This place was horrible it smells like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks from the reviews I can tell that there was probably change in management, when I sat down the lady didn't even asking what type of shape I wanted for my eyebrows before she completely started threading them off one eyebrow was thinner than the other and they were completely different shapes and after little red bumps came out of me skin from where she used the thread at, my skin has never been sensitive and it looked like she used the thread on multiple people before me. I would not recommend it I also went back to ask if she could fix them and she proceeded to tell me they were fine. read more

Came to get my eyebrows waxed and the Asian lady ended up ripping off my skin. Right before she started she asked if it was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed and I said no I've been waxing them since I was 14, keep in mind I'm 35 now. She proceeded to tell me she was only asking because there's people that are sensitive to the wax. I assured her I have never had a negative reaction. She began to wax my eyebrows and once she was done I felt really bad stinging and burning sensation. She applied a green ointment and that's when I felt it burning really bad. Once I saw my self in the mirror I saw raw skin, she told me not to pay and which I didn't. Please don't get your eyebrows waxed at this place unless you want to get your skin ripped off. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews and I started coming here since it opened but Priya is not working here anymore apparently. I didn't know until the lady finished with my eyebrows, The ladies that work here messed up my eyebrows they are now too skinny instead of being naturally thick like when Priya would just clean them up when I would come in. I just moved to the Area and I was as looking for an eyebrow threading place to do mine since I didn't want to drive all the way to where I used to live. I decided to give it a shot because it has 4.5 stars. When I walked in nobody was there which kinda gave me a bad impression. Because i guess I came In a slow day or something. Well in this place we hey don't use any special paper to put your head on (but I'm not trying to be picky so I let that one slide) I didn't see the lady wash her hands and while she was doing my eyebrows i could smell food. I have Acne prone skin. I can't even touch my face if I don't wash my hands because I'll get acne or like a rash the next day, on the areas I touched. I've done my eyebrows for years and this time was VERY PAINFUL THAT I WAS CLOSE TO ASK HER TO STOP. The price was super cheap but knowing the hygiene they have and the pain I'm not surprise why is it so cheap. read more

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and there was no one at all so I got seated right away to do my eyebrows. I am on the hunt for the perfect place and after reading a few reviews I decided to give it a try. The threading was done really fast especially since I just needed a cleaning... Just to tidy them up a bit. She was nice and it didnt hurt but the results were less than expected. I already have a natural arch to my eyebrows and upon looking in the mirror she had taken that off and they had become round eyebrows which don't look too well on my face. :/ I guess I'll just let them grow again and try some place else. For their price it's fair... The $6 price is what got them the extra star I gave. Maybe I should look into a bit more pricey places. read more

WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS!! LAST NIGHT. 05/13/2017 at around 8pm my mom went in to get her brows done. It was her and 2 employees ONLY in the salon. Long story short, they tried STEALING my mom's new Oakley glasses. She set them down with her wallet, while the younger lady was working on my mom the older lady meandered over and put my mom's glasses in one of their drawers CLAIMING she thought they were hers.. BULLSHIT. They're lucky my mom didn't press charges. read more

First and last time coming here. The lady got through 5 customers within 10 minutes! She did the bare minimum on my eyebrows no shape at all and left so many hairs to be taken out. I could have done this myself if I would've known the service they provide is not worth it, go somewhere else. read more

I came in to get my face threaded.I got seated right away the older lady was the one working on my face as I'm almost done getting my face threaded I could feel my face burning she said oh you have sensitive skin I kept feeling like if I had been scratch so as she finished she handed me the mirror and all I could notice is my left side how red and irritated it was as I get a closer look I could see the scratches she keep insisting it was my acne! I really didn't want to cause a scene the damage is there. I paid and left. Ladies I come here often for my eyebrows price is right but if you want someone to care about your appearance and care about their bedside manner this place is not for you! My sister use to come here often she stopped getting her eyebrows done here for the same reason They were rude and had very bad bedside manners. I wish I would of listened to my sister. First time here for eyebrows and I was seen by Pria. I have been to sooo many threading salons in the last year or so and something always ends up happening that makes me stop going so I'm hoping I can stick with this place for a long time because I really liked my experience. Pria did an amazing job and she was super quick. It was so quick that when she was done i really thought i was going to hate my brows but when I looked in the mirror they looked great! Only one tiny complaint was that she didn't put anything to cleanse the area after or clean my face off so I had all the loose hair all over it but meh as long as my brows look great I don't really care. I love going here!!! I've followed Priya from two different locations, I've been getting my eyebrows done by her for a little over four years now. She's great with shape and actually listens to what you want, the older lady that works there has left me a bald spot so I tend to just wait for Priya who's younger she's not there Tuesdays. read more

I really liked the customer service offered here, the woman in charge of my eyebrows made sure I was ok with the way she was doing my eyebrows. The threading did not hurt as much.
