I've been a client of Swoon on and off since 2018. I stopped going there in October 2024 due to sketchy price increase without notice and nobody, including management could tell me why I was getting charged more money than anticipated. Catalina was my lash tech for forever, and honestly, shes the best. She always made me look pretty and I appreciate that. The business itself--disappointing. I'm still waiting for an email response explaining why I was charge an additional $10 after I booked a 15 day classic set refill for $110, and suddenly I'm being charged $120 and nobody knows why. That was October 18, 2024. Sucks bc the lashes are cute but the prices and the sketchy price increase, not cute at all. I found another place that charges you a reasonable price, the lashes are great, they take their time to make sure they're doing a good job, and there's no sketchy price increase--management also responds in a timely manner. I wouldn't recommend based on that. read more

I was very excited to find an eyelash place nearby that had great reviews. My first visit to Swoon was great. My eyelashes turned out better than I had expected. However, when I came back for my second visit, Cheyenne was rude and scolded me for going 3 1/2 weeks without coming in. She then changed the style of my lashes without telling me or asking me if I wanted something different. After she finished and I looked at them, I told her that they were too thick. She said she liked them better and we could do what I wanted next time. She quickly ushered me to the front where she charged me a full set. Then a few days later she posted a picture of me on Instagram showing my before picture. I had no idea she was taking pictures while I was there and would have never consented to having my picture posted. My second set lasted 1 week and I am sure that she intentionally did a poor job so I would have to come back sooner. I like having lashes, but spending over $200 a month on them is not possible for me. I sent an email to the office 2 weeks ago letting them know the situation and no one called or emailed me back. This has been a big disappointment, and I will not be returning to Swoon. read more

I get not all services are guaranteed but a call from the owner of a small business is appreciated to figure out what's next. And the previous history of communication is valid. Every time I called, I reached a voicemail box. I know you used to see clients so you were busy. But sometimes I'd get a text instead of a call back. That's annoying for some. The place itself is easy to find and look clean. No privacy or separation between other customers before and during treatment. I was never asked what style I want and what option are available. The technician started working on me immediately. The process itself was too long 2hrs+ and I felt irritation in my eyes during (it felt like she is poking/stabbing my eyes!) and continued after for few days. Now, it's not the first time I am getting my lash extended, I knew what to expect more or less. I hoped that for $125+I will get Fabulous lashes, otherwise I would get Groupon for $60... For the price they charge the outcome looked unprofessional and cheap, the lashes fall off in less than a week and To make things worse the technician trimmed my natural lashes, that now looked shorter than usual (that's the poking/stabbing I felt..had I know that this is what she is doing I would have stopped her!). Tried calling again an hour later, still no answer. I got a txt message later that evening saying there was an opening for the next day and to book online through their website. I tried booking it for that day but the website prompted me saying the next available appointment was for 4 days later. I txted the number back telling them this but they were still not much help. Alissa went out of her way to book an appointment to do a few test lashes and a test spot on my arm before anything. After no reaction, I went on to get extensions, and boy am I so HAPPY with them! Sometimes I see women with obvious eyelash extensions- it just looks so unnatural. While I got a boost and more of a va-va-voom look, it looks as natural as possible. Alissa and her team are amazing! If you want GORGEOUS, full lashes, this is the place to go. Not all mink lashes are created equal, I learned this lesson the hard way. Alisa uses only the best lashes, and it makes a HUGE difference in how you look. She is able to give you a beautiful enhanced mascara look. She takes her time to make sure you are getting the look you want. Other places in the area use "mink" lashes and they look and feel like fake plastic tubes on your eyelid.
