went in for a simple french get manicure and loved it! My walk- in was quick, they weren't taking card but had an atm on standby with a $1 charging fee, which is great convenience! A tall asian man, did my nails very quick in experience and detailed oriented. They were all kind and greeted me out. The place has great potential to make upgrades in the establishment. I was happy, they were clean and nice. $45

Looks like I painted my nails myself. I literally had to go home and try to clean up my toes myself. When the person was down, she left to work on someone else and never came back or checked on me and so I couldn't get her to clean up the toenail stuck to my skin or the the bumps in the polish.

It's not the most boujee nail salon but they use clean and new tools, they also put a bag for the water bucket. I wish I got the name of the girl who did mine but everyone in there is talented and fast, she removed all the dead skin and gunk on my to nails, leaving them perfect. I was nervous to get a French pedicure since I've never tried it due to having small toe nails but she wowed me. I recommend going here

My nail beds used to be in pretty rough shape from years of acrylics, but ever since I switched over to Gel-X with April, my natural nails have never been healthier. She's not only super talented, but also genuinely cares about the health and look of your nails.

It was pricey ($70 for a fill) but it was almost like getting a new set because the old set I came in with was crooked/thin/lifting. The tech was very kind and gave exactly what I asked for. She was sweet, funny, accommodating with what I asked. I did need to ask for new tools/cleaned attachments but they accommodated no problem. Will be returning read more

It was my first time at this shop, April did my gel x set & I loved it. I had planned on going back for my Halloween set. But then I noticed on Sunday night that the gel polish on my toe wasn't fully cured so I called the shop Monday after work but they were already closed & I was told to go on Tuesday but I got off work late so when I went today my nail had already started to peel. When I walked in I explained that I was in over the weekend & that the gel polish hadn't fully cured on one toe, I still waited about 45 mins for them to fix their mistake. I did get impatient after waiting so long because I had already been there over the weekend & had paid & tipped for a service that wasn't done correctly. When I was finally sat down the guy who fixed the gel polish just said it wasn't their fault in a very rude manner/tone, didn't even ask who had done my pedicure nor apologized for the mistake. Horrible service. Response to Vy: Yes, I did say that after almost waiting 40 mins. I get that everyone there was probably waiting longer but everyone there was there for a full service, I waited 45 mins for something that probably took you less than 5 mins to do. I wasn't requesting to get my whole toes redone, I just wanted one toe nail fixed, that was all I had requested. I wouldn't have had an issue waiting 45 mins or even longer for a full service, I've done that in the past. read more

Avoid this place! Services very brief and not as advertised and if you inquire about it they expect you to pay more! The pedicures come with a basic massage which is almost nonexistent at the rate of about a minute. At another glance the place is not very clean which might make the sanitary conditions questionable. The vibe is a whole other issue. Not a welcoming environment! Spend your money somewhere else. Some of these reviews are not consistent with this business as I would not recommend. read more

Service was amazing and fast. Went in for gel x mani and a regular pedicure. I didn't get my technicians name but he did a beautiful job with my nails. Showed up as a walk in (called in advance to make sure it was ok). Got helped immediately. 2 technicians working on me at the same time - it was quick. Giving it a 4 stars because it's a bit pricier than what I'm used to for a basic french tip. + the pedicure french tip isn't the best & my middle finger was cut when the cuticles were being trimmed. The french tip on my hands are precise though. Hand service: they look good, got what I asked for. Short gel x nail French tip Total - $63 (idk how the charges were broken down) Foot service: French tip could've been better, looks just like a straight line. No shape to it. Basic Pedicure $23 + Callus removal $5 + Gel polish $10 French tip $7 Total - $45 $2 fee for using card The shop is tidy & clean utensils out of a sanitized bag were used. My feet aren't left itchy as previous experiences. I recommend if you don't mind the prices. read more

