Great service and eyebrow artist was very friendly! Walk ins available and I was seated for my eyebrow threading service right away. I gave the eyebrow artist an inspiration picture for shape and she was able to get close to it even though my eyebrows are sparse. The best thing about this eyebrow threading business was that they were very gentle. As someone who has sensitive skin, it was a refreshing experience to not have my skin get blotchy after my session. The inside was very chic and had dimmed lighting that set a relaxed vibe for its customers Thank you again! read more

Make sure you ask how much their prices are not up to date online. They did a good job but the price is not worth it. I have gotten them for less and a way better job... read more

Another great threading joint in the South Bay! Judy does a great job of cleaning and shaping my eyebrows with great precision and no pain. One of my favorite aspects of 5 Star Threading is that on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, eyebrow threading is only $5. All other days are $6.99. The shop is located in a very small plaza, but there's usually parking available, street parking is always plentiful as well. Restrooms are clean. The waiting area is stocked with recent contemporary magazines. Within the past few months, 5 Star Threading now has a hair station to get your hair did. Judy mentioned that she's hoping to set up a booth for manicures and pedicures. Stamp cards available. 5 Star Threading, I'll see you in the near future. read more

This is definitely going to be my go-to threading place from now on! Cheaper than most (seriously, she should charge more considering what a good job she does), and the quality of work is outstanding. I was amazed by my own brows LOL read more

She completely changed my shape and thinned out my eyebrows. Super disappointed. I specifically asked for just a clean up. I will have to fill them in until they grow back. First and last time. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! It's my go-to for my eyebrows. I'm not sure what her name is, but I'm positive she's the owner of 5 Star Threading. She always does my eyebrows PERFECTLY. They always come out with the perfect shape and thickness. Never any mistakes and the price is the best (she does charge a dollar extra for cards, so bring cash if you want to avoid that extra charge). I'll keep going back because I always leave happy with my eyebrows. I've also attached a before and after photo of my eyebrows. read more

Was in the Torrance area and needed to get my brows done-- Walked in on a Saturday and was able to get seated within 5 minutes. I normally don't go to a random spot to get my brows done but was feeling brave and glad I came across this place! My brows are cleaaaan read more

The shop sign says open 10-7, it's 10:15 am and I've been waiting. I came here because the girl that works here is really great, but I have a very limited time frame to get my eyebrows done, and I've just wasted 15 min. Waiting for the doors to open. If you put up store hours, be mindful of your clients time. read more

I love it here. She is really sweet and totally awesome. I don't want to go anywhere else. She really listens to what you exactly want done. I highly recommend everyone to come here. Message me if you do, and let me know what you think. read more

The lady was super quick but did the job well. It was only $5. Read somewhere it was $5 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. They should have a sign because that would definitely get me to come in. My favorite part after her getting rid of my caterpillars was the fact that she gently massaged my eyebrows with a tissue and gel. My skin is extremely sensitive, so the skin around my eyebrows will thank her later. read more

Judy know what she is doing! I love her ! I love coming to her because she does not leave my eyebrows thin, she just cleans them up. Thank you a million times ! read more

My review has been updated because the lady is so nice, quick yet detailed and it usually pretty quick even if there are a couple of people ahead of you. Last time I was upset since I came and it was closed when it was supposed to open so of course I was not having it. The prices are great, and the place is clean. read more

This lady refuses to clean my eyelid even after I have shown her some hair. She says, "it can cut your skin." Fine. Then I showed her other areas that have hair. She replied " oh I didn't see it." She also said, " I'll try to do it. But if I don't get it it's not my problem." I then told her that it's not acceptable to provide this type of service. That I will also be doing in review here at Yelp. She replied it doesn't matter to me. Do not go to this place at any cost. It'll be a waste of your time. This explains why this woman has no customer. read more

This review is long overdue. I've been coming here for approaching a couple years for eyebrow and lip threading (also full face once). The owner is an eyebrow master and she is so reasonably priced (too reasonable). My eyebrows are not symmetrical so very difficult for me to do myself. I've paid a lot for eyebrows in the past but my brows look the best they've ever looked since coming here! I highly recommend. read more

FIRST TIME HERE && i Love it! Judy was super nice and so sweet. The Location is really nice and convenient. Great parking and Clean inside. Ive been doing threading for more then 5 years and I can tell the difference between good and bad threading service. Judy made it soo quick, painless, and extremely efficient with getting all the hairs out even the small hard to see ones. I love how my eyebrows came out too! plus when you're all done, Judy will relax you with an awesome face massage! I definitely will be back to see Judy and this is definitely my new go to spot!! read more

This fairly new business has been here for about a year now, and definitely thought this spot deserved a review. I had been in search for an threading place that listened to what I wanted, most places thinned out my eyebrows and didn't do a very good job, but here this lady will listen to what you say and will do a hell of a job at it. Tuesday's & Wednesday's she charges $4.99, for every ten stamps you receive you will get your eyebrows done for FREE! She also provides great customer service, such a good person. read more

You get what you pay for... this was my first and last time visiting this place. First of, the woman who helped me was not very welcoming. I felt like turning around but I decided to give them a try. Well, big mistake!!!! I had been growing out my eyebrows and the lady messed up my shape and thickness! I told her specifically what I wanted and I got nothing close!!! Now, my eyebrows are uneven and short length!! Super disappointed!!!! read more
