Honestly, the best way to describe the room is, chill, quiet. The only thing that bothers me is the way she did my eyebrows. Asked for a cleanup only ontop and on the bottom. Mind you both of my eyebrows have a cowlick where it starts. I only had 1 eyebrow with a cowlick after. I originally went for my birthday in 2024. Left my eyebrows uneven. Sofee is the best. I am now a regular and switched back to threading my brows. I have come in a few times now and have gotten brows, lip wax, facial, back wax, and underarms. Ask for Shanti! She is the owner and I was lucky enough to get her this Sunday afternoon. She is extremely gentle and kind. She asks for what you want and 100% delivers. I was extremely satisfied after my service. I watched her disinfect the chairs and change her gloves between clients. This was my first time, there was no waiting in line, which was good I went on a Thursday afternoon. As soon I walked in two more people walked in. Service was fast, she was gentle it didnt hurt much. I did get a little teary-eyed, but no more than usually unlike other places. Not the best, but for the price $7 it was okay, clean place, polite service. I may take another chance on the place. Since service was fast I am not sure if she rushed because of the other people that were there, but I didnt like how my eyebrows came out. She didnt brush them, trim the long hairs or offer hand sanizter before I touched my eyes they were clean but still. Although she did ask to put aloe on them, so thats good. It was fine ..I just didn't like the hostility..the energy was super off when I arrive they was no one in the place except for 2 threaders. I told her just clean up not thin at all. I model so I need them as thick as possible. She seemed offended when I said this. I also got a lip threading..yes I know this is painful and its not my first time at threading my upper lip thats all I do now since waxing is horrid in that area. The lip threading was so painful she was so fast I had to tell her to stop not once but 3 freaking times. She said you don't like fast ? I'm use to lotion and threaders taking there time in this area..like wtf??? I told her not to complete the lip threading and that my skin was too sensitive for her fast technique or should I say aggression? I got my side burns done that was fine. At first I was scared to go in lol thinking how much it's painful to do eyebrow threading since i always shave my eyebrows but the sweet lady had a magic touch that before I open my eyes it was done haha, then i saw the henna tattoo and decided to try it too, she's so artistic i have a lot of compliments the moment i step out on that salon. I love this place! I've been coming here for about a year now. There really is never a wait. 10 minutes at the most and you'll be in that chair. I struggled to find a threading place where they wouldn't thin my eyebrows out. Luckily a friend told me about this location and ever since then I've been coming here. They're always friendly and welcoming. Also I love how honest they are. About a month ago I had gone and they charged my card $3 more. I didn't realize that until I stopped by again. I went this past weekend 8/12/17 and the owner remembered and made me aware of the situation. She apologized and I only paid $4 for my eyebrows that day. Shanti is really nice and professional when it comes to doing eyebrow threading. Mon-Tue $4.99 only and Tue-Sun $6.99 for eyebrow threading. My eyebrows look good, not too thin, perfectly shaped. The threading process doesn't really hurt unless it's your first few times. She also provides a stamp card were you get your 10th eyebrow threading free!!! read more

I haven't gotten my eyebrows threaded in a couple of years, it's usually my preference than waxing. I had let my eyebrows grow out and looked up places to get them threaded & I came here for the 5 star reviews. She was really quick, not sure if it was because someone else came in and was waiting, but I was not really satisfied with how they came out. Usually when you get your eyebrows done, they shape them for you, she just pretty much cleaned them up but didn't bother shaping them or trimming them. Nail salons usually charge $6 to "do" your eyebrows. $7 + tip seems a bit much for a "clean up". Monday's and Tuesday's are $5. If I ever need a clean up then I'll come by on a Tuesday read more

My last time going I asked to get my chin waxed instead of threaded; I've had it done once before, the young lady told me no. She didn't offer a higher price. She just said no. Update: A day after I got my henna I called the shop to see if I could possibly get my tattoo traced over again because I wasn't satisfied with the color. I went to the shop and the owner explained to me that depending on where you get the tattoo will determine how light or dark it will show on the skin. I guess I was expecting it to show really dark. She showed me her tattoo and hers was about the same color as mine. I appreciated her taking the time to explain to me how henna works and being so nice.!" Yesterday I stopped by the shop to get a henna tattoo. The owner is very nice and personable. I showed the owner the design and she did a great job replicating it. I was a bit on edge as to rather or not the henna would show on my skin due to the fact that my skin color is nearly the same color as the Henna. She told me their longer I allowed it to stay on the better it would show. I also decided to get my brows threaded for the first time she did an amazing job!! My overall experience was 4 stars and would have been 5 starts but the henna barely showed on my skin. I would've liked it a bit darker. It's barely noticeable. I got a henna done before at another shop and it showed very well on my brown skin . I will be back for my eyebrows but not for henna because I don't think the henna she uses is dark/strong enough for my brown skin. The owner is very nice and I do suggest this place to others!! I went in to have my eyebrows threaded. I did not get the name of the lady, but she was great. I have not done anything to my eyebrows in over a year. She cleaned them up and shaped them perfectly...just the way I like them. The place was pretty much empty. There was only one customer ahead of me. The place was spotless in terms of cleanliness. Customer service was on point. Nice and friendly service. My threading was only $7.00. This is a steal. I have been charged much more for sub-par service and jacked up brows in the end. Came on a Wednesday and unfortunately my regular brow tech, indira was out. I then left promising to come back another day. I come in on Sunday and she was yet again, off for the day. I really needed my brows done so I decided to give Santee a try. I'm so happy I did!!!!! She was amazing, patient, and gentle to touch. She paid careful attention to where my sparseness was. When it came time to pay, I went on to use my card. She ran it twice and it didn't work. Her English wasn't well but she tried to explain to me that it was not my card, it was the system. She went on sweetly allowing me to leave without payment. I immediately went next door to the ATM and brought back her fare. She was willing to let me leave due to something out of her control.
