab me even harder. I told her again that she was hurting me. she continued by saying that I was fine. A second later she noticed I was not exaggerating when I started bleeding. She could not stop the bleeding and my toe was in pain. She freaked out and asked her coworker for help. They stared talking in their native language. And would not look at me when I would ask them questions a lo it that she had done. All they would say was " you good" "sorry". The lady that had hurt me only watched as her coworker was only able to slow down the bleeding by adding some stuff. I asked what they were putting on me and said medicine. I was trying to find Thy because she does amazing job at giving a pedicure but I couldn't see her so I had the nail technician Vicky. Vicky was so rude!! I told her to cut my cuticles extra closely, but it was the exact opposite! I complained and ask her she just stared at me and continued.
