Came here with my grandmother to get our nails done. Great customer service and price was also reasonable. We called ahead of time and they were able to accommodate us on short notice. Tee did a great job on my pedicure and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, Lauren cut my grandma's finger and cut a piece of her skin off. She kept telling us it was okay while my grandma sat there and bled for over 30 minutes. Lauren kept putting cotton on her finger and it still kept bleeding. She proceeded with the gel manicure even tho she was bleeding and there was dry blood left on her cuticle. Worst service ever. I asked to get acrylic nails and the lady was only going to paint them because she thought acrylic meant gel. She did this twice! (Waste of time) then the guy who I think is the owner/manager did my nails and left them so ugly and uneven. Today, only 6 days after I got them done one of my nails fell apart like nothing. Well I won't be going back here. The lady doing my toes cut my toe and the next day it was hurting and looked red/ sensitive to touch. Manicure wasn't good either first she left a lot of cuticle, 2nd I got French tip and the lines weren't nice she tried fixing them and left them worst. I didn't even bother anymore. read more

NOT ONLY WERE THEY DONE HORRIBLY BULKY & THICK, THEY WERE TOO PRICEY. They were so bad I had to go AGAIN THE NEXT DAY, AGAIN PROMISING SOMEONE ELSE WOULD FIX IT. Disappointed on my first visit. When I walked in, my temperature was not checked. I was not asked to wash my hands after acrylic filing. I was over charged for a fill! I was told my fill was $35. So I messaged them with a picture from their page REQUESTING to set an appointment with that nail tech, I got a replied quick with in minutes saying the person was available to go in and ask for Laura she was the one who did the nails & would do mine. Well let me tell you this LAURA does not, I repeat DOES NOT know how to do nails & now I'm 100% sure she wasn't the one who did the nails I sent. Had an appointment at 11am they started my pedicure at 12pm. Gel pedicure was decent but white gel color turned yellow within a week. Then they started my acrylic full set at 2pm, took the man TWO hours for basic gel color coffin shape. No design or any add ons. And shape was not the way I wanted it. I spent 4 hours in the salon for less than basic work. A week later the acrylic started to lift. I will never go here again. Their prices are too much for the work they provided. In my opinion avoid this place. Also no temperature check was given. No hand sanitizer upon entering. They didn't even ask me to wash my hands before starting. Catherine was my nail tech and she was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I didn't end up with exactly what I had in mind when I walked in. She was looking through pictures of similar designs and we decided to try something a bit more creative. And when she place white one my ring finger instead of black i didn't really like it. I hate to be the one to give a bad review, but my nail broke a day after I got them done!! I was putting away my son's clothes and next thing I know, I have a nail missing. I usually get my nails done by a lady in South Gate who does appointments only. It being Christmas Eve she was booked!!! I get on yelp, saw the great reviews so I went with this place. I want to start off by saying the ladies were sweet, but there are only 2 of them and for all of the customers that they have that is not good. I made an appointment for Saturday at 11:30 on December 24th. I know it was Christmas Eve but still they need more people. I get there 10 minutes before and the lady tells me they are running behind because they opened late. Ok no big deal I wasn't in a rush. They finally sit me around 12 and one of them glues on the nails and leaves to work on another person. I'm like ok, then I realized that one does the nails and the other does the designs. So I had to wait again for about 30 minutes. Until finally they start working on my nails. By this time 3 ladies already came and left because they were told to come back later, there's another 3 ladies waiting. I'm thinking by the time the other ladies come back you will not be done with everyone. So finally they paint my nails the way that I wanted them and I get my eyebrows done. By this time it's past 1:30 and I'm so ready to go. I can't remember her name but she did tell me that the owner does not want to hire another technician. It doesn't make sense if they have so much business and only 2 techs. I will not go back there. Okay long informed review ahead: Pros: --they gave me a water -- they took my walk in (I called 10 min ahead) -- they gave an honest opinion about whether my natural nails could handle gel manicure vs regular manicure Cons: -- paid for a soak off and didn't get the full acrylic soaked off on some nails -- manicure was not painted on neatly. I like it thin and very close to my cuticle. And I had to keep asking for corrections -- when manicure was drying I was waiting for someone for so long I eventually just stood up to go pay -- had to correct my manicurist on what color I wanted... she almost painted the wrong color (had I not corrected her !!) To be honest- I doubt I'll go back and if I do I'll definitely be asking for a different manicurist. I'm not sure who it was but I definitely walked away unhappy. This place is so petty and dumb. They didn't want to do my moms nails because the last time my mom was there with my little sister, they cut my sisters fingers real badly and all my mom said was to be a bit more careful with her like any other concerned mom would say. They're paying for a full service so the least they can do is be more gentle when it comes to a clients nails. The nails weren't even cute to begin with. They didn't file the nails right and the acrylic overlay was so bumpy. Super overpriced and not even worth the time getting them done. They even rush so that you can leave. Came here for the very first time with my friend. We had our appointments at 9:30 a.m. and they had just open and started cleaning, cuz of the virus (which I liked). My friend and I got pedis and nails. Service was very nice & friendly. My pedi came out great! But my nails... well there was only two people doing nails, I told the girl what I wanted, I showed her a picture from their Instagram and assumed she knew what to do. she started putting the acrylic nail, which didn't even cover my whole nail. Almost done, she starts putting the nail color and knew that she really didn't know what I wanted. What I wanted was powder she was putting gel nail polish. I told her that wasnt it. So to make it easier for her I asked for a nude color. She gave me something more of a bright pink color. Didn't like it and chose another color that was nearby cuz I wanted to leave. The nail salon started to get packed and people were getting frustrated because their was only 2 people doing nails... Later on she says to a costumer " I don't do nails I do pedicures". Now I know why she couldn't do what I was asking for!. She did give a discount though. She did apologize. But my friends nails came out amazing. Anyone that reads this... Please do your nails with the guy. I think his the only one that does nails. I think the lady done my nails cuz it was getting pack. If I do come again to do my nails... I'll go with the guy instead.
