From the moment I walked in, I was questioning whether I was even in the right place. There was an unpleasant odor, and the atmosphere was distracting rather than relaxing. Like is this a lash shop or a damn daycare center. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the lashes themselves. They started coming off after only about two and a half days, which is completely unacceptable for a professional lash set. I honestly couldn't believe the experience--I kept thinking it had to be some kind of joke. I left feeling like I wasted my time and money. I would not return, and I personally would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I thought it looked off, but assumed it was just a bad tint. When I got to the car I realized my eyelashes were completely curled in a circle back into themselves. I reached out and Su was kind enough to get me in to fix them a couple hours later. I came in crying and worried my lashes were going to fall out, I was assured it was an easy fix and my lashes would not fall out so we proceeded. In the studio, the fix looked fine, certainly better than before. I was refunded. I think if I had the lash lift with Su originally I would've been pleased with the results and the experience as the studio space is nice. Unfortunately, 2 hours after the fix the lashes started to retain the shape of the first lift again. I reached out again asking what I could do as they had gone back. The text I received back restated what had happened, but did not offer advice. I tried to clarify with a longer description of what was happening and said I was asking for advice. I did not hear from her again. This morning I woke up to my lashes falling out in clumps and the lashes that are left have all broken in half. I'm devastated. I have been getting lash lifts for years and have never had anything like this happen. It is going to take a very long time for my lashes to grow back. I was assured nothing bad would happen in the correction and it was an easy fix. Again, I was refunded, but it's not about the money. My lashes are ruined.

Update: It's been 2+ months, and my lip shade has softened to a naturally looking, subtle tone. Dark tone is gone! I've only applied my daily gloss to keep hydrated. Up close it actually looks like actual hair, she actually puts thought into placement making the ink flow with the natural growth of your eyebrows. She works very neatly and has a very friendly, bubbly personality, aside from doing excellent work; she is very personable.
