I'm responding to your response, If I made my appointment less than 24 hours before your cancellation time frame, then I'm screwed if anything comes up, correct? Michelle, this is ridiculous. They use a numbing agent, so it wasn't very painful. My daughter said it just felt like a little pinch. Dr. Pham took the time to measure and make sure both sides were even, which not all places do. He also made sure I was completely happy before starting. We are both really happy with how it turned out. The service includes everything you need: the piercing itself, numbing, aftercare instructions, cleaning wipes, extra earring backings, and even a follow-up visit, which I think is incredibly helpful. You can also upgrade the earrings depending on what style you choose. If you are looking for peace of mind and quality care, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
