Omg! This is my new favorite eyebrow threading place! Sangita will definitely get you right! I really appreciate that she puts so much quality and time into her work and doesn't rush like other businesses near by! She is so sweet and caring and the atmosphere is so calming! My skin around my eyebrows is very sensitive so I do tear up a lot, but she is so empathetic and caring like a mom would! Definitely recommend and will be back many times! Thank you Sangita for your quality talented work! :)

I went in asking for a clean up and came out with two different eyebrows,I had grown out my eyebrows for weeks to get a good shaping and I was so disappointed I walked out so embarrassed and mad at the results

I have tried to give this place chance after chance after chance. But this is the last time as the women who do brows here have zero regard for your asks. I mentioned to the older of the two ladies working that day, my skin around the eyes is sensitive. When you yank the thread, it rips my skin. Please be gentle. In this particular instance, I was getting professional photos taken the day after and did not want to have scars. Well, as you can see in the photos she did it again on both eyes. Both are scabbed up in multiple spots. Not to mention she did a crap job and didn't even get all the hair. I guess you get what you pay for, although it's only $10 it's not worth the pain or scars. Better off going elsewhere & paying the extra couple bucks to have someone who actually cares about the quality of their work.

As someone who LOVED Pabi's work, I understand anyone's hesitation to try other threaders but I just had my brows done by Sangita and she did excellent! She was so meticulous and she took her time making sure my brows were shaped and she was so gentle-handed, this was the first time it didn't hurt to be threaded :,) I'll be back!

Best Eyebrow Threading Ever - Pabi is a Gem! I have been going to Pabi at Swan Threading for three years, and I cannot recommend her enough! She is truly a professional--my eyebrows always come out fresh, clean, natural, and strong without ever looking overdone. She has an amazing eye for shape, and somehow, threading with her never hurts (which is a miracle in itself!). Not only is she incredibly skilled and quick, but she is also the sweetest, funniest person. Every visit is effortless because she makes you feel comfortable and cared for while still being super efficient. I genuinely wouldn't trust anyone else with my brows. If you're looking for a threading artist who knows exactly what she's doing and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable, Pabi is the one! Swan Threading is lucky to have her, and so am I!

Do not come here! The staff are very impatient with customers and rush to get the work done when there are people waiting to be next. One technician in particular, Pavi, was very rude to my daughter and I when we came last. I asked her to fix a spot on my brows and she said rudely "I know what I'm doing, don't tell me what to do" ... not very professional. They have done OK work in the past, but from now on I am taking my business elsewhere. Please work on customer service and cleanliness if you want to improve you're business @SwanThreading. Treat all people with respect at all times, and if you are short staffed, maybe hire more eyebrow technicians. read more

I randomly came across this place one day. I'm so glad I did. By far the best place to get your eyebrows threaded ! Pabi is my go to. She's super sweet, professional, and always makes my experience great. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years but I've never had them stand out like Pabi's work. I drove 20 minutes just for her specifically. Never disappointed.. definitely recommend!! read more

The young , slender dark completed girl working there is was extremely ruff while threading ...pressing the thread so deep in your skin, were the pressure hurt more that the threading itself . She made rude a comment "oh wow it's been a while since you got them done huh? Then asked" the last time you got your eyebrows done?" then says do you want me to do your sideburns too" as if I'm fu(&3n Elvia Presley! When wiping the hair off your eyebrows she's taping and wiping very ruff as if she's dusting off a table finally she gets aloe Vera on a tissue to "wipe" my upper lip she smears the lips and lipstick all over and a ounce my lips making me look like a clown read more

