I've been coming to this nail salon for YEARS out of loyalty, even after multiple frustrating experiences. But today was the last straw. We called ahead and spoke to Ken, who told us the wait would be 30 minutes. We showed up on time and ended up waiting over an hour, only to find out someone was still ahead of us. This isn't the first time Ken has pulled this -- it's a pattern at this point. Ken, if you're reading this: stop wasting people's time. It's disrespectful and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the place is right next to a ghetto barbershop where people park like they own the lot, blocking spots and entrances. To make it worse, they're always outside smoking weed, so good luck trying to get in without dealing with all that nonsense. Save yourself the time, headache, and disappointment -- this place clearly doesn't value its customers. I won't be back. read more

I have begged endlessly, for my father to take me here. It finally happened. And I have some pros (possibilities of cons?) to tell you about this place. s: My dad is a second in command manager here. His name is Ken. I found out my dad's employees were really professional, unlike some places I've been to. Well organized, sweet, and helpful if you can't decide on a color. Three people helped me that day. There names were; Susan, Apple and Ken (he worked on my nails too.) They did an amazing job! very small cn: I'm kind of concerned..why does one of the gel things smell like wine? overall..a really good nail salon. everyone should come! if you don't..you'll regret it.. also some pics at the bottom. read more

Updating this review because the customer service has just gone down to the point that I am no longer going back here. I have been made to wait long times multiple times now and no sympathy has been given. I once waited over 3 hours and was then told to come back the following day. I would understand waiting 30 minutes and being told that, but 3 hours??? That is just rude and disrespectful. Also, another time I developed an infection after going for a pedicure. They tried to fix it, but it still wasn't working. Instead of giving me a refund or comping another service, Ken just told me to go see a doctor and no other care in the world. Unfortunately, Ken only cares about the money and not his customer's well-being. read more

I hate to leave a negative review but I got an infection in my index finger after a manicure through a small cut obviously the implements were not properly disinfected, it's been two weeks now on the 2nd pic and no signs of heeling it's worse. I'm not even able to touch it or folded to remove the gel as you can see it's purple swollen and pulses. I already went to the Dr. to receive medical attention but nothing I'm going again today. Please take notice this is serious matter. **Update after 2 Dr visits, I ended up in the ER my finger got black the Dr said if I didn't make in that night I could of lost my finger since there was no blood circulation. I visit the salon after to talk to a superior so they could take action and not happen to anyone again but no one took responsibility or even took the time to "Apologize", that says how much they value and care for their clients. read more

Ken is my nail tech and he never disappoints! I love the way he shapes my nails. I only get the powder and a gel manicure and I swear people always think I have on acrylics but nope these are my nails. He is always very kind to me too, I only go to Ken because he knows how I like my nails done. I'll definitely keep supporting them especially during this pandemic. read more

been here twice and the first time I went the man cut all my fingers around the cuticle area, I told him how long I wanted my nails and and he proceeded to cut them shorter than I asked for the two times I went, the nails came out nice but I told him a few of them were crooked and if he could fix them and he proceeded to say they weren't crooked (my nails were were overlapping my other fingers) and I decided to give this place a second chance so I went to get my nails done for my birthday and again he glued the tips on crooked and I asked him several times to fix it and he didn't, the designs he did on my nails the 2 times I went here were beautiful but the service wasn't as great as he didn't do what he was asked to do,, haven't been back since my birthday which was 2 months ago and I don't think I'll go back again read more

Went in to fix only 1 nail because it had broken. Walked in and wrote my name down was waiting for over 20 minutes. And then another lady walked in way after me and the man takes her. So I get up look for my name and it is crossed out? I got so upset and told him I'm still waiting not sure why my name is crossed out. Then he said oh oh okay come sit down. Just horrible do not recommend this place. Will never come back again. read more

