I came in today and I'm the middle of my eyebrow threading, I look up to see HALF of my eyebrow removed!!! The newer Asian woman removed HALF of my eyebrow. I have very easy eyebrows to handle and i just need a clean up. But her version of a clean up was REMOVING LITERALLY HALF OF MY EYEBROW. The other woman Sita was trying to fix the situation but you can't add hair to my face. It was such a terrible and very unprofessional of this place to have someone that does not know how do eyebrows. It's very sad to see because I really enjoyed coming to this place. I hope you guys don't try to risk coming to this place because the majority of your eyebrow might be removed. read more

They made my eyebrows WAY too thin!! I went here for the first time on my lunch break because they were in the same plaza, and I didn't have enough time to go to my regular eyebrow place. Before I even sat in the chair, I informed the lady that I did NOT want thin eyebrows-- just a simple clean up. I even repeated for emphasis. (Mind you, I hadn't gotten my eyebrows threaded in weeks because I was growing them out, so all I needed was a cleanup on the excess hairs growing). After she was finished, my eyebrows were WAY too thin!!! AND the left side still had stray hairs. When I asked her to fix it, she trimmed off the end of the arch, so it was no longer symmetrical w my right brow. UGH! I am never coming back here. Best believe I didn't leave a tip. read more

I was in the area waiting for a friend and had 30 minutes to kill so I popped in here. Big mistake. I've honestly never had such a bad threading experience in my life. I explained - with words and gestures as she seemed unable to communicate with me - that I just wanted my brows to be cleaned up because I want thick, strong brows. Instead I walked out with mismatched thin brows barely even straight. Plus this was actually painful. I've done it all: waxing, plucking, threading and not once have I ever let out an ouch in my 10+ years of trying to reach brow perfection. This was an incredibly painful experience only because this woman clearly had no idea what she was doing. To be honest she would have been better off with a pair of tweezers. Should've just waited til I had time to visit my regular threader. read more

I've been very hesitant about trying a new brow place, with the new move around the area I finally said just do it! Hmmm well with that said I wish I could give this place a 5 star but I'd rather not, I didn't wait much , but my brows are now thinner than thin .. and all I asked for was a " clean up" . I love this place and NEVER have a problem with getting my eyebrows done. The owner & few of the other girls are nice, polite, and efficient. When I had a new girl and she couldn't really see the shape of my eyebrows (because I grew them out) she asked to see a picture and followed it exactly. But today on 4/21/2019 the normal people that were there wasn't so I said ok that's fine because I went in for a CLEAN UP. Shouldn't be too hard to follow a template that was already there (only a few hairs needed to be taken off) because I just got my eyebrows done 2-3 weeks prior. When I told her all I wanted was a CLEAN UP she told me okay. Once she was done "cleaning" my eyebrows and I looked BOTH of my eyebrows were COMPLETELY different. The left side had too much taken off on the tail end of my eyebrow, and then the right side had too much taken off on the top and made the end too thin. Not ONLY did she leave me with too different shaped eyebrows that couldn't be fixed but it also looked as if nothing was done if that makes sense. But to TOP IT ALL OFF SHE WASN'T EVEN LICENSED & DIDN'T SANITIZE BEFORE DOING MY EYEBROWS.Why is someone working in a place of business that REQUIRES you to have A LICENSE WORKING FOR YOU! [Article 6 under "Establishments" 7349 states "it is UNLAWFUL for any person, firm or corporation to hire, employ,or allow to be employed, or permit to work, in or about an establishment..."]When asked for a REFUND due to the service I was told NO & then the owner was called and he tried to give me the run around about not giving me a refund since I was a REGULAR CUSTOMER! read more
