Brow Arc - Yaaay, I have eyebrows!!! - Hair Salons Near Me - Torrance, California

I stopped by here to get my eye brows done very quick. They tried to sell me so many things but honestly i just needed my eye brows done. I should have read the eye brow reviews from past yelpers i do not like my eye brows. They are super thin now i barely have any eye brows i said clean up and my eye brows are so thin now. My honest thoughts were im so happy i didn't buy the facial because if this is what they did to my eye brows i cannot allow them to touch my face anymore. it's going to take forever to grow back im so disappointed . I shouldn't have rushed. I would show you a picture but i don't feel confident about them i have to figure something out because I'm so embarrassed now. read more

I always come here for my brows and they never disappoint--no matter who does them, they come out perfect every time. This was my first time getting a haircut here, and WOW... I hit the jackpot! Deepa completely understood what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations. I'm absolutely in love with my new haircut. I'm so happy I found a place that truly does it all brows and hair, the perfect combo. Being able to get everything done in one spot and walk out loving both is a game changer. Thank you, Deepa, for such a comfortable and relaxing experience. I'll definitely be back! read more

I've been getting my brows threaded at this salon since 2018 when they were located across Skin Laundry. I love how clean and bright the salon always is. The staff are professional and urge me to purchase their packages but they're never pushy about it, which I appreciate. I typically go during the weekday so I've never had to wait a long time. I always leave a happy customer!! read more

I had an amazing experience. The entire staff was friendly and inviting. Deepa was my brow tech, she did a great job of explaining the process while doing my service. It made me very comfortable and trusting. My brows came out great, highly recommend. read more

the worst eyebrow experience ever. she didn't even shape my brows . the lady in the front just phony and desperate. they PUSH their products and packages after the 5th time they got the hint. I feel so bad I even said yes to the brow lamination that was only $70 so I said why not support a business. While my brow lamination the lady kept trying to convince me to buy my mom a facial package. I had the biggest feeling my brows were not going to come out like the picture I was shown by the way she kept convincing me I was going to love it and she said she had the lamination herself. Her brows were not laminated like the pictures on their website. Just very unauthentic, Witnessed them try to get costumers to buy their package left and right. Don't waste your time now have to wait 4-6 weeks till my eyebrows are back to normal. Don't cheat on your eyebrow girl ladies!!! read more

I came here because my old eyebrow place changed management and I wasn't satisfied on how they were doing my brows, so ventured to find somewhere else Found brow arc in del amo and WOW, they are just amazing. Anita is my go to girl everytime and she NEVER disappoints !!! She is so attentive, super sweet, will pay attention, and make sure your requests are met. My confidence after I get my brows done boosts 200%. Aside that, the salon is clean and well kept. They accept walk ins, and they offer many more services besides just eyebrow threading. They sell some pretty good eyebrow products and other items as well that can be pretty useful. Thank you Brow Arc ! read more

Amazing Service, always love coming with Mehrafzoon for my eyebrows and mustache !! They are very polite and clean

I am a regular at this place, Maryam always does an splendid job on my eyebrows. She is super sweet, outgoing, and cheerful that she always makes my day. Recently, I wanted to cut my hair so Maryam recommended Lynda to me. On my last visit, I tried their hair section and I couldn't be happier with the results. I love my haircut so much that I feel empowered. It makes me so happy to recommend a place that not only is exceptional in their work, prices, and quality, but is also made of a team of empowering women who do an excellent job. I asked Lynda for a couple of things I wanted to do to my hair, and she was so honest to recommend me against them even though it would be to their financial advantage. It always makes me happy to visit Brow Arc cause I just know that no matter how bad my day is, I will always leave with a smile. Love this place, Love these girls! read more

Mehrafzoon was amazing doing my eyebrows!! She is always friendly and does a perfect job. I will definitely be back soon.

