There are not enough good things to say about Bonitaa Threading and especially about Rita! She is such a sweet person and she really knows what she's doing when it comes to getting your eyebrows on fleak! I've had bad experiences in the past with waxing and even other threading places, but Rita does such a great job that I know I have nothing to worry about and I trust her completely! So far, I've brought my friend, Gloria, AND my mom, so Rita can hook up their brows. Now, you know if she wasn't the business there's no way I would trust her with my momma! On top of Rita's incredible threading skills, she even does henna tattoos! I just got one on Saturday, and it came out so cute! I'll definitely be getting more in the future. The store is always clean (even the bathroom) and when it's busy, the wait isn't usually very long. And now she has another lady working with her, so the wait should be even shorter! The only negative thing I have to say is that parking is a nightmare in that plaza, so be mentally prepared for the challenge! So, Ladies, do yourself a favor and go in and visit Rita! They did a great job on my eyebrows. No complaints there. However, as I was waiting I was also observing. One of the ladies was wearing gloves. I noticed she used the same gloves for handling money/card transactions and threading multiple clients eyebrows. It's quite unsanitary. No sanitizer was used in between. Then, she does a mini eyebrow massage with the same gloves. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, but in trying to protect her self she is putting clients at risk, using dirty gloves. It's a lot more sanitary to use no gloves and sanitize your hands in between customers and money transactions. Or at the very least change gloves for every customer. read more

First time here and got my upper lip and eyebrows done. Price was great! $9.50 (.50 cent charge for using card) but Rita did a great job. She was really taking care of every detail while threading. I was so excited to finally get my eyebrows done after 4 months of not getting them done. Mind you, i had nice full eyebrows because again, i had not gotten them done for 4 months. She took a while to get them threaded and I wondered what was taking so long. It wasn't until she was done that I noticed how bad she had left my eye brows. I don't trust just anyone with my eyebrows and have my go-to favorite spot in Eagle Rock but I wasn't able to go and had a wedding THAT DAY so I had to step out of my comfort zone. I would always drive by this place and it looked legit from the outside and when I read their reviews I knew I would be taken care of. Parking is great but I found spot on the street. I got there right before other customers showed up so that was perfect! Threading is always painful for me but the results were worth it! I went in today around 5:30PM, right after work. When I arrived, i noticed only one lady was there & she was working on a customer, someone else was waiting. The lady was half way through what looked like a full face thread, I checked the clip board where you check in the customer before me had written down eyebrow. So, I decided to wait, I thought to my self, "this shouldn't be too bad, I'll wait". By the time the customer that was being taken care of was done it was 5:45PM, the other customer is called. She whispered something to the lady working on her & then they began. It was 5:57PM i noticed she was getting a full face done. I got up & left, on my way out the lady responded, where you going. I told her, " i'll he back tomorrow", she said it will only take 7 more minutes, you've waited a long time already. I waked and said I've waited enough and left. Im upset at the lack of communication she had, especially with her being the only one threading. I will avoid going there from now on.
