I should have read the eye brow reviews from past yelpers i do not like my eye brows. They are super thin now i barely have any eye brows i said clean up and my eye brows are so thin now. My honest thoughts were im so happy i didn't buy the facial because if this is what they did to my eye brows i cannot allow them to touch my face anymore. it's going to take forever to grow back im so disappointed . the worst eyebrow experience ever. she didn't even shape my brows . the lady in the front just phony and desperate. they PUSH their products and packages after the 5th time they got the hint. I feel so bad I even said yes to the brow lamination that was only $70 so I said why not support a business. While my brow lamination the lady kept trying to convince me to buy my mom a facial package. I had the biggest feeling my brows were not going to come out like the picture I was shown by the way she kept convincing me I was going to love it and she said she had the lamination herself. Her brows were not laminated like the pictures on their website. Just very unauthentic, Witnessed them try to get costumers to buy their package left and right. Anita is my go to girl everytime and she NEVER disappoints !!! She is so attentive, super sweet, will pay attention, and make sure your requests are met. The lady who does eyebrows did not do a good job and was disappointed on how my eyebrows came out she did not shape them good and did not try to fix them please don't come here. She also does not give a time and will rush you. I also gave her a tip on my credit card but said to give cash tips because the owner doesn't give them there tips on credit card. So basically they will force you to give cash tips and I felt like I was being forced to give a tip to her. The manager will hire anybody who doesn't anything about the beauty industry. Do not get lamination! I went in for a brow threading and asked to shape my brows because I had let them grow out a bit. The brow tech recommended lamination. I told her I didn't have the time and she said it would only take 20 minutes, so I trusted it would not take long and having seen a few women with lamination, I trusted her and said okay. My lamination did NOT look shaped or good. The solution burned my skin and I had puffiness above my brows. It also took much longer than 20 minutes. I was so disappointed in myself for trusting this woman. She should have just done what I asked instead of trying to make a sale because she did not do a good job. My eyebrows are terrible and will look like they were brushed out without any shape for six weeks. I waited to wash my brows until the next day hoping they would look better and when I did, I was even more disappointed. Do not get your brows laminated here. I also spoke to the manager and she said she would call me back and never did. Horrible customer service. read more

I have been a long time customer of Brow Arc Del Amo Mall for years and have loved their services. Unfortunately, the past few months I felt un-welcomed by the staff and receive problems every visit while trying to use my membership. They always have problems finding it and I have to argue with the staff to allow me to use my already PAID for membership. When I walk in I feel like they look at me like I am a nuisance. I have always treated them with respect and made sure to tip them every visit. From my understanding - I was told that I was able to renew my unlimited eyebrow threading since I was a returning customer and never had any problems for years. I have purposely waited longer than usual for visits because I dread coming to a place that makes me feel un-welcomed. I reached out to headquarters and they have done nothing to help resolve the problem. They obviously don't care that they are losing a long time customer and probably hope I'd just forget this issue. I did not want to leave a bad review and was hoping someone would help resolve the issue. read more

We walked by this business & saw the services they offered. We stopped in to inquire about the brow tinting. The employee, Anita, helped us & explained how it worked. So we agreed to the brow tinting. Anita started working on my mother while I stepped away to another store. When I came back, she was dine & I went to pay. Anita apparently opted to do the higher package without asking. She played it off like she didn't understand English all of a sudden. I was super pissed! We will never go back. The two stars are for taking me right before closing and for staying after closing while the henna dried. The two ladies in the shop were friendly. While I appreciated their time, no offense this was one of my worst ideas. I had a friends bridal shower and wanted to look nice. I've had henna eyebrows before and I figured I stop by here since I was doing last minute shopping in the mall. Gavy, did my eyebrows and she was very nice but did not match my color correctly and left light patches and made eyebrows look extremely thick and the shape is very block like. Then when I tried to explain the patches and the color mismatch the two ladies tried to tell me it looks good. Which really irritates me... just apologize that I don't like it ...but don't try to convince it doesn't look bad when it does. Personally it wasn't worth the $20 spent and I will not be back here. I had to go to Mac to pay for full face make up to be done (which I don't usually wear) because of how unnatural these eyebrows look. Ultimately THIS eyebrow trip cost me $77 at Mac. And having to wear full face makeup made me feel like a circus clown at the Bridal Shower... So this was a total bust for me. read more

I was really happy with the attention that I received this wednesday in the saloon for my eyebrow and the brow lamination. The girl that did the work was really nice. So If I have to put 4 stars for that attention was ok, but my entire problem is with the person that works with me yesterday. For the beautiful attention that I received on wednesday I made an appointment for my hair yesterday. I have long hair and I show what I need and the girl told me that was ok at 1:30pm, I received a phone call to go earlier. She started with my mom and when I show the hair color that I want she says that maybe could be 4 hours for that and she has a medical appointment. At this point I need my hair ready and I said what can you can do it? so she shows me the color and she said that I don't need highlights because her time and could damage my hair. At the end she never put a permanent color just a wash or something like that. All of this she tried to do it fast for her medical appointment. I was really angry but controlled because you have customers there. At the end she forgot that I need a haircut and then she ask if she only can put mousse in my hair and blow when I show her the pict as I want my hair. Please you need to put more attention with the people that gave attention in the hair. It's unbelievable if you are working you put personal appointments at the same time. Just refuse the job and not make other things in the hair of the customers. I pay a lot and was just for a non permanent tint and a color that I don't want it and just for a bad hair drying.
