It was pricey ($70 for a fill) but it was almost like getting a new set because the old set I came in with was crooked/thin/lifting. The tech was very kind and gave exactly what I asked for. She was sweet, funny, accommodating with what I asked. I did need to ask for new tools/cleaned attachments but they accommodated no problem. Will be returning read more

I have been Waiting since 5:30pm... The Nail techs need to do better. (The receptionist informed the nail techs of the clients waiting. Yet 1 nail tech blamed the receptionist, the other nail tech blamed the clients of not informing them) I like coming here but they most definetly wasted my time today and will be my last. Sincerely, A client that came in for both a simple manicure and a simple pedicure at 5:30pm and left with only a pedicure at 9:01pm read more

I came here because of the good reviews and it is close to my house. While my Hawaiian pedicure was good and i especially enjoyed the hot towels. It was pricey because it did not include exfoliation or foot mask. The place itself didn't seem sanitary. Although it had only another couple in there, there were 2 staff just sitting instead of disinfectanting things. To be honest, I was a lil nervous of touching the chair tables because who knows when they were last cleaned. If the place was more sanitary I would have enjoyed the service more. read more

went in for a simple french get manicure and loved it! My walk- in was quick, they weren't taking card but had an atm on standby with a $1 charging fee, which is great convenience! A tall asian man, did my nails very quick in experience and detailed oriented. They were all kind and greeted me out. The place has great potential to make upgrades in the establishment. I was happy, they were clean and nice. $45 read more

Disappointing service, my friend and I weren't offered the pedicure menu. They just assumed we wanted the basic pedicure. The lady doing my toes disappeared for like 10 minutes mid service without saying anything. as she was doing my toes she was doing a bunch of other things at the same time, it was annoying. read more

The actual experience was good. There was a long wait for a Sunday morning. But I was very disappointed with the nail polish. This is right when I left the salon. Looks like I painted my nails myself. I literally had to go home and try to clean up my toes myself. When the person was down, she left to work on someone else and never came back or checked on me and so I couldn't get her to clean up the toenail stuck to my skin or the the bumps in the polish. read more

It's not the most boujee nail salon but they use clean and new tools, they also put a bag for the water bucket. I wish I got the name of the girl who did mine but everyone in there is talented and fast, she removed all the dead skin and gunk on my to nails, leaving them perfect. I can't recommend April enough! She always goes above and beyond to bring my inspo nail designs to life. It was my first time at this shop, April did my gel x set & I loved it. I had planned on going back for my Halloween set. But then I noticed on Sunday night that the gel polish on my toe wasn't fully cured so I called the shop Monday after work but they were already closed & I was told to go on Tuesday but I got off work late so when I went today my nail had already started to peel. When I walked in I explained that I was in over the weekend & that the gel polish hadn't fully cured on one toe, I still waited about 45 mins for them to fix their mistake. I did get impatient after waiting so long because I had already been there over the weekend & had paid & tipped for a service that wasn't done correctly. When I was finally sat down the guy who fixed the gel polish just said it wasn't their fault in a very rude manner/tone, didn't even ask who had done my pedicure nor apologized for the mistake. Horrible service. Response to Vy: Yes, I did say that after almost waiting 40 mins. I get that everyone there was probably waiting longer but everyone there was there for a full service, I waited 45 mins for something that probably took you less than 5 mins to do. I wasn't requesting to get my whole toes redone, I just wanted one toe nail fixed, that was all I had requested. I wouldn't have had an issue waiting 45 mins or even longer for a full service, I've done that in the past. read more

Avoid this place! Services very brief and not as advertised and if you inquire about it they expect you to pay more! The pedicures come with a basic massage which is almost nonexistent at the rate of about a minute. At another glance the place is not very clean which might make the sanitary conditions questionable. The vibe is a whole other issue. Not a welcoming environment! Spend your money somewhere else. Some of these reviews are not consistent with this business as I would not recommend. read more
