Short version: 11/10 recommend Priti for eyebrow threading. She is simply the best at what she does…read moreand if you're looking to go to someone you can trust without a worry about how your eyebrows will turn out after - look no further because she is the real deal! Detailed: I moved to LA 4 years ago and one of the first things on my list was finding someone to do my eyebrows since it's a tragedy when it's not done right. I went to the salon that Priti worked at during that time and I got paired with Priti and my friend got paired with another person. After Priti finished threading my eyebrows I was impressed by how natural and great she reshaped them and I thought she just might be my new person. But what really sealed the deal for me was when my friend was done, her eyebrows were uneven and she told the lady that did her eyebrows where it was wrong and the lady couldn't see it - then came Priti. She looked at my friends eyebrows and immediately saw it and had my friend come to her chair and viola she fixed it!! From that moment on, my friend and I have been going to Priti and I've referred countless others. She truly does a quality job every single time and takes her time to make sure it looks good and is how you want it. Gone are the days of having anxiety of whether my brows would come out right or not. If you're looking for a sign whether to go or not, this is you sign. Go, go, go! I can't recommend her enough.

So amazing to see how much the business has grown from being only about 3 chairs to extending the walls to the business now offering more services. The business owner Laxmi is amazing and she deserves it all and more!!! Ruby is also very talented and amazing!! The quality of their eyebrow threading is always consistent, and they take the time to make sure my brows look perfect every time. What keeps me coming back, though, is not just their skill but also their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients. All the staff are always friendly, attentive, and makes every visit a pleasant experience. It's rare to find a business that combines such excellent customer service with such high-quality work. After 9 years of going through different eyebrow phases they have seen and supported me through it all! LOL but I still wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Thank you for always making me feel valued and taking such great care of me ALWAYSSSSSSS! Love, love, LOVE this place!!! Highly recommend! 100000000/10 service

Once the lady sat down the owner came up to the lady told her she would help her after she finished with the mom and daughter . She didn't acknowledge me completely ignored me . I spoke up and said "I've been waiting for a while what about me ?!" Something between these lines . She said you don't have appointment they go first . I told her they wrote their names down. Mind you she was available prior and took a bald gentleman after looking at the list . I was okay maybe his eating in his car and came back. Clearly she was avoiding me and making me wait on purpose. They've meet my daughter since she was just a few months old . I don't expect to be remembered as a customer. However not the first time I've brought my daughter.( she's 2 now and was sleeping) in the last 5 or so years coming here I've never felt blatantly ignored by these ladies. To guilt trip me as a mom that's just crossing the lane . Anyways Heavenly Eyebrows in Long Beach does miracles too and you can go to The Attic for lunch thereafter .

She's always super friendly and actually remembers me, which I really appreciate. I get my eyebrows and upper lip done for $14. They have a board with all the prices clearly displayed, which is nice and straightforward. It's affordable and the results are consistently good. The place is almost always busy, which makes sense because they do solid threading plus facials and waxing too. You'll see moms with their daughters, couples getting services, and people chatting with Fami like they've known her for years. It has a really nice, friendly family vibe. Quick tip: they're closed on Mondays. I didn't realize that one time and "cheated" on Fami by going somewhere else. That place left my brows way too thin and short, not how I like them at all. Fami was able to help shape them back the way I prefer, which I was really grateful for. Fami does a great job and I always leave happy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable, no-fuss spot for brows.
