Unfortunately, Pabi is no longer here. I had a trip in August and she wasn't there anymore but they kept telling us she was on vacation so we kept going back every other week to see if she was back. Until I came here and read the owners comments that Pabi is no longer working here. Their mistake was always relying on Pabi, she was there all of the time and she was amazing. Now they don't have a good or equal replacement. They also have an older lady; who was there when Pabi wasn't and I made the mistake of doing my eyebrows with her. She actually cut my eyelid. That has never happened to me before! So never again with her and she's one of the ladies left here. Beware. I decided to give the new girl a try, but I did not like how they came out, and neither did my daughter. She also takes forever. I am now on the search for a new eyebrow spot.

Once the lady sat down the owner came up to the lady told her she would help her after she finished with the mom and daughter . She didn't acknowledge me completely ignored me . I spoke up and said "I've been waiting for a while what about me ?!" Something between these lines . She said you don't have appointment they go first . I told her they wrote their names down. Mind you she was available prior and took a bald gentleman after looking at the list . I was okay maybe his eating in his car and came back. Clearly she was avoiding me and making me wait on purpose. They've meet my daughter since she was just a few months old . I don't expect to be remembered as a customer. However not the first time I've brought my daughter.( she's 2 now and was sleeping) in the last 5 or so years coming here I've never felt blatantly ignored by these ladies. She ended up peeling some of the skin by my lip (the darker/peeling spot pictured). I let her know that some of the skin burned and either she didn't hear me or she ignored me. At some point, the women at the front came to observe when she was waxing and said something to her in another language. Not sure if they realized she was hurting me.

After the service was done I realized that the lady kept starring at my eyebrows as if something wasn't right while she was checking me out on the register.