I've been getting my eyebrows done by a place close to my house in redondo beach , but I was running out errands in Torrance and stopped by Swan threading , I've been here a couple times and always had a great experience. Absolutely in love with this place! I am someone who's very picky about my eyebrows and I never let anyone touch them. I met Paavi almost two years ago and I have been going consistently since then. She's one of the friendliest and kindest people I have met. She's an absolute perfectionist and I have never walked out unhappy. She listens and confirms before touching your face. They are very clean and they sanitize often. The place has an airy comfortable vibe for their clients. If you are anything like me and you like your eyebrows only a certain way, I would absolutely recommend asking for Paavi. The prices are very affordable and you won't break the bank for a small service. I've recommended this place to every woman I know, and they have all become regulars. I usually get my brows done here by the younger girl and i have never had a problem. Today, she was busy so i was handed off to the older lady. I had my brows done with makeup when i walked in how i normally shape them. I was seated and then wasnt asked any questions, when they dont ask questions, they typically follow the shape you come in with, common sense. The older lady did not do that, she went in and thinned the heck out of my brows, redid the shape and curved them instead of having the arch how i normally have it. Then, to top it off, not even because she took off half my brow, did she make them even. I didn't complain or make a scene, i just paid and walked out but this was so disappointing. I think she needs to work on her communication and understand that not everyone wants their brows how hers are done. My eyebrows literally looked like hers after she was done. Point is, the younger girl is great, but the older lady does not do a good job. Im sorry to refer to them as younger and older but i do not know their names. read more

I've been coming here since 2015. Both Pabi & Anu do amazing work. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. I've seen them have to deal with some pretty rude and difficult customers while waiting my turn, and I just wish people would be more kind. Just communicate if you want something specific, they can't read your mind and they are skilled in their profession, whatever you need they can do it. Like I said I only trust them with my eyebrows. Great service, and great prices! read more

Anu is really nice. Salon is comfortable and clean. I liked the tv playing coldplay. Prices extremely decent. As for eyebrow threading job, a little bit rough, I've had gentler threaders and the shaping wasn't my favorite but granted my brows are sadly in rough shape right now, so it might be possible this is the process needed to get it back. I'll give her another try and see where we end up. There was 5 people ahead of me and she was the only one that day but seems like business is going well :) read more

so this is my go to place since covid happened, & Ive never had complaints. I recently had eye surgery so my vision is still iffy. I went in like normal got attended payed then left. I went to get my lashes done after wards my lash girl gave me a magnified mirror and omg i really saw my brows. so much hair left and i cant believe they let me leave like that. kind of disappointed because i really like this place but if it happens again i probably wont come back. read more

I just happened across this place after exiting DSW for some shoes. This is my second threading spot I've tried since I started threading 3-4 months ago. Took about 20 minutes total- waiting and threading. I told her I don't like thin eyebrows and wanted them thick. She complied. About 19 days later, they still look pretty good. This will now be one of my spots. COST: $9.85. It's cheaper at my other spot - just $5 and the wait is shorter. But this spot might be better. The result is lasting longer. read more

I've been coming here for a little over a year! I come in she's always tells me not to touch my eyebrows! I've always had a problem growing my eyebrows! The day I come in at my flurries she messes up! She left me with an eyebrow shorter than the other!!!! All because she was talking to the two men there!!! Btw my eyebrows never looked this bad! This was my first time here, and I actually went on a whim because I couldn't make it to my regular place on time. I checked yelp in my current location and pulled up here. There was only one lady working named Anu. The place at first glance was clean and I came right before close and didn't have to wait. I told Anu exactly how I wanted my eyebrows and she did a good job. She took her time and was gentle considering this is threading. Only $7 too! I will be back if I'm ever in the area. read more

I used to hate treading until I came here. She is so quick and makes the process nearly painless. The results in my opinion last longer than an eyebrow wax too. They're literally all gone. The reason it makes me so upset is because my brows typically take MONTHS to grow out and I have a wedding to go to next week. i wish I could give more than 5 stars,it's that good. After A couple of disappointments with my brows and lips, I found this place during a random search. This place is amazing. I did my brows and lip with a girl named Anu. She was very nice and swift with her work. She made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. The place is very clean and a pretty one. This place is awesome. I went to do my eyebrows, upper lip, and chin. I met with Anu and she knows what she is doing and she perfectly shapes my eyebrows. She is very welcoming and suggests me to grow my eyebrows to make it even. It is only $7 for the eyebrows :). Can't ask for more. I will be coming back and I highly recommend coming to this place. read more