I had an awful experience at this nail salon last week. I went in for a gel mani and pedi, and unfortunately, both were a disaster. Manicure: The nail technician didn't even bother to remove the glue or gel from my previous manicure. He did clean my cuticles, but then he painted over my nails without smoothing out the surface. The result? My nails are bumpy, and you can see the shadow of the old gel underneath. It's one of the worst manicures I've ever had. Pedicure: Things only got worse with the pedicure. The technician did remove the old gel, but in the process, she also grabbed my skin, leaving me with scabs next to my nails. When I asked her to remove the calluses from my feet, it was extremely painful. She wasn't paying attention and scraped areas that didn't even have calluses, causing me pain that lasted for two days. I now have scabs all over my feet. On top this the gel started pealing after 4 day I'm beyond disappointed with this place and will never be going back. If you value your nails and feet, avoid this salon at all costs. read more

For more than five years, I had been a loyal customer of this business and referred over 10 people…read moreto them because I trusted their services. During one of my visits, I experienced a situation where an employee was speaking about me in another language, and it made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. Based on the interaction, I felt that I was being treated differently, and I believed there may have been racial bias involved. I brought my concerns to the owner, hoping to resolve the issue professionally. Instead, I was told that I was no longer welcome at the business because I had missed an appointment. That missed appointment occurred while my grandmother was hospitalized, and I believe the circumstances were not taken into consideration. The owner also told me that the staff had held a meeting about me, which made the situation even more upsetting. After my experience, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this business, and I wanted to share what happened so others can make their own informed decisions before choosing to go I also want to mention that a similar situation happened to my friend, who is also a person of color. Based on both of our experiences, I believe there is a pattern in how customers of color are treated. Dora was also very rude and unprofessional throughout these interactions. My father is an attorney, and he will be taking legal action regarding my experience with this business. My friends are also looking for new lash techs and will no longer support business . They just lost a lot of customers The owner reached out and is still not taking accountability. I told them that I had an issue and they never acknowledged the discrimination that I faced. Second of all I've sent many customers there and I've always been on time during the grace period . So don't make an excuse as if that's the problem. Third of all, I've only gone to Chelsea and only liked Chelsea so they could've continued to book me with her instead discredit my feelings and told me that I wasn't welcome because I brought an issue to them now they want to respond because they know that they are wrong and again we will be taking legal matters. Also, now I have proof that you just told somebody that they said that they were discriminated and not to make that as an excuse that's worse on you. I also reached out to the business several times trying to resolve it through text and they blocked me and never Responded, They're only acknowledging me because it makes their business look bad me and me and Chelsea never had issues. She would even talk to me about her kids schooling troubles, so you're making up excuses. That was a troubling experience however I have found a salon, more professional, and the quality is way better than Moon Lash. Please take your money somewhere else. They do not acknowledge you and it is not worth it. When I shared my experience, they couldn't believe that happened. They have never had to tell a customer because of a complaint. They are no longer welcome.

What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

Before the appointment, I showed multiple reference pictures and was hoping that she would understand that I have lighter/feminine features and didn't want anything super dark or heavy. Although the lashes themselves were not badly done, they looked nothing like what I requested. I ended up with a very bold mega volume look that did not flatter my face at all. It completely changed my appearance in a way I wasn't comfortable with. I reached out respectfully afterward and explained that they were too bold and not what I asked for, especially since this was my first lash experience. I asked if she could accommodate me with a removal or some kind of correction, but I was told I would have to pay again for both the removal and a new set. For $120, I expected better communication and a result closer to the references I provided. If you like very bold/full lash styles, her work may work for you, but if you want a softer wispy cat-eye look, I would be cautious and make sure you discuss it very thoroughly beforehand.

My gel manicure came out to be fabulous and the spa pedicure with the sea salt scrub/steamed towel was perfecto! It was an amazing experience because it was pretty well done compared to other places and they try their best in doing what you desire. This is my first time coming into this nail salon for a gel manicure and I was satisfied. The nail tech was detailed oriented and took her time when doing my nails. She asked me what kind of shape I wanted and I got squoval (square and oval at the same time). She removed any unwanted skin around my nails to make the nails stand out and gave them a clean look.
