Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

Kiki is also an extraction specialist and educates you on your skincare at home. One of my favorite things about her is the sanitation. She ensures the table is clean after client and rolls out new paper for each use. I also appreciate that she doesn't double dip the stick in the wax. She uses a new stick for each application. I've seen that far too many times with others, so I greatly appreciate her attention to those details. I love her suite. She has it decorated nicely, has calming music playing and she's an overall amazing person to talk to! It's easy to schedule your appointments with her and you also receive text and email reminders that it's coming up.

We trust her with our eyebrows, facials, henna and hair cuts. (And we are very picky so this says a lot!!) CUSTOMER SERVICE! She is a very kind hearted woman who takes the time to do your eyebrows perfectly and she really makes conversation with you to make you feel comfortable. Its a professional business and she treats you as she would a friend. CLEAN! Not to mention she is a major germaphobe which is great for our threading. She likes everything clean which was a major plus for me since I am prone to break outs. I have never broken out in pimples when she has done my threading like at other places.
