I have been coming here since 2019. Pabi was always my go to girl had always done my eyebrows and a couple of months ago she threaded my daughter's eyebrows and beautifully cleaned them up with a nice shape. Unfortunately, Pabi is no longer here. I had a trip in August and she wasn't there anymore but they kept telling us she was on vacation so we kept going back every other week to see if she was back. Until I came here and read the owners comments that Pabi is no longer working here. Their mistake was always relying on Pabi, she was there all of the time and she was amazing. Now they don't have a good or equal replacement. They also have an older lady; who was there when Pabi wasn't and I made the mistake of doing my eyebrows with her. She actually cut my eyelid. That has never happened to me before! So never again with her and she's one of the ladies left here. Beware. I decided to give the new girl a try, but I did not like how they came out, and neither did my daughter. She also takes forever. I am now on the search for a new eyebrow spot. read more

I have tried to give this place chance after chance after chance. But this is the last time as the women who do brows here have zero regard for your asks. I mentioned to the older of the two ladies working that day, my skin around the eyes is sensitive. When you yank the thread, it rips my skin. Please be gentle. In this particular instance, I was getting professional photos taken the day after and did not want to have scars. Well, as you can see in the photos she did it again on both eyes. Both are scabbed up in multiple spots. Not to mention she did a crap job and didn't even get all the hair. I guess you get what you pay for, although it's only $10 it's not worth the pain or scars. Better off going elsewhere & paying the extra couple bucks to have someone who actually cares about the quality of their work. read more

Really really bad service, I always come here to get my eyebrows done because I like their work but today the girl who was just arrived started to be rude, when she touched me I said please I don't want them thin, her answer was I ever made them thin before, I remember you. Because that answer is client I am paying for a service, then she did not offer me gel or anything, I do not know why they have her working there if she knows how to treat a client I did not work I do not recommend this place less with that worker. I hope the owner of this place will talk to her or fire her because she will lose customers with this worker. read more

I have been seeing Pabi since I moved to South Bay 5 years ago. I had tried someone else and I was in the chair for 20 minutes and left with swollen eyebrows that were cut up. Someone reached out through yelp and told me to try Sangita and I'm glad I did. She's there every day except Sundays. $11 for brows and she also does lamination. She takes her time but she listens to what you want and is very sweet and my eyebrows come out looking really good each time so now I will only see her. She's not as gentle as Pabi but she's much better than most. I'm glad that I can continue coming here and don't have to look for another eyebrow place and take the chance on a stranger from an unknown shop! read more

Sangita is the ABSOLUTE best. I literally love her so much and would trust her with my eyebrows forever... I am very very very insanely picky when it comes to eyebrows hair nails etc. I was satisfied often with Pabi, but not always. Even though I didn't like Pabi's work 100% of the time, I still trusted her and her ONLY and would've never wanted to switch people. When I found out she left I was honestly terrified and thought I wouldn't find anyone like her, but honestly, Sangita is better. I haven't been disappointed once with her work. She does a clean, even job and always makes sure my eyebrows are snatched. The way she does my brows has quite literally elevated my appearance. I recommend her to every single person I know and all of them have been equally if not more satisfied with her work. Any instructions I give her, she follows, and she has a great eye for symmetry. There was something about this shop that made us go in and we were so happy we did. The owner takes her time, so please don't come here in a rush. She doesn't need any instructions but if you are like my daughter you can give her instructions and she will do exactly that. We left with our eyebrows perfect.