Even though I didn't get what I originally wanted, I still liked the experience. I have terrible cuticles and they seem to have fixed it. Lol I just wished they were a bit more flexible with designs like they were able to do more. But since they couldn't do the flower I wanted, I just opted for polka dots which still came out cute. Paid $27 for gel manicure with two nails with polka dots. read more

Ken is very good but there is one lady who always looks angry. She got mad and snapped at me because I asked for sandals after she did my pedicure. No customer service skills. I really liked Ken, but the salon is not very clean and I will not be going back. read more

I decided to go to this place based on the reviews I read here... As usual all the staff were talking in their language, thing I think is very disrespectful to do in front of customers. But, the main thing is that when I arrived and asked if they were able to do a design I showed them on a picture and they said that yes they could do it. To begin with the color they put is nothing like the one I asked for but since it was gel nail polish according to them the color was going to change as they applied it, thing that never happened. The heart the girl did looks as if a 5 yr old did it. So, not professional. I did not liked the work they did, I was expecting more then this. read more

Amazing work ken fixed my ugly nails from another place I'm very happy and satisfied with his work will definitely return

My mani didn't last that long, gel usually stays on for a very long time, this one started to peel off after about two weeks or less :/

The wait here is ridiculous! & to not even get helped. Very poor time management & im more than a little iffy about their disinfection process for the implements they use. read more

This place is literally a LAST, no other option, resort... & HORRIBLE Every time I've gone either the service or work is horrible.... For instance, one time they totally cut into my toe and butchered it after I told them not to cut anything... And today I (again last min resort) and was told a pedi would b I 15 mins... 1/2 hr later I simply ask how much longer for a pedicure and the man said well who's next for nails???? I didn't ask for nails, I asked for a pedi... That place is NOT worth a 20 min wait, not even a 10 ... Why I decided to go there yet again baffles me.... read more

This is going to be my first review because I never wrote a review before but nothing has amazed me as this shop has. Been coming here for about 10 years now and this place is great! I wish I can give more than five stars but this is yelp. Service is great, employees are respectful and kind and my nails look gorgeous and last a little more than 2 weeks (I get gel nails). I love this place so much I drive 20 miles just to have my nails done by them! I love Hannah and Crystal and Sammy, they are my favorite. I recommend everyone coming here! It's a hole in the wall but that's what gives it its unique taste also. People always compliment me on my nails and ask me where I went. This place is #1! read more

This is ridiculous I waited more than an hour, I came here because ira closer to my house than my regular nail shop. I waited and people who got there after me still went to get services . The owner kept letting people in which he knew who didn't even have an appointment. I waited patiently because I really wanted a manicure but I should of just taken the extra drive and went elsewhere. I now remember why I stopped coming here ira a damn shame . One star is way too much ‍ read more

I went into today, and though i wasnt able to get what i wanted because of an issue with a card, (which is not my issue and really wasnt upset about) but the fact that rose turned around and started talking about me and obviously pointing at me while doing it is my issue. Im a nail tech and being i can no longer do this stuff on myself i try and trust others to do it for me. I have never made a client feel uncomforable annd the fact that she could sit there and talk and laugh at me is completely unproffessional and the fact that all was leave is more than they deserve. Im literally due to have my baby any moment and me not going complete crazy is more courtesy than she deserved. I know one person not going doesnt make a huge difference but felt like people should know the type of people there getting there nails done. read more

Needed to find new nail salon and I think I found it. The ladies were courteous attentive and did not try to nickel and some me for additional services I did not need. The place is very small and only have 3 people who do nails and two (sometimes 1 person) doing pedicures. They do not have spa chairs for pedicures, you sit in a desk chair which are old and uncomfortable.! They use the same tools on people... gross!! They do the acrylic nails very thin, so they break easily and do not last more than a week. Pedicures are $12, gel nails are $21 and acrylic nails (short to medium coffins nails) are $25 . Plus tip ? Pricey for the low quality they provide. read more

Great service. I've been a loyal customer for seven years. Hannah is the best for manicure & pedicure. Cannot beat their reasonable prices.
