I always leave very very happy with my eyebrow threading. Customer satisfaction is priority here.

The sweetest people work here! They were so kind, thoughtful, and did an amazing job. I love my brows and I'm very particular about the thickness. I cannot wait to try the other services. Will definitely be returning here for the foreseeable future. Can't stress how kind they are truly!! I'd give 6 stars if I could! read more

Completely 1000% do NOT recommend. I left so upset because I have been growing out my eyebrows for over a year now. My eyebrows were left so thin & they both look different. Yes they're nice people but don't know what they're doing & still had the audacity to charge me. It took 2 women to mess them up. Deeply unsatisfied. read more

DONT DO IT. I am NEVER coming back. NEVER. I came for a clean up. I grew out my eyebrows during quarantine so I hadn't done mine in MONTHS and they were supe grown out (which I like) and I asked the lady to only clean them up. GIRL SHE LEFT THEM SKINNY AS FUCKKKK. HELL THE FUCK NO. I told her not to leave them skinny. She proceeded to tell me she did a good job. UM NO. I was soooo sad lmao I wanted to cry. Even the lady who was waiting said that I came in with thick eyebrows and she left them skinny. IM JUST NOPE- NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONEEEEE HERE. Just wait for Ziba to open back up. Great Service. Great Prices. $4.99 for eyebrows. The ladies were so nice and the one who threaded my eyebrows did a great job with taking her time and being gentle. I don't know how she did it or if it has something to do with the string but it felt smooth and did not hurt read more

I've been coming to this place to thread my eyebrows and I've never had a bad experience. Today I decided to do a facial and had the best experience. The price is not a lot compared to other places who charge a lot and do minimal work. I will definitely keep my services at REWA. read more

The ladies here are so nice, it's the usual 5 dollar eyebrow spot BUT Mon-Wed it's 5$ Thur-sun it's $6 I believe ^ After your service they rub your eyebrows, not really a massage but it a more than what other places do for you They accept debit but I'm pretty sure they charge an extra dollar for it. My eyebrows are not as fill or thick as I wish they were so I'm not picky about where I go bcus I fill them in anyway but I've been coming here for some time The Plaza it's in is super ghetto tho but whatever read more

I usually come around afternoon or evening times. I would usually get seated because there's at least two on chairs. At other times, I wouldn't be waiting for more than 10 mins. I find lot it to be my personal favorite because she can work with many types of hair, including my stubborn waves lol. We needed their business around our community. read more

This is the first place I've been to that was almost pain-free. Usually never get my eyebrows done because it hurts and my brows hardly ever grow(it's been 8months since the last time I got them done). She used a cool jell to minimize swelling and redness followed by a quick mini massage around my brows. It was nice walking out without obvious redness around my face after :) I took one star off because she slanted the inner parts of my brows instead of keeping them going straight up like they were before. I also noticed she took off slightly more on one side. Nonetheless, it's not so obvious that a brow pencil can fix in a millisecond. read more

I was truly skeptical on trying this place out and threading in general but despite that I gave this place & threading a try and I am not disappointed. I have gotten my eyebrows threaded four times now and I feel comfortable writing this. I am very picky on my eyebrows and this place does a great job. They even surprise you with a mini head message at the end. I have also gotten underarm wax and it's good work for a great price! I truly leave happy every time. The ladies also make sure to ask if you're okay as they thread and wax which is very nice and reassuring that they care. Also my favorite part is that the wait is not bad at all, at least the times I have gone. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it does get a bit warm and I'm a person who loves air conditioned places. Anyways, they have a loyal costumer in me! :) read more
