I can understand if I paid for a Manicure but $23 for my acrylics yanked off and LITERALLY just cut the cuticle she drilled my nail out alcohol and was like you're done. So I went in about weeks ago and had the pleasure to get my nails done with Steven excellent job! Now I came in today at about 11am HORRIBLE unfortunately Steven wasn't here and I got stuck with Anne she stab twice with scissors, burned with the drill several times and on top of the she piled on so much acrylic she even finished her entire container of acetone because she was being sloppy and messy with the acrylic . I finally got fed and ask to get some else so I got Chris. As I was switching over these two employees were arguing amongst each other. I don't know what they were saying but Chris and to keep getting up from his seat to stop them. It was so rude and uncomfortable when you have three people all around you just arguing. It was so unprofessional and disrespectful how these employee don't have any manners or self respect. Going back to the nails. Loved my first time with Steven! My nails came out so cute and I paid $75. Nails lasted 3 weeks!! Amazing!! I love Steven despite what other comments may say. This time however i didn't get Steven. I unfortunately got the man sitting closest to the window. I asked for a fill & a French tip on top. I paid $50 for a fill which is weird considering I paid $75 for a full new set, both being gel. To top things off the polish on the fill is already lifting despite me getting them just a couple hours ago! I used to love coming here, my manis and pedis would always be perfect. After they reopened, they've been hiring the worst technicians and it's just not the same anymore. I hate that my two go-to ladies are gone from this location so that was already one disappointment On top of that, I went in yesterday 10/17 for a gel mani and pedi and Nina did a terrible job on my mani. The pedicure wasn't so great either since the gel polish is all over my cuticles . Before she began on my manicure, I asked if she would b doing my manicure or if someone else would be and im not sure if that bothered her but her whole attitude/vibe changed. I was asking because the guy who takes you in usually lets you know, this time he didn't he just sent me off to a PEDICURE with Nina. If she didn't want to do my pedicure she didn't have to, I could've waited for someone else. For starters she rushed my mani, didn't cut the cuticles entirely so my hands looks messy. as she's finishing up I notice that she left the edges unpainted, so she proceeds to ask me if anything is wrong so I point out to her that she didn't paint them in correctly (mind you this is a gel manicure). She offers to redo them but who has the time to remove a whole set of GEL color and reapply after its been cured?! Noone! Especially when it's already been an hour. Of course I'm upset . She then proceeds to tell me, "next time tell me you want them painted all the way", like excuse me ? It's your job to give me a well painted mani, I shouldn't have to ask you to do your job correctly. Unfortunately there will not be a next time. I drive about 20 mins to this location just for their once great service, I will no longer do so. It is no longer worth it with these new employees. So I went Saturday for the first time to do my nails here they sat me down pretty fast to start on my toes. So far everything was cool I glanced over to see the girls nails and they looked pretty so my expectations were pretty good at this point. The lady finished my toes and I was moved to start on my hands the guy asked how I wanted my nails so I showed him a picture, simple French tip with a deep curve he said he can try but my nail under will show I asked him if I can get a nude color then the white over he goes on to put a nude powder on my nails and the the clear so far everything was fine until he starts adding the white I asked him if he can make it deeper. He tells me it's hard because of the brush he had so I just wait. After he's done he goes on to tell me if I wanted it the way I wanted he should've done the nail with powder not nail polish if he would've said this in the beginning I would've said okay and if he wasn't able to do it I would've done one whole simple color. I go pay and it's $104 my nails looked like trash I didn't even want to tip because I was just so disappointed on how my nails look my toes were fine.