Anita was the person who did my eyebrows. I'm very happy with the way they look. I will definitely go back to her for my eyebrows to be done. However, I do live far, and I am only at this mall very often. But, to be honest, it'll be worth the drive! Four stars only because of the sales pitch for the membership. read more

Do not get lamination! I went in for a brow threading and asked to shape my brows because I had let them grow out a bit. The brow tech recommended lamination. I told her I didn't have the time and she said it would only take 20 minutes, so I trusted it would not take long and having seen a few women with lamination, I trusted her and said okay. My lamination did NOT look shaped or good. The solution burned my skin and I had puffiness above my brows. It also took much longer than 20 minutes. I was so disappointed in myself for trusting this woman. She should have just done what I asked instead of trying to make a sale because she did not do a good job. My eyebrows are terrible and will look like they were brushed out without any shape for six weeks. I waited to wash my brows until the next day hoping they would look better and when I did, I was even more disappointed. Do not get your brows laminated here. I also spoke to the manager and she said she would call me back and never did. Horrible customer service. read more

The lady who does eyebrows did not do a good job and was disappointed on how my eyebrows came out she did not shape them good and did not try to fix them please don't come here. She also does not give a time and will rush you. I also gave her a tip on my credit card but said to give cash tips because the owner doesn't give them there tips on credit card. So basically they will force you to give cash tips and I felt like I was being forced to give a tip to her. The manager will hire anybody who doesn't anything about the beauty industry. Mahrfzoon don't come to her anymore. read more

I have been a long time customer of Brow Arc Del Amo Mall for years and have loved their services. Unfortunately, the past few months I felt un-welcomed by the staff and receive problems every visit while trying to use my membership. They always have problems finding it and I have to argue with the staff to allow me to use my already PAID for membership. When I walk in I feel like they look at me like I am a nuisance. I have always treated them with respect and made sure to tip them every visit. From my understanding - I was told that I was able to renew my unlimited eyebrow threading since I was a returning customer and never had any problems for years. I have purposely waited longer than usual for visits because I dread coming to a place that makes me feel un-welcomed. I reached out to headquarters and they have done nothing to help resolve the problem. They obviously don't care that they are losing a long time customer and probably hope I'd just forget this issue. I did not want to leave a bad review and was hoping someone would help resolve the issue. read more

The two stars are for taking me right before closing and for staying after closing while the henna dried. The two ladies in the shop were friendly. While I appreciated their time, no offense this was one of my worst ideas. I had a friends bridal shower and wanted to look nice. I've had henna eyebrows before and I figured I stop by here since I was doing last minute shopping in the mall. Gavy, did my eyebrows and she was very nice but did not match my color correctly and left light patches and made eyebrows look extremely thick and the shape is very block like. Then when I tried to explain the patches and the color mismatch the two ladies tried to tell me it looks good. Which really irritates me... just apologize that I don't like it ...but don't try to convince it doesn't look bad when it does. Personally it wasn't worth the $20 spent and I will not be back here. I had to go to Mac to pay for full face make up to be done (which I don't usually wear) because of how unnatural these eyebrows look. Ultimately THIS eyebrow trip cost me $77 at Mac. And having to wear full face makeup made me feel like a circus clown at the Bridal Shower... So this was a total bust for me. read more

We walked by this business & saw the services they offered. We stopped in to inquire about the brow tinting. The employee, Anita, helped us & explained how it worked. So we agreed to the brow tinting. Anita started working on my mother while I stepped away to another store. When I came back, she was dine & I went to pay. Anita apparently opted to do the higher package without asking. She played it off like she didn't understand English all of a sudden. I was super pissed! We will never go back. Beware of them trying to rip you off. read more

I typically do threading here and have been satisfied with that service, but recently got my eyebrows laminated per their recommendation and it left big bald spots where my eyebrow hair is now falling out. It's terrible! It looks like the hair was burned off. read more

I was really happy with the attention that I received this wednesday in the saloon for my eyebrow and the brow lamination. The girl that did the work was really nice. So If I have to put 4 stars for that attention was ok, but my entire problem is with the person that works with me yesterday. For the beautiful attention that I received on wednesday I made an appointment for my hair yesterday. I have long hair and I show what I need and the girl told me that was ok at 1:30pm, I received a phone call to go earlier. She started with my mom and when I show the hair color that I want she says that maybe could be 4 hours for that and she has a medical appointment. At this point I need my hair ready and I said what can you can do it? so she shows me the color and she said that I don't need highlights because her time and could damage my hair. At the end she never put a permanent color just a wash or something like that. All of this she tried to do it fast for her medical appointment. I was really angry but controlled because you have customers there. At the end she forgot that I need a haircut and then she ask if she only can put mousse in my hair and blow when I show her the pict as I want my hair. Please you need to put more attention with the people that gave attention in the hair. It's unbelievable if you are working you put personal appointments at the same time. Just refuse the job and not make other things in the hair of the customers. I pay a lot and was just for a non permanent tint and a color that I don't want it and just for a bad hair drying. In the pics: what I want and what I have. I need that someone fix this. read more
