Plenty of parking as well Staff were nice and welcoming I only take away a star because she didn't apply the aloe afterwards like the other locations. I've been coming here for over10 years and have only had 2 ladies work on me with the 99% of my…read morevisits have been with the same person. I came in for a clean up of the brows and her usual trim that she gives me. The last visits have been declining, lacking focus and feeling over rushed. My brows look horrendous, one side she over trimmed causing me to not have my arch. The other side she left all of the long hairs. As for my lip threading, she left so many hairs that resulting in me having to pluck. What is the point in paying for this and on top of that giving her a nice tip? I feel cheated, there is no fixing this now. I believe a refund is warranted here, I've been a kind and patient client. Also, beware of the new 3.5% that they charge you now to use a credit card, or debit. I will rethink returning here,

I've been coming to this eyebrow threading salon for over a year and Tika has always been so nice…read moreshe listens to what you ask for and she's very skilled at what she does. Unfortunately I will have to stop coming because she's not always there and I tried giving the other girls a chance but both times they let me down they overthin the brows and you end up with 90s style brows so unless that's what you're going for avoid this place at all costs (unless it's Tika then you're safe!) !! At my last visit which was 8/23/25 Rita did my brows and the first thing I asked for was "please don't leave them thin, only clean up" ..well she did the exact OPPOSITE of what I asked for when I seen my brows I almost wanted to cry (see pics of before and after attached ) Rita not only left my brows super THIN, she also messed up the shape and they are uneven. When I expressed how unhappy I was with the service she said "okay only pay me $5" I told her I didn't feel like I should pay at all and then she THREATENED to call the cops. I ended up paying her the full amount $10 because that wasn't the point , I just want to make it very clear I was not trying to get a discount or anything I was truly UNSATISFIED with her work. She didn't even apologize throughout our interaction all she offered was for me to go back next week so she can fix it.. WITH WHAT BROWS am I supposed to come back !!!?!!?!?! They're literally all gone. The reason it makes me so upset is because my brows typically take MONTHS to grow out and I have a wedding to go to next week. I am going to speak to the manger Tika when she comes back to let her know what's going on and to make sure the girls she's hiring to work there actually know how to thread eyebrows because this was really unacceptable she cannot afford to keep losing customers

5 stars I've been coming to Rina's Beauty Studio for years…read more(ever since I moved to the area) and Fami is usually the one who does my brows. She's always super friendly and actually remembers me, which I really appreciate. I get my eyebrows and upper lip done for $14. They have a board with all the prices clearly displayed, which is nice and straightforward. It's affordable and the results are consistently good. The place is almost always busy, which makes sense because they do solid threading plus facials and waxing too. You'll see moms with their daughters, couples getting services, and people chatting with Fami like they've known her for years. It has a really nice, friendly family vibe. Quick tip: they're closed on Mondays. I didn't realize that one time and "cheated" on Fami by going somewhere else. That place left my brows way too thin and short, not how I like them at all. Fami was able to help shape them back the way I prefer, which I was really grateful for. Fami does a great job and I always leave happy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable, no-fuss spot for brows.
